At the entrance of Sunagakure, Naruto and Gaara shook hands to say goodbye.

"Naruto, thank you," Gaara sincerely expressed his gratitude.

"Hahaha... I didn’t do much..." Naruto replied, feeling a bit embarrassed.

"No, I’ve learned a lot from you," Gaara said seriously. "From now on, as Kazekage, I’ll work hard for the village and earn the recognition of more comrades."

Sakura glanced at Kakashi’s back and nodded in agreement, whispering back, "Because Kakashi-sensei only used it once."

A vein popped on Kakashi’s forehead as he turned back to glare at the two of them, saying in a low voice, "What are you talking about, you brats?"

"N-nothing..." Naruto and Sakura shook their heads vigorously.

"Hahahahaha..." Might Guy gave Kakashi a thumbs-up. "Were you ridiculed by your adorable students, my rival Kakashi? It’s all because you don’t exercise enough. Come, let’s sweat our youth together!"

Rock Lee enthusiastically raised his hand and shouted, "Me too, me too! Guy-sensei, let’s return to Konoha while doing handstands!"

"That’s a great idea, Lee!" Might Guy immediately started doing a handstand and moved forward, "I’ll go ahead! Keep up, Kakashi, Lee!"

"Wait for me, Guy-sensei!" Rock Lee quickly followed suit and joined him.

The two of them, handstanding and walking on their hands, quickly disappeared, kicking up a cloud of dust.

Tenten, watching the distant master and disciple, couldn’t help but be covered in black lines. She waved her hand in front of her to clear the dust and muttered, "Those two are at it again with their embarrassing antics."

"You’ll get used to it."

Neji, walking beside her, maintained a stoic expression, unfazed.

Naruto and Sakura, however, kept their eyes fixed on Kakashi.

Naruto scratched his face with his finger and asked, "Kakashi-sensei, aren’t you going to join Bushy Brow-sensei? He just invited you."

"Hmm?" Kakashi, holding his book, turned back with a confused look. "Did something happen just now?"

’He’s playing dumb.’

The other four looked at him with blank expressions, silently judging him.

"Speaking of which," Kakashi said in a leisurely tone, "Sasuke has improved a lot. He’s really impressive."

"Hmm?"

Naruto looked displeased, squinting his eyes at the back of Kakashi’s head.

"Ah, when we faced Itachi, we were also fortunate to have Sasuke," Kakashi continued. "Naruto, you were caught in a genjutsu then, right? It was thanks to Sasuke that you were saved."

"Damn it, damn it!" Naruto immediately jumped up in frustration. "I’m falling behind Sasuke again!"

That night, Sasuke lit a fire inside a cave and removed the ninja tool pouch from his back.

This ninja tool pouch had been enhanced by Kaito before his departure, equipped with a space seal.

Sasuke opened the pouch to take out the stored bento, but Izuna’s paper avatar automatically emerged, transforming into human form and sitting opposite him.

"Grandfather Izuna?"

Sasuke held the bento with both hands, heating it with fire-style chakra, and looked inquiringly at Izuna, who had appeared suddenly.

"Hmm." Izuna nodded, "Though I didn’t show myself, I could sense your actions all along the way."

The aroma of steaming food filled the cave, but Sasuke continued to silently watch Izuna.

Both people in the cave opened their eyes, and Sasuke took out a communication paper doll from the ninja tool pouch again.

"Uncle."

"Sasuke, I have a mission for you." The small paper doll bounced around, "Izuna-senpai, please assist as well."

"What is it?" Izuna asked.

"Yūrei has discovered traces of Ōtsutsuki Isshiki," Kaito explained. "I’ve already drafted a plan to deal with him, and I need your help."

"Ōtsutsuki Isshiki?" Izuna was surprised. "Didn’t you say he was killed by Ōtsutsuki Kaguya?"

The paper doll shook its tiny hands, and Kaito continued, "According to records, he was indeed killed by Kaguya. What we didn’t expect was that, before his death, he attached his consciousness to a monk and has survived to this day. Now, he has completely replaced the monk’s consciousness."

"This is a very important discovery." The paper doll raised both hands. "It seems that to completely kill a member of the Ōtsutsuki clan, it’s not enough to just kill them physically."
