Chapter 519: 519: Crush at Will, Win at Will!

Infernal Detonation - 2.5 million!

Infernal Detonation...

"Holy crap... What the hell is that? A bird-shaped nuke?!"

"Good thing we kept our distance, or that chick would've blown us all to hell!"

In midair, Slaughter Spree and the others broke into a cold sweat. A massive section of the city wall had been obliterated, leaving a gaping hole behind.

Over four hundred fortress NPCs were incinerated on the spot—nothing remained but scorched rubble. Only a handful of Lord-Class enemies managed to survive, and even they were left maimed and burned. The scene resembled hell on earth.

"A divine beast... a Phoenix! A mythical supreme lifeform! How could something like that be in the hands of an adventurer...?"

The captain of Riftrock City's garrison stood pale-faced, unable to believe what he was witnessing.

A single drop of blood splattered onto his black beard. He instinctively wiped his cheek—and immediately a searing blast of heat surged across his face.

Infernal Burn - 100,000!

Infernal Burn - 100,000!

...

"AHHHHH!!!"

The unbearable pain sent the captain into a screaming frenzy, clawing madly at his face.

Within seconds, his entire face was charred black, the shriveled flesh revealing glimpses of his skull underneath.

But the man was nothing if not ruthless. When smothering the flames failed, he activated Body Domination to try and purge the burn.

But the power of a divine beast was not something mere mortals could resist.

The phoenix fire raged out of control, offering no reprieve.

"This is insane..."

Bradley's scalp tingled as several priests cast support spells on the captain—Magic Dissipation, healing bursts, purges—none of it worked.

The explosion of phoenix blood rendered all resistance useless. Body Domination, Magic Dissipation—none of it had any effect.

A Domain Lord-Class NPC was reduced to ash before their eyes. Even his equipment melted into molten slag, pooling around his feet.

Then came a harmonious cry from the twin phoenixes.

Above the shattered walls, a strong surge of life energy spread through the battlefield. The two phoenix spirits merged in midair, forming a ribbon of red silk that cascaded down, enveloping a tiny figure bathed in blood and flame.

Cheep!!

A flaming red blur burst forth from the fire and blood.

"The chick's alive! Yes!"

Ruby cried with joy. Berenice dropped down beside her, jingling a coin pouch and smirking. "How was that? This is the top disciple of your Dragon Empress! One day, this duo is gonna rob the entire Infinite Dimensions world blind!"

Ignis's body had grown from palm-sized to the length of a forearm. Its HP was fully restored, and all its stats had increased by 10%.

"Undying Rebirth... Nine revives a day. Gotta admit, Money Traveler, your gold was well spent."

Wild Gale shook his head in awe.

"One nukes cities, the other cracks fortresses. What a combo!"

Bradley laughed loudly. With those two on his side, razing a dozen cities would be child's play.

"Let's turn the world upside down!"

Two flashes—one black, one white—erupted as Bradley charged forward, twin enchanted blades in hand, his stance like a storm.

Bloodstone Pass had lost its city barrier and been blown open.

There was no need to keep hammering at the wall. They could just climb over and pour in.

"For the City Lord!"

"Kill the invaders! We will lay down our lives if we must!"

"The enemy is cunning—replace the barrier stone, now!"

Riftrock City lived up to its legacy as a former fief of The Golden House. Even after the brutal assault, the NPC soldiers showed no signs of surrender.

Reinforcements flooded in from all directions, trying to plug the breach with their own flesh.

Meanwhile, a few commanding officers attempted to retreat toward the inner city to report that the barrier stone needed replacement.

If they succeeded, the Godslayer players who breached the wall could be trapped inside.

"Wild Gale! Snipe the runners! Leave the breach to me!"

Bradley barked. His expression sharpened as his twin swords combined into a dazzling light beam.

"Die!"

Money Traveler swung his massive sword in a wide arc, cleaving through a dozen NPCs.

"Anyone who hurt my chick—you can all die again, and worse!"

Ruby bared her fangs, leaping through the air with her greatsword.

Blood sprayed. Limbs flew.

The sibling duo became like Asura war gods, using the narrow stair paths to trap and slaughter thousands of NPCs.

Elsewhere, Wild Gale's Titan Mech flew past the pass and hovered over the winding mountain trail leading up to Riftrock City.

His mana-fueled explosive cannon opened fire from range, locking down the path like a gate trap.

"Money Traveler! Lord Qing! You two are amazing!!"

Divine Slash bellowed with blood-pumping fury.

The warrior squad surged onto the walls. Hand-to-hand combat erupted.

It became a mosh pit of death. Blood and bodies clogged the corridors as the Riftrock City soldiers were driven back step by step.

"Wait... Are these thirty-something people really taking an entire capital?"

"They're too strong! Money Traveler and Ruby—over a hundred kills each in just a minute!"

"These Dragon Knights from the major guilds are beasts—especially Slaughter Spree! He soloed an Earth Dragon Knight!"

"The moment the rider died, the Earth Dragon bailed. Two more are probably dead meat too!"

Back in the Infinite Dimensions livestream studio, the two commentators sat in stunned silence.

"Damn... They're too strong! I thought this was going to be a doomed defensive battle for Godslayer. Turns out they're going on the offensive?!"

"Godslayer's solo fighters really live up to their name. Though that greatsword girl seems a bit... extreme."

...

The chat exploded. Orgod hadn't even made an appearance yet, and the main fortress defenses of Riftrock City were already collapsing.

The live viewership count hit 100 million—and was still climbing.

The Light Dragon Civil War had started earlier than expected, catching many players off guard.

Male commentator: "Let's see how the Level 90 Golden Dragon Knight responds. Compared to regular Lord-Class Earth Dragon Knights, a Saint Lord-Class upper-tier rider is in a whole different league."

Female host: "Agreed. A Level 90 high-tier rider could solo a city."

In the middle of all the excitement, SirLagsALot didn't even blink. He just smirked.

"What use is that?"

"Oh? Care to explain?" the male host asked, hoping for a hot take.

SirLagsALot scoffed. "I dunno. All I know is—we crush at will, win at will."

The other hosts cringed. The director quickly held up a sign: "Mind your language—we're live nationwide."

SirLagsALot blinked. His streaming rights had been hijacked, and he wasn't thrilled—but he still had some professional standards.

He cleared his throat and said seriously, "Apologies. Slip of the tongue. Kids, please watch this stream with parental guidance. The scenes that follow are rated 16+."

Right on cue, a thunderous roar echoed through the air.

"I am Danosh, Dragon Knight of The Golden House! Today, you all die here!"

The Golden Dragon Knight shouted, his lance glowing like a sunbeam. His golden dragon roared, flames gathering in its maw as it dived toward Money Traveler and Ruby—clearly aiming to take them out and clear the way for reinforcements.
