When Reiger walked out of the Stalactite Cave, he finally understood why this place became the homeland of the Tistis tribe.

Because the Stalactite Cave was not the entirety of this tribal land, but merely a part of it.

Under Yanifet’s guidance, Reiger walked out of the Stalactite Cave and arrived in an ice plain.

"What is this...?"

Looking at the ice plain before him, Reiger was stunned.

The ice plain was not large, roughly the size of a small village, yet it was filled with structures.

These structures were ice houses, looking crystal clear, having a certain ornamental appeal.

Around these ice houses were various abandoned tools, furniture, carts, thatches, and rusted iron items, giving a faint impression that this was once not a bustling, but a very warm place.

Reiger even saw some places resembling sheep pens, possibly used to house some northern creatures, either ordinary animals or magical beasts, but they were all dilapidated with no animals inside.

Naturally, there were no signs of human activity in these ice houses either, making the entire snowy village desolate and uninhabited.

Looking at this snowy village, Yanifet’s cold golden eyes showed a hint of reminiscence and reflection.

But she did not reminisce for long, as if she had long since let go of the happenings here, and walked toward the village.

Reiger and Yanifet walked side by side, showing no sign that they had clashed earlier.

"Where are the people?"

Reiger asked nonchalantly while looking around.

"They are no longer here." Yanifet replied calmly, "When the Zinia Kingdom officially changed its name to the Tistis Kingdom and subdued all the powerful northern tribes, this ancient tribe left their land where they had thrived for years and went to Urvashi, becoming an indispensable part of this country."

"I see." Reiger nodded, saying, "So, the Tistis family has long integrated into this country, not just the royal family being descendants of that lineage?"

"You could say that." Yanifet’s tone remained calm, "But the most legitimate lineage still lies with the royal family. Even if other branches still exist, with centuries of intermarriage, the bloodline has diluted and can hardly be called descendants of the Tistis family anymore."

"If that’s the case, then the royal family is likely the same, right?" Reiger said with a faint smile, "No matter the Tistis family was once an affiliate of the ancient magic civilization’s royals, their bloodline, though not as miraculous as Reinnaier’s, surely is not of ordinary material."

By now, Reiger had figured out that this place might be a different dimension, similar to the Hidden Land.

The difference was, while the Hidden Land was vast and grand, this place was quite restricted, only accommodating a small village where at most a few thousand people could live and thrive.

This place was also different from the Hidden Land, as it wasn’t completely isolated from the outside world but remained connected to it.

Otherwise, the people of Zinia Kingdom wouldn’t have found their way here and seen the holy woman of the Tistis tribe, nor would they have ventured into this abandoned tribal land.

The vortex beneath the glacier undoubtedly served as the entrance and exit connecting the outside world and here.
