I Made a Game Featuring Constellations-Chapter 100
Seamin’s voice called out to me.
“Rian! Look at this!”
I glanced at the magic pad she was holding.
On the screen was a forum post discussing Akashic Archive.
I recognize Dragon Slayer Latis as my one true wife!
ㄴ Who the hell do you think you are?
A transforming battle girl? Perfection. Why is everyone only talking about the Dragon Slayer? The real appeal is Yonyong.ㄴ Dude...
ㄴ ???The forum was filled with reactions to the latest Dragon Slayer storyline.
This episode was especially significant because it featured Dark Dragon Beidos, the common enemy of the Twelve Gods, as the final boss.
To make things more immersive, this time, the players weren’t just human—they got to play as a dragon.
With a Dragon Slayer as their ally, they had access to a character who could wield dragon power. It was probably one of the most powerful team-ups in the game’s history.
No wonder players were getting completely absorbed in it.
After all, a badass heroine who transforms her dragon’s power into an epic suit of armor? Of course, she was popular.
Even if, in reality, she was a married woman with kids. Fortunately, the players wouldn’t be getting their red pill moment anytime soon.
“What do you think?” Seamin asked after I finished reading.
“What do I think?”
Well... we did a damn good job with this one.
Yonyong’s baby form would make for a great merch line.
Not that I could say that out loud.
“Not sure,” I replied.
Seamin pouted, puffing out her cheeks.
“Come on! Don’t you think people are being really dense?”
“...Dense?”
“Yeah! There was a huge plot hint during the final boss fight, but no one seems to care!”
Oh.
Now I got what she meant.
The Twelve Gods Saga revolved around Beidos. The entire premise was about uncovering the truth behind the empire and its hidden schemes alongside Queen Thystina.
So throughout the different episodes, we planted clues—hints about Beidos’s true identity and the secret forces operating under him.
In the latest Dragon Slayer episode, there was a specific moment during the boss fight where Beidos’s domain collapsed, and he screamed the name Night Queen.
That was a setup for a future storyline—one that connected Latis’s story with what came next.
But...
Judging by the forum reactions, most players didn’t seem to care.
“...I guess so?”
“Right?! Why is everyone just talking about the Dragon Slayer?!”
I mean...
She was the main character of the episode.
Wouldn’t it be weirder if players ignored her in favor of a brief mention of Night Queen?
Scrolling through the forum, I finally found a post that addressed it.
Title: “The ‘Night Queen’ Mentioned by Beidos in the Final Battle”
Post: So, during the boss fight, we saw Beidos’s domain collapse, and he screamed ‘Night Queen’ in despair. Looks like this Night Queen played a role in Latis’s victory. We don’t know who she is yet, but I’m betting she’ll be the protagonist of a future episode. And given that she’s called a queen, there’s a solid chance it could be Thystina.
...Damn.
That’s sharp.
Of course, we intentionally left that breadcrumb for players to discover, but it still felt good seeing someone actually piece it together.
“Oh! You’re right!” Seamin’s face lit up as she read the post.
“...There is someone who noticed!”
Was she that happy about it?
I mean, technically, Thystina hadn’t even done anything yet.
Sure, she was a subtly popular character, but until now, she had only served as the guide, directing players into different storylines.
And yet, Seamin looked genuinely thrilled.
Wait.
Was she a Thystina fan?
That would explain a lot.
Now that I thought about it, every time we worked on presentations about Akashic Archive, she somehow always brought up Thystina.
I guess it made sense—Thystina had that regal, commanding presence that some players were really into.
Hell, half the fanart of her involved leather outfits and whips.
Seamin... had that kind of taste, huh?
Maybe I should add a few extra elements to Thystina’s storyline for her sake.

Underground Facility of the Secret Organization Burrows
Deep within the labyrinthine hideout, in a small chamber at the very heart of the base, a woman with a captivating figure lounged against a plush chair, her expression pensive.
Beydia, the current Night Queen, held a portable terminal in one hand, deep in thought.
At first, she had only taken interest because it was causing such a stir across the continent.
She had simply wanted to understand what kind of game it was.
And then—she had seen her sister.
It had shocked her to the core.
Who the hell was behind this game?
Did they know her sister?
She mobilized the full intelligence network of Burrows to investigate.
She used every resource at her disposal to uncover the true identity of the developers, to find out who was behind Akashic Archive.
But there was nothing.
Everything about the game’s creators was perfectly erased.
The only tangible lead she uncovered was that the people managing Akashic Archive’s offline brand and merchandise business were Apostles of [Wisdom].
That was all.
Nothing else.
No trace of the mastermind.
No explanation for how the game had managed to depict her sister’s pre-ascension form perfectly—a form that even her sister’s most devoted followers had never seen.
It was impossible.
She had believed there was nothing in this world beyond her ability to uncover.
But she was wrong.
Growing anxious, Beydia dove back into the game.
She needed to understand.
She needed to know.
And maybe—just maybe—she wanted to see her sister again.
Not that she would ever admit it.
“I don’t want to see her,” she whispered under her breath.
Even as she told herself that, her heart betrayed her.
It was pounding in anticipation.
The game resumed where she had left off.
The first hero’s tale—The Great Chieftain, Yastora.
“The enemy is strong. You can’t stop them alone. That’s just the way the world works.”
“...Is that so? But I am the Great Chieftain. If the laws of the world stand in my way, I will break them to protect my people.”
Alongside Yastora, Beydia fought back the imperial forces.
In the end, the Great Chieftain perished.
But his people survived.
"......"
As the first story concluded and she returned to the Pantheon, realization dawned on her.
The empire they had been fighting—
It was Beidos.
Beidos’s army.
She had never expected to hear that cursed name again.
But before she could dwell on it, the next story unfolded.
“Inquisitor General! I...!”
Heresy. Heretics. Inquisitors.
There was no mistaking it.
The ghosts of her past had come rushing back.
She was standing once again in the heart of that damned empire.
Beidos.
The empire that had once raised her in the shadows.
She was forced to witness the gruesome process all over again—
The mass executions of innocent people, their bodies turned into sacrifices for dark magic.
She saw the truth about McGuy.
She tried to save him.
But—
Shhhk!
She failed.
The stories continued.
A middle-aged woman who took in abandoned children from the slums, giving them love and shelter.
An alchemist with unparalleled skills, who chose to use her talents not for profit, but to heal the sick.
All of them were people she had once encountered.
Heroes from the twilight of Beidos’s reign, who had clung to love and conviction even as the empire descended into madness.
Her head throbbed.
What was the purpose of this game?
Why bring back the long-dead history of Beidos and the dark god?
This chapt𝙚r is updated by freeωebnovēl.c૦m.
Why now?
And then, a terrifying thought struck her.
What if...
What if the dark god hadn’t been completely destroyed back then?
What if remnants of it had survived?
What if, just like before, its influence had been festering in the shadows, gathering strength, waiting to rise again?
It would explain why Burrows had found nothing.
If Beidos’s followers were still secretly operating, just as she and her sister once had, then tracking them down would be next to impossible.
And if that was true...
What was their goal?
What did they hope to accomplish with this game?
...Were they trying to resurrect the dark god?
Beydia shot to her feet.
She couldn’t let this happen.
She had to stop them.
She had to stop the resurrection of the dark god—at any cost.
