Having prepared all the necessary supplies, Qinn Liuniang learned of my departure and, along with Wen Beijie, personally escorted me to the ferry crossing at Heaven-Piercing River.
Despite my righteous refusal, they still managed to load my small boat with plenty of Chaotian Domain’s delicacies, condiments, and a copper pot.

Swallows fly in pairs over the river, fish swim in pairs beneath it.
It’s my first time navigating a boat alone on the river, heading south by the current, I’m disguising the Flying Core Boat as an ordinary upturned boat, with Little Green hung on it as a light, the bright red color most festive.
I also had Faceless wear a raincoat and conical hat, sitting cross-legged at the bow with a fishing rod in hand, a broad sword beside, to deter any opportunists.
During the day, I sit barefoot on the boat’s edge, kicking the waves, watching the riverbanks, and the people residing there.
At night, I lay down with my arms behind my head on the top of the upturned boat, gazing at the river and sky as one, with the solitary moon shining bright.
The world is tranquil, only the sounds of insects, birds, and water can be heard, at this moment, my heart is exceptionally calm, allowing me to hear the truest voice within.
I want to eat grilled fish!
I’ve successfully fasted for seven days, I deserve a meal to reward myself, otherwise, how can I continue?

This journey requires a month’s travel by water, leaving the Chaotian Domain, crossing the southwest border of Baipu Domain, then switching to land to continue southwest out of the pass, before reaching Quicksand Domain.
Today during the day, I finally understood the method of plundering the essence of Spirit Grass described in "Immortal Grass Scripture," it indeed has the same fundamental principle as the Grass and Wood Technique.
I first tried it several times on ordinary Spirit Grass, using the Leaf Hand in my Sea of Consciousness to drive the spell and plunder the original essence Qi of the Spirit Grass, then feeding it back to myself, refining, and absorbing.
After becoming skilled, I absorbed the Seventh-Grade Jade Marrow Grass found by Xue Liuzhi.
The absorption process was easy, the feeling after absorption...
No feeling at all!
Not a single feeling whatsoever, I then absorbed the remaining two types of Spiritual Medicine in one go.
While absorbing the Sixth-Grade Spiritual Candle Fruit, I finally felt a bit of mental excitement.
These three Spiritual Medicines in total increased my skill level in "Immortal Grass Scripture" by 20 points, it’s still a long way until the Cloud Mushroom Grass Bloodline can be enhanced by one point.
Without any Spiritual Medicine, "Immortal Grass Scripture" cannot be cultivated, so I continued pondering "Thousand Leaves All Things Hand."
Staring at the river surface, trying to gather Water Spirit Energy with two Leaf Hands, after a whole day, my eyes hurt.

Through Lifeng Crossing, into Cultivation Marketplace, finally seeing human habitation.
This place is impoverished, barren mountains and bad waters, low-level cultivators primarily eat fish, as a determined person, I will continue fasting.
There is no Mountain and Sea Building here, nor Hongyan Building, no idea if True Monarch Fuyi has written me back, or if Anan and the others have sent me letters.
I heard from local cultivators that Lifeng Crossing is at the edge of the Chaotian Domain, further south, before entering Baipu Domain, the stretch of the river is not peaceful, with water demons and water bandits.
The land route is equally unsafe, so I’ve decided to continue traveling by water.
These days on the boat, although it’s been dull, I’ve made considerable progress in cultivating "Thousand Leaves All Things Hand," now I can manipulate Water Spirit Energy on the river and display small water attribute spells.

The southwest of Baipu Domain borders the Ten Thousand Mountains of Heavenly Witch, where it’s spring-like all year round, with a pleasant climate.
I read in the travelogue my master gave me that says this area is predominantly female cultivators who hold high status, everyone loves beauty, and everyone has a fine voice.
The travelogue also mentioned that most cultivators here practice Gu Technique and have an ancient Word Power heritage, though it hasn’t appeared in many years, rumored to be extinct.
I remember Wuwei Mountain Man has an entire collection documenting the stories of Baipu Domain, she also has a great fondness for this domain.
Once I return from Quicksand Domain, I must visit Baipu Domain for an experience.
