How to Tame a Villain Character-Chapter 29: Did She Really Love Me?
Chapter 29: Chapter 29: Did She Really Love Me?
The first time he heard a ridiculous question asked by his master, Thomas wanted to laugh out loud. However, to be honest, up to now he has always maintained his attitude so that his master would not end his life. Over the years working as Harry’s right hand man, he never acted presumptuously and always respected Harry.
Harry is known as a cold and cruel man. However, for some reason Thomas felt that Harry’s attitude had begun to change over time since marrying Claudia. Increasingly curious about how Claudia can tame the heart of a cold man into a gentle man.
"Why are you asking that suddenly?" Thomas asked nervously.
"Because all this time you are the one who usually gives me input. Besides, your attitude is more humane than mine, you must have felt defended by a woman in your life."
Thomas burst out laughing at his master’s suddenly wise words. "Harry, I didn’t mean to be presumptuous just now. But, it seems like you are starting to care about your wife."
"Because she is my wife, I should care."
"But, this is the first time I’ve heard that you can take the initiative to care about a woman after you broke up–"
Thomas almost slipped into saying something inappropriate for Harry to hear regarding his past love life. Thomas knew the chronology for Harry having to break up with Vivian because of what. Even though Harry asked to break up first, he felt his heart ache when he did.
"By the way, I just wanted to give you some tips as your assistant. If your wife really cares about you, it means she truly loves you and will not betray you. You should spend your precious time with him."
Listening to Thomas’ words, Harry felt like he was burdened. A rough sigh was exhaled from his mouth, he crossed his legs. "Later, I really want to go on a date with her. That’s why you have to be my driver."

Getting a short message from Harry suddenly about changing his mind about going on a date, Claudia was still confused about what was going through Harry’s mind at the moment. As she remembered, before going to the Harperwood family residence, Harry openly did not want to date and chose to discuss the mysterious death case. As a result, Harry changed his mind, Claudia gave up her intention of accompanying Alice all day.
Claudia has transformed herself in elegant casual clothes and natural makeup. While waiting for her husband to change clothes, Claudia felt like opening her husband’s cell phone on the table. In fact, she still suspects that her husband was one of the masterminds behind Kael’s sudden death.
After much thought, Claudia finally took Harry’s cell phone secretly. When she wanted to carry out her secret mission, her lips curled up as he had to enter the cell phone password. Initially entered the password Harry’s date of birth, but the attempt immediately failed. Disappointed because she had to guess the cellphone password for days so she could find out Harry’s real secret.
Hearing the sound of the bedroom door opening, Claudia immediately put Harry’s cellphone in its original place and sat down as usual. Her eyes immediately lit up at the clothes that Harry was currently wearing, usually wearing formal clothes for attending big events at the palace or special events outside the palace.
Even though Harry asking her out on a date suddenly made her happy, Claudia still didn’t want to appear easily melted. Her face looked gloomy as she crossed her legs gracefully.
"Didn’t you want to go on a date with me before?" Claudia shouted.
Harry looked down embarrassedly as he put his right hand in his jacket pocket. "I just want to walk with you. Besides, attending that bastard’s funeral isn’t profitable for me."
A sweet smile appeared on Claudia’s beautiful face. Without further ado, she immediately grabbed her husband’s right hand. "I want to take you on a date somewhere."
However, Claudia felt disturbed by the scratches on Harry’s right palm. For a moment, she let go of her hand, then took the medicine box from the storage cupboard.
Claudia took an ointment for scratches and a bandage. Even though her husband’s hand was not bleeding, for some reason she really wanted to treat it. She even rubbed the ointment gently on the scratched area while blowing on it.
"You are the palace defense minister. "You should take good care of your hands," she said softly, making Harry smile awkwardly.
The first time he received attention like this, Harry continued to smile while looking at his wife who looked sweet in his eyes. Moreover, he had been in a very bad mood since fighting with his stepfamily. For some reason, every time he was with Claudia, he always felt calm.
His right hand spontaneously stroked his wife’s head slowly. "Thank you, Claudia."
Claudia gasped and her eyes widened when she heard her husband’s very rare words of thanks, and this was also the first time her husband had taken the initiative to stroke her head. To suppress the embarrassment, his head lowered. "As your wife, I definitely have to be sensitive to small things like this."
Harry locked his lips again. His left hand continuously rubbed his wife’s head, because for some reason he became more and more addicted to wanting to do it all the time.

The date place was a festival held by ordinary people in the middle of the city. Harry didn’t expect Claudia to like simple things, even though as far as he knew, Claudia really liked luxurious things. During their date, he asked Thomas to go for a walk too, but not accompany him.
Still outside the festival gates, Harry was amazed to see the people rushing to buy merchandise such as used antiques, jewelry, books, food, and much more.
"Why are you asking me out on a date in a place like this?" he asked in a slightly stern tone.
"Because this festival is rarely held. I want to go to a place like this once in a while. But, I doubt you like this place."
Instead of being angry, Harry actually showed a faint smile as he took the initiative to hold his wife’s hand tightly. "Claudia, don’t you want to get to know me better?"
"I want."
"But, simple things like this you don’t know. Even though I’ve always liked going to festivals like this."
