I Can Assimilate Everything-Chapter 637: Inner Dominion! II
Achilles placed his entire focus on learning exactly what was blooming inside of him as it was far too grand to ignore or set aside for later contemplation.
The Inner Dominion!
Other beings had different stages of power, and when it came to THE Civilizational Scale of Existence, the progression was clear. Surface Depth, Intermediate Depth, Fundamental Depth, and finally Absolute Depth. Four stages that represented the journey from existential relevance to something approaching glorious immensity.
Traversing these Depths of Absolute Sovereignty of one’s Civilization was hard under normal circumstances. It was nearly impossible for those within this stunted Observable Existence where Chaos had been absent for eons and advancement had been crippled before anyone even knew what they were missing.
Achilles had also been traveling on the same path as everyone else. He simply made his foundation ridiculously grand by being capable of Assimilating other entities with their Civilizations, accumulating weight that exceeded what his category should permit.
But what he gained from Assimilating this Primordial Realm, this portion of a Primordial Realm that had tested countless entities since before the Age of Collapse, he truly believed changed everything regarding how he expressed his power.
He didn’t have the same worries that other existences had at this moment.
He was not worried about elevating his Depth and immensity or foundation through the slow accumulation of authority. His only worry could truly be which part of a Primordial Realm he could Assimilate next, because the moment that he was able to do this, he could allow the emergence of such a place inside of his Existence. This alone would propel his Depth upward tremendously without requiring the conventional struggles that others faced. 𝚏𝕣𝕖𝚎𝚠𝚎𝚋𝚗𝐨𝐯𝕖𝕝.𝕔𝐨𝕞
The prompt had clearly said it.
|Every region you Assimilate and integrate into your Inner Dominion adds its weight to your foundation.|
Clearly.
He didn’t know exactly where to place himself within the Intermediate Depth at this moment, whether he was approaching its middle ranges or pushing toward its upper limits, but he felt a ridiculous sense of power that suggested the latter rather than the former.
At this moment, he looked at his Inner Dominion with perception that went beyond physical sight.
It seemed to be moving across his body, rotating around his heart like a celestial body orbiting a star. It looked like a brilliant multicolored point of singularity, compressed potential waiting to be explored and expanded. When he sent his awareness inside of it, he was pulled into what looked like an endlessly vast white space that stretched toward horizons in every direction.
And in this wide space, there was a portion that shone with gray brilliance.
The Blind Depths.
He saw it visibly, the oppressive darkness and the heavy atmosphere and the regions where Malformed Collapsed Existences had once hunted anything foolish enough to enter. All of its heaviness and weight and tonnage now resided within him, and he actually found all of it supporting his Existence and elevating his power even more. It elevated his very Civilization of Assimilation through mechanisms that went beyond simple accumulation.
As he looked at this, he couldn’t help but want to add on to it even more.
When he looked at the endless white expanse surrounding The Blind Depths, it almost seemed to be telling him something. Inviting him. Encouraging him!
As if it were saying...big guy, fill us up with more realms!
And he truly could not say no.
In the next moment, he voiced out with authority that carried the weight of his Way of Assimilation, his Intermediate Depth and his partial Claim to Chaos.
"Enact the Realm of Assimilation to encompass everything, with The Blind Depths being under it. Also enact the Realm of Chaos."
...!
HUUM!
His words were followed by roiling rumbling waves of immensity and Civilizational Authority that shook the white expanse within him. Multicolored light bloomed in this region of white brilliance, proceeding to cover The Blind Depths entirely as it transformed into what looked like a radiant multicolored sea.
The colors held every shade that Assimilation had ever consumed. Purple and gold from his original transformation. Green from Life. Obsidian from Necrocracy. Copper from Alchemy. Silver-gold from Dreams. All of them merged!
To the south of this sea sat The Blind Depths, its gray murky expanse now serving as territory within the greater Realm of Assimilation rather than existing in isolation.
And to the north, something new began forming.
Obsidian clusters of dimensional and planar brilliance began to stack one after another as if reality itself was being woven from pure Chaos. Physical landscapes of a glorious Realm of Chaos started to unfold with weight that made the multicolored sea tremble in response.
Mountains that reformed constantly. Rivers that flowed in patterns that contradicted themselves. Storms of possibility that raged across skies that couldn’t decide whether they wanted to show day or night.
His Inner Dominion grew!
The Realm of Assimilation encompassing everything with its multicolored radiance.
The Realm of Chaos growing in the north with its obsidian potential. And The Blind Depths.
Now at this point in time, something critical occurred that even Achilles did not account nor plan for.
He had multiple bodies spread out across different regions of Observable Existence at this moment. One body remained here in Apatheia with Rose. Another body still moved through the Second Region of The Cavern of Existence. A third body continued its activities within the Seas of Tian.
When he chose to establish the Realm of Assimilation and the Realm of Chaos, an incandescent pressure, or really brilliance, was inadvertently unleashed across all of his bodies simultaneously.
It could not be contained.
His body in the Second Region of The Cavern of Existence blazed with multicolored and obsidian light that made the fractured reality around it tremble.
His body within this realm of Apatheia radiated authority that pressed against the Primordial Chaos surrounding him with weight!
And his body within the Seas of Tian...
A burst of immense Civilizational Authorities emanated from him as if they briefly spread out across the surrounding weavings of Existence. The golden waters of Abzu rippled with disturbance that had no apparent source. The obsidian sky that had formed since Chaos began permeating through Tian seemed to pulse in response to what he had just accomplished.
And across the Seas of Tian, there were two figures at this moment who turned their heads across extremely far distances as they sensed this outburst of immensity.
It was THE Resplendent Paradox, her contradictory features holding expression that combined surprise and shock.
And the serpent eating its own tail, its obsidian eyes blazing with hatred that had been festering since it felt its Claim to Chaos slipping away!
