I Just Want to Farm, But My Beasts Keep Evolving!!-Chapter 63: Mistress of Flaming Doom
"Oh my~ Woolie, it looks like your partner is suffering! Go and rescue him, quick!" Isadora spoke in a deliberate, panicked voice.
Hearing this, Woolie was walking strenuously, lifted his head up and looked at Raiden, who was close to dying a few hundred meters ahead.
"Woolie!!" Seeing this, Woolie panicked and forgot about everything and burst into a run.
Bang!
He moved as fast as he could, but after a few meters, he found himself slowing down to a crawl as the pressure of gravity intensified.
But he ignored all that, with his sole focus on Raiden as he started feeling anxious.
CRACK BOOM~!
Thunder lit up the entire space. Woolie burst into a sprint once again, almost appearing near Raiden, but found himself stopping once more due to sheer pressure.
He was just a few steps away, but those few steps felt like an unfathomable chasm.
Feeling Raiden dying through his bond, Woolie’s eyes turned bloody red.
Bang!
He put his first step forward, as blood started flowing freely from his body.
Bang!
He put his next step forward, as cracks constantly rang out from his body, indicating the pain he was experiencing.
Bang!
Bang!
Bang!
Bang!
Woolie’s body started breaking down continuously, but he held on, moving closer and closer to Raiden with each step.
BANG!!
He finally reached Raiden and, without hesitation, grabbed his leg in his mouth.
Mustering all the power he could gather, he flung his body all the way across the room towards the safe zone, before fainting with a smile.

With a sudden breath, Raiden was startled awake, as he started breathing deeply.
"Where am I?..." Raiden started to wonder as he started to recall what had happened before he fainted.
Gravity Chamber, Isadora, Pain, and that sweet, sweet smile.
"Oh? You are awake already? That was much faster than I expected." Hearing the same familiar voice from behind him, Raiden flinched.
He slowly turned around only to find the same woman who tried to murder him standing there quietly, with that same sweet smile he remembered seeing before he fainted.
Seeing her standing there and looking at him like nothing happened, Raiden exploded.
"What the hell, you fucking lunatic!! Are you trying to kill me here?! I was this close to dying!!! You absolute nut-freak of a menopausal woman, I will k—"
BANG!!
Raiden’s speech was cut short as he was pinned beneath a flaming claw. Before he could scream, the blue fire of the Solaris lineage invaded his veins.
It felt as though his blood had been drained and replaced with churning, molten lava. The heat didn’t just burn his skin; it bored into his marrow, liquefying his organs from the inside out. Every heartbeat pumped liquid lava through his chest, turning his nervous system into a map of white-hot agony.
"AGHHH—!"
The cry was raw, the sound of a man being cooked in his own shell. Through the shimmering heat, the 6’4" silhouette of Isadora Sol loomed over him, cold and untouchable. He felt like a living ember, charred and hovering on the jagged edge of death, yet the phoenix’s cruel vitality refused to let him lose consciousness.
After what seemed like an eternity, Raiden felt the pain disappear, which left him twitching on the floor.
"Didn’t your mother teach you to be respectful to girls? And how deadly they can be if you talk about their age?? Be more careful in the future, ne?" Isadora talked with the same sweet voice as before, but to Raiden’s ears, they sounded like the whispers of the devil.
"Roy, heal him. I’ll go check on my dear daughter in the meantime." She commanded with a voice that left no room for questions as she exited the room, leaving Raiden alone with Roy, who gave him a sympathetic look.
"I don’t know whether to call you brave or stupid, boy. I have never seen someone talk like that to boss and come out alive. She is known as the ’Mistress of Flaming Doom’ for a reason. You have my respect." Seeing no response from the boy except for an occasional twitch, Roy snapped back to work.
"Sorry, I almost forgot about your condition." After saying so, he pulled out what seemed like a small finger-sized block of jelly and fed it to Raiden.
As soon as it touched his tongue, the block melted instantly, flowing through Raiden’s body and veins, as a wave of comfort washed over his body again and again.
After two minutes, Raiden felt like his body was his own again as he sat up straight, still feeling the lingering fear from what he had just gone through.
"Well? How do you feel? Do you feel significantly stronger??" Roy questioned.
Hearing this, Raiden paused as he started checking his body.
To his astonishment, his whole body felt significantly stronger. As he moved his arms up and down, he found himself filled with pure power. He felt so powerful that his body didn’t even feel like it was his own.
He felt like if he faced his past self, he could defeat him just by throwing his booger at him.
"Well, how is it?" Roy asked with a knowing smile.
"Strong, incredibly strong. I feel like I am filled with endless power." Raiden spoke in wonder.
"Of course, you can thank Isadora, I meant boss, for this. It was all possible due to her." Roy replied in a teasing voice.
Hearing her name, Raiden put on a disbelieving expression.
Seeing his expression, Roy knew he didn’t believe him and started talking once again.
"Don’t believe me? It’s all true, you know. In the gravity chamber, the most effective way to become strong really fast is to experience near-death. The more thoroughly your body gets broken, the stronger and faster it builds back up. She calculated the exact distance and pressure your body can handle before throwing you into that specific gravity zone." Roy explained.
"Really? She wasn’t taking revenge on me?? And what about right now??" Raiden asked with a sarcastic smile. He didn’t believe that woman had a good heart for a second.
"Right now, she just did you an even more massive favour!! She used the sacred flames of the phoenix and used precise control to burn away all the impurities you had in your body since childhood. Only someone who has a Diamond Tier Phoenix like her can do it. You should be really grateful. People will pay their life savings for this." Roy spoke seriously.
"So you are telling me she did it for my good??" Raiden asked incredulously.
"Yes!! She is a good person. Well, you don’t have to believe me anyways. You will be training under her for a few days anyway!! There is no escape." Roy spoke in a matter-of-fact tone.
Hearing those final words, Raiden felt nothing but dread for his future.
