Stepping out of the room, Zhao Tian's gaze narrowed in thought 'Ruptures...'

As Zhao Tian stepped into his room, Xia Shenyi and Li Jia, standing on either side of him, exchanged a brief glance before gently guiding him toward the bed.

"Rest now..." Xia Shenyi murmured as she grasped his wrist, leading him forward.

Li Jia, her eyes filled with soft concern, reached up to unfasten his outer robes, slowly sliding them off his shoulders.

"You can't keep pushing yourself like this," she whispered as her delicate fingers traced over his arm before placing a soothing hand against his chest.

Zhao Tian let out a slow breath, allowing them to undress him down to his inner robes before they guided him onto the bed.

Xia Shenyi slid in beside him first, pulling the blankets over all of them and her arms circled around his waist as she pressed herself against his side.

Li Jia followed soon after, slipping under the covers on his other side, resting her head against his shoulder.

For a moment, there was only silence.

Li Jia was the first to move, shifting slightly so she could look up at him.

Slowly, she reached up to cup his cheek before pressing a soft kiss to the corner of his lips.

Her breath was warm against Zhao Tian's skin as her fingers gently caressed his jawline before she pressed another soft kiss to his lips.

Zhao Tian sighed against her touch and his grip on her tightened as he pulled her closer.

Her body molded against his, soft and warm as her delicate scent filled his senses.

Xia Shenyi, watching from his other side, smiled softly before leaning in as well.

She pressed featherlight kisses down to his collarbone as her fingers slipped beneath the folds of his robes, caressing the firm planes of his chest.

Li Jia, not wanting to be left behind, nuzzled against his cheek before capturing his lips in another kiss as her fingers threaded through his hair.

His heart pounded as he felt their warmth enveloping him from both sides.

Xia Shenyi smiled against his skin as she enjoyed the warmth of his body.

"Tian…" Xia Shenyi whispered against his ear, her breath sending a shiver down his spine.

"It feels like... its been a long while since I felt your body."

Li Jia hummed in agreement, pressing herself more firmly against him.

Zhao Tian exhaled deeply and his arms tightened around both of them as he let himself sink into their embrace.

The warmth of their touch, the softness of their lips, and the way their bodies fit perfectly against his made the weight on his shoulders feel a little lighte... if only for tonight.

He closed his eyes, surrendering to their love...

Next day morning...

Beside the waterfall, Velnorah was sitting naked on top of a rock as she watched the waterfall absentmindedly.

Strands of her monochrome hair clung to her damp shoulders, and droplets of water trailed down the curves of her body, glistening like tiny crystals in the sunlight.

As she was lost in thought, she felt someone walking towards her and turned her head to see who it was.

Looking at Zhao Tian, she was surprised and hurriedly stood up "Tian.."

He walked to her and her eyes trembled seeing the smile on his lips after months.

Before she could say anything else, his strong arms wrapped around her, pulling her into his embrace "Norah.."

H-Huh? Velnorah was dumbfounded to see this but she hurriedly hugged him back "Tian."

Gently pulling back from the hug, Velnorah leaned forward and parted her lips before taking his lips in a soft kiss.

Zhao Tian chuckled in her lips before reciprocating the kiss.

A soft sigh escaped her as she melted into him, her arms winding around his neck

Few moments later, they pulled back the kiss.

Zhao Tian gazed at her with affection as his fingers brushed against her damp hair "I'm sorry for ignoring you these past days,"

Hearing this, she shook her head gently, "It's okay… I know after your loss, you weren't in a good state of mind."

His gaze softened and he hugged her tightly "Thank you for understanding..."

With a nod, she caressed his cheek and sighed into his arms "Good to see that you are back... I missed you."

Zhao Tian gently patted her back, his fingers tracing soothing circles over her damp skin. "About your star…" he started hesitantly.

But before he could continue, Velnorah quickly interjected, lifting her head to look into his eyes. "Let's not talk about that. I don't care much about it anyway."

"Right now, I just want to be with you."

With a soft sigh, he replied "Alright..."

A small, satisfied smile touched her lips before she took a step back "Since you are already here.. lets bathe..."

Zhao Tian just smiled and Velnorah had already started undoing the fastenings of his robe.

His robe slipped down, pooling around his feet, leaving him bare from the waist up.

Looking at the reddish scars marring his chest to his shoulder, her eyes trembled for a second.

But she didn't ask about it and took his hand before pulling him gently towards the water.

She stepped into the shallow pool beneath the waterfall and the cool water lapping at her calves as she turned to face him.
