I Just Wanted to Teach Cultivation, But Goddesses Keep Coming!-Chapter 45 Peak
Some students avoided his classroom entirely, while others peeked curiously through the windows, wondering if the rumors were true.
Lin Feng, however, couldn’t care less about such trivial matters.
He had now since stopped worrying about what others thought of him.
As far as he was concerned, the only opinions that mattered were those of his students... and even then, what mattered most was their growth.
He turned his attention back to the class.
But before starting the lesson for the day, Lin Feng walked toward Liu Yang’s seat.
Liu Yang stiffened slightly when he saw the teacher approach.
His heart was still heavy from what had just happened.
Even though the bullies had apologized, the pain they caused didn’t simply vanish.
Lin Feng stopped in front of him and spoke gently.
"Don’t mind the bullies, Yang," he said. "Everything in this world is temporary... pain, humiliation, fear. Just focus on cultivation and train with a pure heart. As long as your heart is upright, your path will be straight and many opportunities will arise."
Then Lin Feng paused, a faint smile appearing on his face.
"And besides... don’t you know that when you ascend through the realms of strength, you can easily become handsome and attractive?" 𝑓𝓇𝘦ℯ𝘸𝘦𝑏𝓃𝑜𝘷ℯ𝑙.𝑐𝑜𝓂
It was his usual pep talk but this time, it struck directly at Liu Yang’s deepest insecurity.
"R-Really, Teacher?" Liu Yang asked loudly, his head snapping up. His eyes widened, and for the first time since earlier, a spark of hope appeared within them.
It was obvious Lin Feng had touched a very sore spot in his heart.
"Of course," Lin Feng replied without hesitation. "I have no reason to lie to you."
He turned slightly and gestured toward two figures in the classroom.
"Look at your classmates... Jiangyue and Mei. These two are leagues stronger than even the dean. Their cultivation is profound, their foundations are solid, and see how lovely and attractive they are."
Jiangyue sat with an elegant posture, her calm presence exuding natural grace.
Mei, beside her, radiated an obvious charm, her beauty both soft and captivating.
"You can become like them too someday," Lin Feng continued. "As long as you persevere, endure hardship, and never give up."
Liu Yang followed Lin Feng’s gaze. His eyes lingered on the two beautiful cultivators, and the fire of determination burning in his young face was impossible to miss.
His chest tightened—not with pain, but with ambition.
"I... I can really become like that?" he murmured.
"Yes," Lin Feng said firmly. "Not just like them... if you work hard enough, you can surpass them."
Liu Yang clenched his fists, his nails digging into his palms once more, but this time it wasn’t anger that filled him. It was resolve.
"Thank you, Teacher Lin Feng!" he said loudly, his voice trembling with emotion. "I’ll always do my best, and I will never give up. I promise!"
Lin Feng simply nodded, satisfied.
Deep in his heart, Liu Yang made a silent vow... he would endure any hardship, suffer any pain, and walk any path necessary to become strong.
And one day... he would become the most handsome man in the world.
"That’s the spirit, Yang. Now let’s start the class with you. You said you love swords and train with them. Let me show you what a real sword looks like."
Lin Feng smiled faintly and slowly closed his eyes.
Seconds passed.
Nothing happened.
"..."
The classroom fell into a strange, oppressive silence.
Liu Yang blinked and looked around, unsure of what he was supposed to be seeing.
His classmates, however, were completely different.
All four of them had turned serious, their backs straight, their eyes locked onto Lin Feng as if they were afraid to miss even the slightest movement.
That alone made Liu Yang uneasy.
He narrowed his eyes and began to think.
Like many others in the academy, Liu Yang had heard countless rumors about Lin Feng.
They said he was a useless teacher, someone who had failed every class he ever taught, someone whose students always left him in disappointment.
At first, Liu Yang believed those rumors. He thought the young girl, Su Wanwan, had probably been tricked into joining this class.
As for the three beautiful women, he assumed they were only here because they liked Lin Feng.
After all, Lin Feng was undeniably handsome. It wouldn’t be strange for women to be drawn to him.
But now... something felt different.
A full minute passed.
Then, Lin Feng slowly opened his eyes.
In that instant, Liu Yang felt as though the world itself had vanished.
The classroom dissolved. The walls, desks, ceiling, and even the other students faded away like mist.
Space twisted, and the air itself seemed to retreat.
All that remained was Lin Feng, standing alone in an endless void, his figure tall and solitary... like an immortal who had descended from the heavens.
Liu Yang’s heart skipped a beat.
One breath passed.
And in that single breath, Lin Feng changed.
His posture straightened, his aura sharpened, and the gentle warmth he had carried moments ago vanished completely.
In its place was something cold. Something terrifying.
He no longer felt like a man.
He felt like a sword.
A peerless, majestic sword... sharp beyond reason, ruthless without mercy, and filled with a chilling hunger for blood.
It was as if the very concept of killing had taken form before Liu Yang’s eyes.
Liu Yang’s throat went dry.
His legs trembled, and his palms became drenched in sweat.
He wanted to look away, but he couldn’t.
His body refused to move, as though an invisible force had nailed him to the ground.
It felt as if that "sword" could slash through the heavens, sever the earth, and end lives with a single thought.
The pressure was overwhelming.
Even breathing became difficult.
Liu Yang’s mind went blank, his thoughts scattered by the sheer presence radiating from Lin Feng.
At that moment, he finally understood something...
The rumors were wrong.
Terribly, disastrously wrong.
This was not a useless teacher.
This was a true cultivator.
No.
This was a true sword.
