I Can Transform Into Any Monster-Chapter 49: Robot
Chapter 49: Robot
The good news was that after explaining everything to his father, Luis finally received a reply from Madam Sofia.
(Would you like to buy it now? I’m still at Zarion’s house. If you want it now, I’ll ask my assistant to meet you.)
(Yes, I need it now!) Luis replied.
(Okay, send me your cell phone number, and my assistant will contact you.) fгeewёbnoѵel.cσm
Luis then sent her his cell phone number.
It wasn’t long before he received a message from Madam Sofia’s assistant.
The assistant asked for his location because she would deliver the robot herself.
Since that was the case, Luis sent her his home address.
He also informed his parents about this so they wouldn’t be confused.
After some time, a car stopped in front of their house.
From the window, Luis saw a woman in her mid-20s get out of the car.
She had a professional appearance, wearing pants and a work shirt.
Luis could tell she was just an ordinary person, but she seemed to be highly trusted by Madam Sofia.
Luis quickly went down from the house to meet her.
"Are you the one named Luis, sir?" the woman asked when she saw him.
"Yes," Luis replied.
"Look, the robot is inside the car," the woman said, opening the back door of the car and turning on the lights inside.
Luis immediately saw a robot shaped like a human, not very tall, but every part of its body looked extremely strong, painted in white and gray.
It wasn’t carrying a firearm but had two swords hanging from its waist.
And it was alive, staring at Luis with its glowing red eyes.
"How do i control it?" Luis asked.
"You can use your phone," the woman replied before giving Luis a detailed explanation.
It was through an app, and he could register his face in the app so the robot would recognize him as its master.
He could give the robot direct commands or commands through his phone.
He could also monitor it or use the cameras on its body to monitor its surroundings through the app.
Everything was easy to do.
In no time, the robot was finally under Luis’s control.
"By the way, did Madam Sofia tell you that I paid with Monster Cores?" Luis asked.
"Yes, you can send them here," replied the assistant, showing her ring, which was a Dimension Artifact.
It should have belonged to Madam Sofia, but she might have the authority to bring it.
"The boss said you only need to pay an amount equivalent to 50 Million Energy Points," she added, which slightly surprised Luis because he thought he would have to pay more.
However, if it’s only 50 million Energy Points, when Madam Sofia wants to sell the Monster Core quickly, she’ll likely get less than 50 million dollars because she has to pay taxes unless she sells them to a consumer who actually needs the Monster Cores, in which case she could get more money.
It seemed like the woman didn’t want to take advantage of him or maybe she would use the Monster Cores for her own purposes. Maybe they were for her son, Thomas.
Luis nodded and transferred part of the Monster Cores from Isadonna’s Dimension Artifact to the woman’s Dimension Artifact.
As long as the two Dimension Artifacts were close to each other, they could send items to each other without making them come out.
From the looks of it, the assistant was ready to take them away without worrying about being robbed.
Luis didn’t think much of it. After the transaction was complete, the woman left immediately.
Luis returned home, followed by the robot he had purchased.
His parents couldn’t say anything when they saw the robot, which Luis then brought to his room.
The most important thing for the robot was that its battery was always charged, and that required Monster Cores.
As long as its battery was full, the robot could survive for up to a month without fighting.
"Your only task is to watch this woman; don’t let her leave this house," Luis told the robot when they arrived in his room.
"Order received!" The robot responded with a loud voice, like a highly disciplined military member.
Luis nodded in satisfaction.
"First, remove the restraints on her hands and feet," Luis continued.
Since there was already a guard, he wasn’t worried about Isadonna being restrained.
The robot acted quickly, using its sword to cut the roots binding Isadonna’s hands and feet.
Instantly, the woman was able to move freely.
"There’s another room next to mine; you can sleep there," Luis told the woman.
After that, he took out several pieces of casual clothing from his Dimensional Artifact.
They were Isadonna’s own clothes.
"If you want to bathe, you can go downstairs," he added.
Up until now, the woman still looked calm, as if nothing had affected her emotions.
After Luis mentioned taking a shower, she picked up her clothes before standing up from the bed.
"To be honest, you’re too kind to your prisoner. Usually, I would just lock them up and tie them in the underground prison without giving them a chance to move," she said suddenly after standing up.
She took a step past him as she said that.
Luis wasn’t sure how to react, not expecting her to mock him after he had treated her so well.
She seemed to look down on his kindness and instead boast about her crimes.
"How can you compare us, the people of Velos who were raised with morals, to a woman like you who is full of sin?" he replied.
"Hmm, I don’t think so," the woman answered briefly.
Her words were completely unclear.
She didn’t speak again after that, and Luis couldn’t help but follow her behind the robot that had been following her earlier.
The woman seemed to be observing the second floor of his house and staring at the door of another room besides his before descending the stairs.
His parents were startled again when they saw her.
What surprised Luis was that she nodded slightly at them as if greeting them.
