Infinite Skin System: Starting as An Eldritch Knight-Chapter 51: Necroglotticon
The first recipe for Monkey Finger Peas was Healing Salve. By crushing the peas and adding it to a mixture of Beeswax and other solutions, he got the new medicine.
This process was rather easy so he let his shadow do it all.

’Synchronization went up again. It was rather easier than other skins’
Carter noticed the Synchronization Bar then continued.
The Antibiotic Potion mixed the Pea Extract with a few other herbs Carter already had. Then it must be boiled while using the Concoction Brewing Skill to magically separate the chemicals.
This task was too complicated so Carter had to do everything alone.
He rolled his sleeves up high to make sure the fabric wouldn’t contaminate anything.

Carter went on to create the Intelligence Enhancing Potion.
The Sapphire Bean needed to be extracted. First to crush it then to boil it. Once everything was done, Carter could extract its essence. The valuable aspect that would make the Intelligence Enhancing Potion.
However, the Sapphire Bean was very tough. To break it apart, Carter would need a diamond blade.
He, of course, did not have the luxury to buy it with this world’s money.
There would probably be some diamond weapons or tools on the Prime Shop. But Carter didn’t need to waste his Prime Coins.
He had Concoction Brewing Skill. This skill wasn’t just knowledge. It also allowed him to manipulate ingredients.
Such as crushing the hard Sapphire Bean into power.
Carter held the giant blue bean in his hand. His power penetrated into its structure and broke it apart.
The powder fell down to the wooden bowl below.
Carter felt dizzy and stumbled backwards. He caught himself by leaning against the wall.
’Concoction Brewing does allow me to extract ingredients quicker. But that requires a lot of stamina.’
Carter sat down to the bed and let his shadow handled the rest. The shadow creature collected the blue power and poured them into a pot for boiling.
The front doorbell rang. 𝒇𝒓𝙚𝒆𝔀𝓮𝓫𝒏𝓸𝙫𝓮𝓵.𝓬𝙤𝙢
"It’s probably Amelia." Carter checked his Dimensional Watch and saw that it was five minutes until nine o’clock. "Very on time."
Carter dragged himself to the front door and let Amelia in. The girl was holding a bouquet of flowers in her hand.
"You’re alright, Dr. Hugo? You seem pale." Amelia said.
"It’s nothing. I’m just tired." Carter said.
"You need to take care of yourself, Doctor. You need to be strong to treat Ms. Fontaine."
"I know. What do you got there?"
"Orchids. The presence of flower can help reduce the stress of patients so I brought some for Miss Fontaine."
"You bought it in Carla’s shop?"
"That’s right."
Carter went back to his room to finish making the Intelligence Enhancing Potion.
Amelia went to Florence’s room to place the flowerpot.
Carter gave Florence more sedatives to keep her in a sleeping state. It was not a good idea to use sedative this way but it was better than let her torment herself with whatever curse she had in her.
Amelia looked at the frail appearance of the woman on the bed. She heard about Florence before. The rose of Orkshire. A beautiful woman in Charles Desilet’s household.
People suspected that she was his concubine or something similar. Florence was too young to be his lover but people had seen too many weird cases like that already.
The nurse looked around the room and found that it was incredibly dark. The curtains were closed and torn by many of her outbreaks.
"What happened to you, Miss Fontaine?" Amelia sighed.
She pulled the curtains over to let the sunlight in and began to take care of Florence. Amelia had taken care of many old people before so this wasn’t anything unfamiliar to her.

"And that should be it." Carter dangled the flask full of blue viscous liquid. "A potion that could raise your intelligence for a while. This entire flask should be enough for a day..."
Carter took a drop and put it on his tongue. At the moment of contact, the liquid dissipated. Carter could feel his mind became clear and his thoughts quickened.
He already had a Level 9 Awaken Intelligence. That drop of liquid pushed his mind over to Level 10. It was only one level but the difference in mental capacity was night and day.
"Hmmm. The higher the Intelligence level, the lower the enhancement would be. My Level 9 turned into Level 10.
Level 8 probably have the same effect.
In theory, Medium Level from 5 to 7 should have two levels enhancement.
Minor Level 1 to 4 should have three levels of enhancement.
As for Mortal Intelligence... It probably made that person a temporary Awaken with Awaken Intelligence."
[Added x3 Basic Antidote, x2 Healing Salve Bottles, x2 Antibiotic Potion, x1 Enhancement Intelligence Potion to Medical Bag]
Because of Apothecary Stomach. That one drop of potion lasted five minutes for Carter. If he took the entire bottle, he would have at least three to four days of effect instead of the usual one.
’Now I need to grind the White Seam Plant. It would be better if Amelia help me with this.’
Carter cleaned up his desk and put the equipment away. He went to the hallway and saw Amelia was carrying a small washtub with water.
"Let me help you with that, Ms. Orchard."
"Oh? Right."
Carter carried the tub inside the room for her and left to make sure that he wouldn’t see anything he shouldn’t see. Amelia continued to clean Florence with a soft cloth.
Afternoon.
The front door snapped open as Charles shouted inside.
"Dr. Hugo!"
"I’m upstairs!"
Charles quickly found him.
"I have spoken with my friend. He has what you want."
"The Blood Sausage Fruit?"
"That’s right. But he asked for something in return."
"Something? Not money?"
"No. He wants us to retrieve a book for him. He called it, the Necroglotticon."
"Necronomicon?" Carter frowned.
Charles shook his head and corrected Carter, "Necroglotticon."
The name of the book was something that Carter knew very well off in his past life. He’s beginning to question whether they had any connections.
