I Try To Enjoy My Life But This Woman Keep Calling Me Villain-Chapter 239: Declaration of War
|3rd POV|
Everything is peaceful in the capital city of Gipan. It is a beautiful day outside. The birds are singing, the flowers are blooming. Everything is going great. However, it changes when the bright and cloudless sky starts to darken.
The blue sky now turns dark and full of stars. It is as if the world turns from day into night in mere seconds. However, what makes the situation even more bizarre is the fact that the stars are glowing angrily.
They glow and dim every second, like how an angry bull breathes. It is even worse for all magicians in the capital city, as they look like people who cannot breathe. Normal people can feel it as well, but to the magicians, it is ten times worse.
To the regular people, it is as if they are carrying a massive weight on their shoulders. All of them start to kneel on the ground, unable to stand up.
Only the children are spared from this phenomenon.
"W-What is happening?!"
King Hernandes is gasping for air while in a fetal position on the ground of his garden, as he is among the magicians who are affected by the phenomenon. His senses are going crazy as he can feel mana around him getting thicker and starting to get violent.
His mind is working overtime, trying to figure out who is doing this. However, before he can come to a conclusion, the answer arrives in the sky.
It is a woman. She is tall, almost three meters tall, with light blue hair, a massive pair of breasts, pink eyes with star-like pupils, and prominent horns that curl downward. Her face is perfectly made manifest. Her face gives an aura of an older woman or even a mother.
However, instead of looking at her with horniness, all the men, and even some women, feel fear when looking at her.
At the moment, the woman emits a black-red aura that envelops her, creating an intense, terrifying image that burns into their souls. Not only that, her snarling expression boosted that terrifying expression ten times.
"Who’s dare?! Who dares to try and kidnap my son?!"
She roars, and the entire city starts to shake.
"My name is Tiamat! Mother of all life! I gave birth to all of you, and I can erase all of you! So, answer me! Answer me!"
The aura around her intensifies and makes the majority of people fall to the ground, unconscious, as they cannot handle the pressure. However, before she can do more things, Hernandes sees a familiar figure appear next to her.
It is Gwyndolin, the Grandmaster of Medicine.
"Grandmother! Please hold your anger!"
She takes a glance at him and says.
"They try to kidnap you, Gwyn! You are my son! I declare so!"
"Yes, I know! However, I am okay! Everything is fine! Please rein in your anger! I don’t want the innocent to suffer because of your anger!"
The pressure slowly lessens, but it is still there and still heavy. However, it disappears when Gwyndolin hugs her and whispers something in her ear that Hernandes cannot hear. After a few seconds of hugging, she releases Gwyndolin and looks at him.
Hernandes tenses up as he can feel her gaze. It is like someone looking into his soul, and he feels that she is looking into his soul.
His body gets even more tense when he sees her appear in front of him. His guards are about to take out their weapons, but he raises his hand before they can make the situation get even worse than it already is. She looks him right in the eyes and summons a body from somewhere.
It is a familiar body, wearing a familiar outfit.
"Take care of this. Or else."
It is not a request, but a demand. A demand from a Goddess of Life. A Goddess that obliterates thousands of monsters in a second.
Hearing her order, he quickly nods his head and watches her disappear alongside Gwyndolin. After she disappears, the world returns to normal, and he gasps for air while clutching his chest. He can feel his heart beating rapidly.
After a few seconds of gathering himself, he looks at the others and roars.
"Get those blasted elves! I want them here, right now! Drag them here, I don’t care! They are the source of this madness!"
His guards get up and run out of the garden to drag the people responsible for this problem. He looks at the corpse in front of him and kicks the head as hard as possible while cursing his luck. He is just about to achieve a peaceful reign, but another problem arises.
And this problem has very dire consequences. He does not want to see what that ’else’ Tiamat threatens him with if he cannot solve this problem.
==Line Break==
He looks at the people in front of him with all the hatred he can muster. Standing next to him is Arthur, and he is also wearing the same expression as him.
"We order you not to do anything. We tell you that the consequences will be dire. We tell you, and you decide to spit on our face."
He waves his hand, and one of his guards throws the corpse in front of them. They look at the corpse in shock, and some of them even dare to get angry at him. He looks at them, challenging them.
"What? You are angry at us?! You dare to be angry at us?! You who spit on our kindness, dare to be angry at us!?"
He roars the last words and slams his hand on his throne.
"You dare not only kidnap one of our Grandmasters, but also do that in front of his Grandmother, Tiamat, Goddess of Life and Mother of All Dragons! Are you stupid!?"
Before they can speak a word, Hernandes raises his hand and continues.
"Cease. You no longer deserve our kindness. Go home. Go back to your so-called great forest and deliver our words."
Hernandes rises from his throne, his eyes blazing with righteous anger.
"We, King Hernandes Murian Gipan, declare war against the Great Northern Forest! Go home and prepare! That is the last kindness we shall give to you, O foolish people!"
