"Good." Dylan nodded in satisfaction when he saw his uncle agreed to his request.

It was not that difficult and what Uncle Darien needed was to make sure to keep himself and his father alive.

After all, Dylan didn’t know how long he would go for this mission.

And even if he did, he didn’t know whether he could return in time to help his grandfather and uncle either. His ability was not teleportation and it was impossible for him to return to the base within a moment.

He didn’t actually care if the base was destroyed, but he cared for the lives of his friends and family members. This was one of the few reasons why he still came back to the base from time to time when he was staying in his small base.

At least, communication shouldn’t be cut off with each other.

"You don’t have to worry about me." Uncle Darien rolled his eyes. "The mission is simple. You just have to go and eliminate that powerful big mutated animals as much as possible. If you can’t, then you go back."

Even if Uncle Darien wanted them to defeat that powerful big mutated animal, he didn’t want anything to happen to the two of them. After all, they were his family members and Uncle Darien didn’t want to lose them.

"I know, Uncle." Dylan nodded, indicating that he understood.

If they truly couldn’t deal with that big mutated animal, then he would just run away with Anna. No matter what, he wouldn’t want to put their lives in risk.

"Will there be others coming with us?" Anna asked another question.

"No." Uncle Darien shook his head. "The military actually wanted to send someone, but I feel that it’s more convenient for you to do it on your own. Those rank 4 awakened can only become a burden for you even if they did come."

Dylan nodded.

If there were people who came with them, the two of them would need to hold back a bit to hide the fact that they were actually very powerful.

After all, Anna’s strength was far from what other awakened could possibly reach in a short period of time.

Anna also nodded in understanding and felt a bit relieved. Her strength was really strong and there was also the space ability that she wanted to hide from others. If there were other people who followed them, she couldn’t freely use the space ability with Dylan.

This was the reason why he came to Dylan and Anna.

The location of these cities and the distance between cities were different form one after another.

And the other bases were also worried that the powerful big mutated animal would come to their base. City E Base was not that far from City A Base and the direction of that powerful big mutated animal was more or less between the two bases.

If it were to diverge, it could reach either city.

Thus, the people from the two cities decided to make the move first.

As for City B and City C?

City C Base was on the other side of City A Base, so if the powerful big mutated animal wanted to reach City C Base, they would have to pass through City A Base.

Even if the communication line was not closed directly, but Anna was not close to her mother’s family and didn’t have their contact information. She only knew their names and appearance because she had met with them in the past with her mother.

But the one who usually contacted them were her mother.

So Anna didn’t know how to contact them.

Maybe if there was a chance in the future, Anna could go to City E and paid a visit to her mother’s family.

But if there was no chance, then Anna would not force it either. Anyway, she already had a family on her own here and there was no need to pester others for the sake of the blood relationship.

Not everyone with blood relationship were close to each other.

"Yes, City E has sent some people," Uncle Darien replied. "But it’s mostly because of their own worries. We didn’t’ really cooperate because we’re not sure that it’s possible considering our distance. I’m just telling you so that you will know that you might meet with them."
