Knowing there's a problem, yet insisting on going through it again.

If the All Ghosts Survival Platform doesn't possess sufficient control over the Ghost World, Gu Shanhai could still understand that. Through limited observation, it can be discerned that regarding ghosts, the All Ghosts Survival Platform has complete control over life and death, not to mention the entire Ghost World's control.

"It's unlikely that something so foolish would happen, so there must be another possibility."

"The All Ghosts Survival Platform likely has a greater plan in motion, and the ghost completion plan might just be a cover, to hide the true plan."

That Gu Shanhai would be confused is quite normal, after all, the other party has always been executing the ghost completion plan. The plan hidden in the shadows does not manifest itself, and might even be a part of the ghost completion plan, making it difficult to discern.

"But, what exactly is this plan, to execute it in such a grand manner, isn't the All Ghosts Survival Platform afraid of collapsing under its own weight?"

Gu Shanhai found this matter to be very puzzling.

The bigger the plan, the greater the risk.

"I can only hope Shura can investigate and find some information." Gu Shanhai had previously explored the entire Ghost World. All the ghosts were very weak, weak to the point of not being worthy of a glance, naturally inferior compared to those Ghost Survivors.

Without completion, they are fragile and bewildering.

In Gu Shanhai's eyes, they are practically a batch of defective products.

Yet, this batch of defective products also holds value, even considerable value.

With Spiritual Intelligence, with self-awareness, as long as they are guided to develop related to civilization, it is not impossible to replicate a brand new and powerful civilization.

Gu Shanhai then calculated in his mind how to develop and utilize these incomplete defective grade ghosts, otherwise it seems a waste to kill them all.

Then he squinted his eyes: "Just right, they can be used as small fragments."

The ghost civilization is actually already in embryonic form, just led astray. Thankfully, after experiencing the "Civilization Road" game, Gu Shanhai noticed some traces, choosing not to directly interfere but using an indirect approach, seemingly half-way there and then stopped.

This is good news, obviously thinking it's too troublesome and the returns are low, more importantly, it would cause issues.

Currently, ghosts do kill each other, without related law and order, many matters are subjectively determined, and the authorities have no intent to enforce laws, anyway, dead is dead, sparing them from entering the All Ghosts Survival Platform for torment.

They are similar to a group of barbarians who are civilized but not fully enlightened.

It's filled with contradictions, a situation resulting from the lack of guidance after being abandoned halfway.

"If I directly put the pedal to the metal, would the embryonic ghost civilization develop quickly or collapse without bearing the pressure?"

The greatest catalyst for civilization development is, of course, war.

Ordinarily, wanting to start a war in the Ghost World is nearly impossible. If you talk about street brawls or small-scale provocations, they might succeed. After all, this world hasn't birthed the concept of war, not even village conflicts on a scale have occurred.

Ghosts rarely form alliances.

Not because they can't, but because the concept doesn't exist in their minds, leading to the absence of such thoughts; the biggest cause for brawls is accidental injury, not revenge.

"So as long as I add my intelligence-reducing aura, I can quickly assemble a ghost army."

As to whether this would draw the attention of the All Ghosts Survival Platform, Gu Shanhai would gladly see it happen.

If the All Ghosts Survival Platform ever lets a trace slip, Gu Shanhai won't hesitate to be ruthless, extracting them from the Ghost World into a lab for analysis.

The value of the Ghost Sanctuary has been mostly explored by him, and it requires the original data for further supplementation.

The All Ghosts Survival Platform doesn't have enough capability to represent the entire Ghost World, talk when the ghost completion plan is finished. It's like Creator God, but not truly Creator God. There's a comparable gap, and it's this gap that's lethal.

What Gu Shanhai truly needs to be wary of is only the Ghost World itself, yet the Ghost World is controlled by the All Ghosts Survival Platform now, effectively indirectly constrained, not needing to worry about being targeted.

Though it's controlled, they definitely wouldn't dare use it against Gu Shanhai, knowing well of Gu Shanhai's strength.

"In light of this, the identity of Yin Fenggui seems a bit inadequate. It's crucial to switch to a better ghost."

Gu Shanhai doesn't mind being discovered by the All Ghosts Survival Platform, but will conceal some when possible.

He began selecting among many ghost races, quickly finding one that seemed decent.

"Heart-eating Ghost... What a name it is..."

This type of ghost's name sounds like it commits heinous acts, but they're just newbies lacking any heart-eating ability.

Firstly, ghosts don't have hearts; secondly, eating human hearts is like presenting themselves to humans as snacks, it's unknown who gave them such a lousy name.

Fortunately, the ability is still good; every ghost has their unique ability, like Yin Fenggui can unleash a deadly roar of yin wind, though only effective among ghosts.

Its power is too weak to behold, wanting to boost power and gain more racial abilities means participating in the ghost completion plan in the human world through the All Ghosts Survival Platform, otherwise in the Ghost World, they remain with one ability unable to enhance.

Gu Shanhai chose this Heart-eating Ghost with an extremely common ability, Spiritual Devouring.

Heart-eating doesn't mean ingesting hearts, but consuming the spirit. If a ghost's spirit is fully devoured, it becomes a live puppet of the Heart-eating Ghost, retaining self-awareness while under its control.

Initially, the ability seems powerful, yet it has no practical use; with the fragile physique of the Heart-eating Ghost, it's difficult to fully devour a ghost's spirit.

Spiritual Devouring must be completed in one go, interruptions require restarting, and if other ghosts become vigilant, devouring is impossible.

As for devouring humans, it's even weirder; humans are directly immune to Spiritual Devouring.

In survival, Heart-eating Ghosts naturally participate, some even try to control humans. The result is unsuccessful, ending up as snacks, leading to Heart-eating Ghosts having the lowest survival rate and most can't survive past the first trial in the All Ghosts Survival Platform.

Even those managing to get past the second trial mostly perish here.

For Heart-eating Ghosts, this ability is utterly useless, failing to guarantee survival, much less anything else.

Yet for Gu Shanhai, it is a great guise.

He plans to raise a ghost army, not through recruitment or persuasion but via Spiritual Devouring for mental control, thus minimizing concerns of betrayal or backstabbing.

Moreover, as live puppets, they can further stimulate development and unity among all ghosts; if one doesn't want to be a controlled puppet, resisting is the only option.

War is merely a means; chaos and development are Gu Shanhai's goals.

This not only earns him fragments of the ghost civilization but further probes reactions from the Ghost World and All Ghosts Survival Platform, serving groundwork and investigation for world devouring later.

Essentially a process to see if the world is toxic or has hidden traps, if not, it's safe to consume.
