I use the Grass and Wood Technique to convert Ice Spiritual Energy, but I do not have an Ice Spirit Root, the Spiritual Energy has nowhere to store and dissipates quickly.
With your method of gathering Ice Seed in the Dantian, it is not suitable for my Five Elements Spirit Root.
Hence, I asked my grandfather to exchange for an Ice Arrow Technique. Upon completing the Grass and Wood Technique, I would then immediately transform the hand technique into that of the Ice Arrow Technique to consume Ice Spiritual Energy.
