Chapter 130: Stream of chats is here once again.

"Now."

Si Hon let out a sigh, the kind that came from realizing he’d reached the edge of what he could figure out alone. His head tilted slightly as his gaze drifted forward, unfocused for a second before settling again, more deliberate this time.

"Next..." he muttered under his breath, fingers tapping lightly against his arm. "My quests... how am I even supposed to see those?"

For a moment, he didn’t move. Didn’t look up. Didn’t even try. The silence stretched just a little as he stared ahead, clearly thinking, clearly avoiding something at the same time.

Then his lips pressed together faintly, and he huffed under his breath. "Yeah... it’s not even about pride," he added quietly, almost like he was convincing himself. "I just don’t want to deal with them..."

A second... or maybe more.

Then—

"But I kinda have to."

With visible reluctance, Si Hon lifted his head just slightly, eyes shifting upward toward the elephant in the room he’d been ignoring this whole time.

His expression flattened into something between tired and resigned as he stared straight at the floating chaos above him.

"Help," he said, voice low.

A pause.

Then, just a little quieter—

"Please?"

That was all it took.

The stream exploded.

「Oh NOW you remember we exist?? ( •̀⤙•́ )」

「Heh... finally— no, wait— don’t fall for it! Stay strong!! ( •̀ - •́ )」

「( •̀^•́ ) EXACTLY! After ignoring us like that? Making us... *sniff* making us feel things...」

「STOP— stop— guys stop— what if he ignores us again?! ( •̀へ •́ ) Don’t get emotional!!」

A collective pause seemed to ripple through the messages.

Then—

「Woah.」

「Wait you’re right ( •̀⤙•́ )」

「OH— yeah— yeah— control yourselves!! ( •̀o•́ )」

「Act natural everyone. Natural. ( •̀ロ•́ )ง」

Si Hon stared at the flood of messages, completely unimpressed, his eyes half lidded as if he was watching a group of children trying to act serious after panicking.

"...You guys done?" he muttered flatly.

Another pause.

Then—

「Ahem. Yes.」

「We are calm now. Very calm. Extremely calm.」

「Professional.」

「We will now assist you.」

"Right," Si Hon said, unconvinced.

Still, the messages shifted, becoming more focused, more helpful— directions starting to slip through the noise as instructions layered over each other.

「Just say ’Quest’ in your head!」

「No, no— focus— visualize the menu!」

「Tap the air, idiot— wait no he can’t see buttons—」

「JUST THINK ABOUT IT HARDER!!」

The flood of "help" stacked on top of each other so fast it stopped being helpful and started sounding like a crowd yelling directions at someone already lost.

Si Hon stared at it.

Blankly. "ಠ_ಠ..."

A small pause.

Then he slowly exhaled through his nose, expression flattening even further as his shoulders dropped just a bit.

"Nevermind," he muttered, already turning his gaze away. "I guess.. I actually don’t need help from y’all."

Silence.

A sharp, collective kind of silence.

And then—

The stream shattered.

「W-WAIT NO COME BACK (༎ຶ︿༎ຶ)」

「WE CAN BE BETTER I SWEAR (இ﹏இ`。)」

「DON’T LEAVE US AGAIN PLEASEEE (╥﹏╥)」

「I WAS JUST PANICKING I DIDN’T MEAN IT (ಥ﹏ಥ)」

「HE did it!!!— HE ACTUALLY DID IT!?? HE’S IGNORING US AGAIN!!」

「THIS IS SO UNFAIRRRR (T⌓T)」

The messages spiraled instantly, collapsing into emotional chaos as if someone had just pulled the plug on their last chance at relevance.

And then—

One message stood out.

Loud.

Unhinged.

Overflowing.

What the fuck.

「GRAAAAAHH THIS IS SO UNFAIR *tears my hair out MY EYES TURN RED FROM PAIN* (ᗒᗩᗕ)(ᗒᗩᗕ) *rips shirt dramatically* WE DON’T DESERVE THIS TREATMENT (。•́︿•̀。)...」

「BRO CALM DOWN??」

「AUNTY!!! WHY ARE YOU TAKING YOUR SHIRT OFF??」

「PUT IT BACK ON— PUT IT BACK ON—」

The entire chat derailed.

Completely.

Si Hon didn’t even look.

Didn’t react.

But even without facing them, the noise lingered— loud, messy, pathetic in a way that slowly started to chip at his patience.

A breath slipped out of him.

Longer this time.

"You guys are actually embarrassing," he muttered under his breath, rubbing his temple lightly as the whining, crying, and dramatic breakdowns kept stacking above him.

Still...

They didn’t stop.

If anything, they got worse.

「PLEASE JUST ONE MORE CHANCE (ಥ﹏ಥ)」

「WE’LL BE NORMAL THIS TIME I PROMISE」

「WE CAN BE A PROFESSIONAL HELPERS (っ˘̩╭╮˘̩)っ」

「WE’LL EVEN SHUT UP AFTER— JUST DON’T IGNORE US」

Another pause.

Longer.

He held it.

Tried to ignore it.

Failed.

"UHaah."

With a quiet sigh, Si Hon tilted his head back slightly, eyes lifting upward again— slow, reluctant, like someone reopening a door they just closed on purpose.

"Fine," he said flatly, gaze landing back on the chaotic flood. "Last."

The reaction was instant.

「HE’S BACK???」

「HE’S BACK!!!!!!」

「EVERYONE ACT NORMAL— ACT NORMAL—」

「GOOD EVENING HANDSOME SIR HOW MAY WE ASSIST YOU TODAY」

"..." Si Hon stared at them. "You guys are not normal," he said.

「...we know ( •̀⤙•́ )」

And somehow—

That honesty made it worse.

Then another.

「Just say quest!」

"ಠ,_」ಠ" Si Hon eyes narrowed slightly as he looked at the text... simple text... that doesn’t need exaggerate. Then— "Quest."

The response was immediate.

A new interface unfolded in front of him, sharper than before, heavier somehow— like it carried more weight than the simple status screen.

His eyes scanned it once.

Then again.

And just like that—

The noise above went quiet. Probably because they promised or they looked at it too.

Because the words settled in.

「Sub Quest: Survive, Save, and Kill.

Objective: Survive and save Hana, Arven, and the three Ursa Canis.

[Hana/Arven has been saved]

Reward: Depends on your performance.

Location: Munches’ Lair — you’re currently in.」

Another line appeared beneath it, slower this time, like it was being placed carefully.

「Main Quest Acquired: SURVIVE

Objective: Survive. (Remaining Time: 2.3 months)

Reward: A key to open the way back to your real world.」

For a moment—

Si Hon didn’t react.

Didn’t speak.

Didn’t even blink.

His eyes just stayed there, locked onto the words as they settled into place, one by one, like something quietly rearranging his priorities whether he liked it or not.
