Kate lifted her right hand and made a gesture of invitation, and Sam Davis immediately stood up, "As you all know, Manager Xu from the Design Department is leaving due to pregnancy, and her duties will be taken over by Manager Davis."
Upon hearing this, everyone immediately applauded in congratulations.
Sam Davis smiled and nodded towards everyone.
"Thank you. I’ve been working in the Planning Department and lack understanding of the Design Department’s work, so I ask the colleagues there to offer more assistance."
