I Kill to Get All SSS Abilities: From Outcast to Awakened-Chapter 86: Mid Tiered Demonic Beasts?
They were right as Lukas unleashed two more lightning strikes at the remaining seven Fire Deer.
Wham.
The lightning strikes hit and five of the Fire Deer immediately perished.
All that was left of them were flesh and warm blood that pooled into the chilling white snow.
Lukas then lunged at the last two Fire Deer. 𝙛𝓻𝒆𝒆𝒘𝙚𝓫𝙣𝙤𝒗𝙚𝓵.𝙘𝙤𝙢
He pulled back his fist and gave one of the Fire Deer a left hook at its neck.
Splatter.
His fist punched through the neck of the Fire Deer and the blood and flesh spurted out from the other side of the neck.
He pulled out his fist and flicked the blood away from his fist.
The last Fire Deer tried to run away but couldn’t.
Something was holding onto its legs.
It conjured up a fireball and shot it at Lukas as he walked toward it.
Whoosh.
The fireball missed as Lukas sidestepped from it.
He proceeded to raise his hand and after a bright flash, a lightning strike struck at the Fire Deer.
It pulverized the Fire Deer into pieces.
As energy surged back into Lukas’s body, a familiar sound erupted in his mind again.

When he saw the information panel, Lukas was glad that he had enough Slaughter Points to level up one of his abilities.
The comments on the live stream went dead.
Silence.
There was only silence as the audience digested what they had witnessed.
Lukas was much more powerful than they had thought.
And Zak’s lead was now in danger.
The rankings table updated with Lukas and the team being at the top with 25 kills.
This was nothing that they had seen before.
Usually, it would be 3-5 kills from Zak and the winner would be decided.
But now, history was made with 25 kills, and even Zak had beaten his own record of 5 kills.
"What in the world?"
"Maybe they had really dealt with High Tiered demonic beasts before?"
"I’m beginning to doubt myself."
"Same here. Zak was the top awakened for me for a very long time, but now I’m not so sure."
Helen rubbed her temple as she tried to think of a way out for Zak.
Her eyes glanced at the concurrent viewership, and she knew she had to do it.
900K concurrent viewership.
She was so close now.
There was no way she would give it up and not push for 1 million concurrent viewership.
"Release fifteen Fire Deer for Zak, and..." She took a deep breath to calm herself and said, "...for our young man here, release the Ember Elephant."
The audience couldn’t believe their eyes when they saw so many Fire Deer appear and charging toward Zak.
Zak was equally perturbed.
Why was Helen doing this?
He and his teammates had just dealt with ten Fire Deer.
Did the other teams do so well that they had killed more than ten Fire Deer?
He shook his head at the notion.
It wasn’t possible, he thought.
Zak had been acting along for so long that he himself believed the bullshit that was being dished out.
"Watch out, Zak!"
"Dodge it quick."
"To your left, there are more fireballs coming to your side."
"Forget about Zak; look at what’s happening over at Lukas’s side."
Fireballs hurled at Zak and his teammates.
This time, Zak wasn’t as lucky and a fireball hit his shoulder.
His armor did its job, blocking out most of the damage, but it still caused a wound on his shoulder.
However, the audience’s attention was being drawn away by what was happening over at Lukas’s side.
An Ember Elephant had appeared out of nowhere.
They had never seen anything like it before.
All the while, they had only seen Low Tiered demonic beasts and it was a first for them to witness a Mid Tiered demonic beast.
When the Ember Elephant let out a loud trumpet, the snow on the tree branches fell onto the snowy ground.
The audience felt as if their hearts were at their throats.
Lukas and his teammates, to their surprise, seemed nonchalant at the sight of the Ember Elephant.
Maybe they had really dealt with an Ember Elephant before, the audience thought.
Whoosh.
The Ember Elephant blew out a gust of flame from its trunk and swept it across at Lukas.
Lukas leaped into the air and with both his hands, unleashed lightning strikes at the Ember Elephant’s trunk.
Splatter.
The Ember Elephant’s trunk got blown off into halves and the part of the trunk that was loose twitched around, blowing out flames in all directions.
Plop.
Lukas landed and the Ember Elephant with its reddened eyes, charged at him with its tusks engulfed in flames.
But it struggled as the Ember Elephant felt its front legs being pulled forward by something.
Using his shadow, Lukas had yanked the front legs of the Ember Elephant, putting it off balance.
Lukas leaped forward and with his hands at close range to the Ember Elephant’s forehead, he unleashed another two lightning strikes at it.
Crack.
The lightning strikes fractured the skull of the Ember Elephant at close range.
Lukas pulled back his arm and gave it a solid right hook.
His punch penetrated the skull of the Ember Elephant, causing huge pain to it and it tried to thrash around, to get Lukas off its head.
But it was to no avail as Lukas focused and unleashed a lightning strike within its head.
Splatter.
Flesh and white matter from within the Ember Elephant’s head splattered out.
Smoke also rose from within as the lightning strike fried everything inside.
Lukas leaped off from the Ember Elephant’s head and stood in the soft snowy ground.
A surge of energy came back into his body and a familiar sound erupted in his mind.

The audience and even Helen opened their mouths in astonishment.
It was...so one-sided.
The Ember Elephant didn’t have any chance.
Were Mid Tiered demonic beasts so weak or was Lukas so powerful that he made it look easy?
While they were trying to make sense of it all, a voice could be heard shouting.
