Chapter 144: Inner World Merge

Massive amounts of energy were required to transform this dormant seed into a functioning internal world. But according to the ancient texts he had studied, that energy requirement could be completely replaced by feeding the seed the blood of a legendary or divine being.

Vogue possessed what was arguably a god-tier bloodline through his Heavenly Nine-Headed Ancestral Chaos Dragon physique. His blood should theoretically contain more than enough divine essence to nurture the seed properly.

But he wasn’t one hundred percent certain if what he had read was actually true and would work in practice. There was always a possibility that the technique was flawed or that his particular bloodline wouldn’t be compatible.

With slightly shaky hands—more from anticipation than fear—Vogue used his dragon claw to slice open his left wrist. Blood immediately began dripping from the severed vein onto the seed held in his right palm.

The crimson liquid, which glowed faintly with internal energy due to his divine bloodline, fell drop by drop onto the wrinkled brown surface of the Creation Seed.

Vogue consciously stopped himself from allowing his regeneration to heal the wound on his wrist. He needed the blood to continue flowing steadily onto the seed.

At first, nothing happened. The blood simply pooled on the seed’s surface without being absorbed.

But then, suddenly, the seed reacted. Like a dry sponge finally touching water, it began absorbing Vogue’s divine blood rapidly.

The more blood the seed absorbed, the more the deep wrinkles covering its surface began to smooth out and disappear. The dried, dead appearance gradually transformed into something that looked healthier and more vital.

Then, without warning, the seed created a powerful suction force. The pull started small at first, barely noticeable. But within seconds it began increasing exponentially in strength.

Vogue’s blood started flowing faster from his wrist, drawn out by the seed’s hungry absorption rather than just gravity. The rate of blood loss accelerated to a dangerous degree that would have killed a normal person within minutes.

But as his blood dwindled and his body began showing signs of severe blood loss, new blood cells were born and created at an equally rapid pace through his Advanced Regeneration ability. His bone marrow went into overdrive, producing red blood cells at a rate that perfectly matched the drain.

With his Infinite Stamina ensuring he never felt fatigued or weakened, and his regeneration ensuring he could never actually run out of blood no matter how much was taken, Vogue had essentially become a perpetual fountain of divine life force.

The seed drank greedily from this endless supply.

This process continued nonstop for seven full days straight.

Vogue stood there in meditation position the entire time, his consciousness split between the physical world and monitoring what was happening inside the seed. He never slept, never ate, never moved. Just maintained the blood flow with absolute consistency.

The seed grew larger with each passing day. From the size of a fist, it expanded to the size of two fists, then a melon, then a small watermelon. By the seventh day, it had become as large as a baby’s head.

More importantly, its appearance had transformed completely. The original dried brown color had given way to a brilliant pure golden hue that seemed to glow with internal light. The surface was now perfectly smooth and lustrous, looking more like a polished jewel or precious gemstone than any kind of organic seed.

Finally, on the morning of the seventh day, the absorption stopped. The suction force cut off abruptly, and the seed simply sat in Vogue’s palm, radiant and complete.

"Finally finished," Vogue sighed with profound relief, his voice slightly hoarse from seven days of not speaking.

His wrist wound immediately sealed itself now that he wasn’t suppressing the healing anymore. Within seconds, the skin was perfectly smooth with no scar remaining.

Vogue placed the transform seed agaisnt his forehead. He closed his eyes and focused his full attention inward, adjusting his mental state and preparing his consciousness.

Now came the critical second phase. He needed to connect his existing inner world—the space inside his consciousness where his dragon physique and elemental regions existed—to this external world seed.

The connection would allow the seed to take root inside his body and begin growing into a complete functional dimension.

Vogue took a deep breath, then reached out with his mental energy.

Vogue’s mental energy extended outward from his body like an invisible wavelength, reaching toward the golden seed before his forehead. The moment his consciousness made contact with the seed’s surface, he felt a sudden joltas though he was touching a live electrical wire.

With the dripping of blood, Levi connection with the golden seed was strong.

A connection formed instantly. Information flooded into Vogue’s mind. He suddenly knew exactly what he needed to do.

Vogue shifted his focus inward, diving deep into his own inner world. His consciousness descended past the physical layers of his body, past muscle and bone and blood, into the dimension that existed within his cultivation foundation.

His inner world appeared before his mind’s eye in all its transformed glory.

The four elemental regions spread out—the Flame Region burning with eternal fire, the Ice Region frozen in perpetual winter, the Thunder Region crackling with constant electricity, and the Time Region where time fast forward, paused, slowed down and rewinded.

The vast crimson sea that had evolved from the original blood-red lake covered the ground like an ocean of primordial chaos. And above it all floated the massive four-headed dragon, each head connected by golden chains to its corresponding elemental domain.

This was his current inner world. Impressive and powerful. But it was purely a mental construct.

But if he successfully integrated the Creation Seed, everything would change.

The seed resisted at first, its mass and presence too large and solid to easily fit into the metaphysical space of his inner world. It was like trying to push a basketball through a keyhole.

Slowly, impossibly, the golden seed began sinking into his body.

In the physical world, the seed pressed against his chest, right over his heart. His skin didn’t break or tear—instead, it seemed to phase through his flesh like passing through water. The seed continued descending, moving through his ribcage without disturbing the bones, passing through his heart without disrupting its rhythm.
