Chapter 105: Aurora Magic Domain

Aiden’s treatment room was prepared very specially, with a spacious room and the latest luxurious furniture trending among the people of Avalon City. The bed where Aiden lay was quite large, soft, and comfortable.

Aurora and Rachel waited sitting on the sofa in Aiden’s treatment room, looking ahead at the palace physicians who were trying to restore Aiden’s condition with everything they could.

The door to Aiden’s treatment room opened. The physicians paused their treatment when they saw the Queen of the Fire Dragon Clan arrive. Leonora asked them to ignore her and continue treating Aiden.

"Huff."

"My husband is indeed short-tempered. He is easily offended," replied Leonora.

"I, Leonora, on behalf of my husband, would like to apologize to you and Aiden for what has happened. We will make up for this guilt by protecting Aiden’s safety and life," said Leonora, bowing her head towards Aurora and Rachel.

Aurora turned her face away, her arms crossed over her breasts, showing her unwillingness to interact with Leonora. Rachel saw Aurora’s attitude, stood up, and accepted her apology.

"It was just a misunderstanding. Master Aiden will understand," said Rachel.

"Thank you for your generosity. The Fire Dragon Clan will repay your kindness," explained Leonora, still emitting an aura of elegance.

The woman in the red dress began to focus her attention on Aiden, the young man still lying helplessly on the bed in the treatment room. Three skilled palace physicians had been called solely to restore Aiden faster.

"What exactly happened to him?" asked Leonora.

"I don’t know. We don’t know about his self-regenerating ability. Perhaps when Aiden activated it, it weakened his body and magical energy," replied Rachel.

"Has he ever been like this before?"

"Yes, when he fought Prince Azar," explained Rachel.

Leonora fell silent. Earlier, Azar had reported to Arthur about the Envoy’s existence and abilities. Azar said that the Envoy’s ability was fast regeneration, which made him impossible to kill easily.

At first, Arthur and the others thought it was just nonsense. There were no immortals in this world, let alone immortal humans. But today’s tragedy in the hall silenced them all.

"Could he be immortal?" Leonora asked. Rachel and Aurora responded with silence.

"With rapid regeneration, he can restore his body to its previous condition before he dying. That means he won’t die as long as he has that ability," said the woman.

Rachel sat back down on the sofa, right next to Aurora. The three continued to stare ahead, watching Aiden’s body recover.

Leonora asked one of the physicians who was treating Aiden. The physician turned and said that it would be difficult for them to heal Aiden. It would take a long time for Aiden to wake up.

"All right. As long as Aiden is here, all his needs will be taken care of," replied Leonora, and the three physicians nodded in agreement.

"We have also prepared rooms for you, if—"

"No. We don’t need it!" Aurora interrupted, glaring at Leonora.

"We will stay here and wait for Aiden to recover."

’It seems like the ice dragon girl is still upset with the fire dragon clan. Maybe Aiden can calm her down later,’ Leonora thought.

"Alright."

Leonora took her leave, followed by two female servants who were loyal to her. Now, another woman entered the room. It was Amber.

"How is he?" Amber asked, panicked.

"Same as before," Rachel replied briefly.

"My father is so stupid! He always attacks anyone without knowing the consequences," Amber complained, annoyed.

"Not just him, but the entire Fire Dragon Clan is foolish!" Aurora sneered.

Aurora’s arrogant and angry attitude suddenly provoked a sharp response from the three palace physicians.

They continued to watch Aurora, the white-haired girl who looked concerned about Aiden’s situation.

Amber sighed. She couldn’t deny that Aurora must be thinking the same thing, given the unexpected battle between Aiden and the King of the Fire Dragon Clan. There was no point in Amber arguing with Aurora.

"Let Aiden rest and be treated by them. I want to take you all for a walk, Amber replied.

"I’m not leaving!

Aurora turned to Rachel, "You and Joe go with Amber. I’ll stay here, just in case those three elders try to kill Aiden!"

The girl stared ahead, as if watching the three palace physicians treating Aiden. One of them responded by saying that they would not hurt Aiden. They would protect him even if it cost them their lives.

"You go have fun with—"

"I’ve already said it. I won’t go!" Aurora declared firmly, unleashing her icy magical aura, causing a gust of wind and creating ice flowers on the side of Aiden’s treatment room.

The three looked frightened and terrified at Aurora’s fearsome abilities. In their opinion, Aurora was no ordinary member of the Ice Dragon clan; she must have royal blood running through her veins.

"Alright," said one of the physicians, having no other choice.

Aurora stopped her power, causing the ice flowers to melt and the magical pressure to disappear. Amber sighed softly, it was the first time she saw Aurora act so possessive.

Realizing that Aurora would not be easily persuaded, Amber decided to leave with Rachel and Joe, letting Aurora stay in the room with the three physicians.

Amber walked away, saying that they would buy some fish snacks on their way back to the palace. Aurora remained silent, uninterested.

After a while, the three physicians stopped treating Aiden. They walked towards the door with tired faces, which annoyed Aurora. 𝓯𝓻𝓮𝙚𝙬𝓮𝙗𝒏𝙤𝒗𝙚𝙡.𝒄𝒐𝓶

"Where are you going?" asked Aurora.

"We are tired and low on magical energy. We will return tonight after we have recovered our strength," explained one of them.

"Tch!"

"Pathetic!"

Aurora stood up, walked over to Aiden’s bed, and sat down on it. She began to emit her elemental ice magic energy aura, then directed her healing abilities toward Aiden.

"Go! I will heal him while you are gone."

"Thank you, Miss Aurora," said one of the physicians, bowing his head.

The white-haired girl continued to stare at Aiden’s sleeping face. Aurora felt truly sorry for what had happened to Aiden.

He had just recovered from his battle with Azar, but he was already wounded again by the foolish attack of the Fire Dragon King.

"Aiden... why do you always have to suffer like this?" asked Aurora softly.

At that moment, Aiden had protected her from the Fire Dragon King’s deadly attack, and his heart had been pierced and destroyed.

Aurora was completely shocked, her heart beating fast. She should have been the one protecting Aiden, not the other way around.

Tears flowed from the corners of Aurora’s eyes as she tried to restore Aiden’s condition. She was deeply touched by Aiden’s sacrifice.

"I... I’m sorry."

"As your tamer, I failed to protect you."

"I’m sorry."

A single tear fell onto Aiden’s left chest, suddenly unleashing powerful ice magic energy along with a strong gust of wind. A pillar of blue ice light shot up from inside the room, surprising everyone.

Amber, who was in the city, turned toward the palace, seeing the momentum of the blue ice pillar that she thought came from Aurora. She and the others rushed back there to see what was happening.

Prince Azar, King Arthur, and Queen Leonora felt a powerful magical energy surge from inside the palace. They knew where the power was coming from: Aiden’s treatment room.

They quickly left the Grand Throne Hall to arrive at the location. When the door opened, they were shocked to see a blue magic circle spinning under Aiden’s bed.

Arthur tried to approach, but Leonora stopped him. The woman knew what was happening before her.

"When a beast tamer’s heart has fully merged with their beast, it will create a pillar of magical energy like this," explained Leonora.

"Is that a good thing?" asked Arthur.

"Yes," said Leonora, "It unlocks her Magic Domain"

"What?! She has a magic domain?" Azar asked, shocked.

"It’s seems so."

"When her power has been perfectly fused, and her understanding of magic is complete, she will obtain it."
