Chapter 161: Chapter 161: Quality Time

Since being dragged into the server room and receiving an emergency warning from the system, Claudia looked sluggish when she woke up, even though she was greeted all morning with a sweet smile that her husband rarely showed. She was increasingly curious about what place they would visit throughout the day because it took a long time to get to that secret place. Because today was date day, Claudia temporarily threw away her negative thoughts.

Her curiosity burned even more until it made her body hot. In the end, Claudia was determined to disturb her husband who was busy choosing one of the watches among the many watches stored in the glass drawer.

"Where do you actually want to take me?"

"I want to take you to enjoy the view at Windwillow Cliff."

Claudia’s eyes widened when she heard the name of the place. It was one of the places she wanted to visit when she lived in this world. Windwillow Cliff is known as a cliff that has a very beautiful view to see the sunset and lots of dandelion flowers. The cool air and quiet place were suitable for calming her recently chaotic thoughts.

Imagining that beautiful place in her mind made a sweet smile appear on her beautiful face. Spontaneously, she got up from the dressing table and took the brooch she had given her to put on the shirt worn by her beloved husband.

Claudia put on the bird brooch with a focused yet nervous look because she knew her husband had been staring at her.

"What’s wrong with your face?" Harry asked worriedly, making Claudia flinch, because she didn’t expect Harry to be able to read her thoughts at the moment.

"Is my lipstick really smudged?" Claudia looked down.

"You’re already beautiful. But, I feel there is still something missing. You don’t like me taking you there?"

"Not because of that."

"Then, because of what? You’re still sad because your family left." Harry hugged his wife’s body lovingly while kissing the top of her head. "My goal today is to take you on a date there so you can clear your head. Spit out all your anger as much as you like. After that, I don’t want to see you cry again."

"Harry..."

"Come on, let’s go now! You and Alice have also cooked a lot of food to stock up until the afternoon."

Today’s date, Harry didn’t want to invite anyone to follow them to Windwillow Cliff. Harry invited Alice only to help his wife prepare lunch for them during today’s date. Then, he also decided to drive his car to the location without Thomas’ help. This actually made Claudia start to worry because they had been traveling for almost two hours, Harry didn’t complain.

"Harry, if you’re tired, we should just rest first."

Harry’s response showed a happy smile. "This thing is still small for me. Even training at the Military Academy was even more tiring. Every morning I have to run twenty times around a field that is bigger than a football field."

"Is it true? The first time you do it, you’ll almost faint because your body isn’t used to it."

"Actually, I didn’t faint because I had to hold it in. I have to stay strong so that I appear stronger than Harris."

Hearing her husband’s answer, Claudia spontaneously stroked the back of her husband’s hand. "Since the beginning your life has always been miserable. Even though you are human, they shouldn’t force you to always look your best in their eyes. Is it because of their ambition to make you a duke?"

It is more likely that Harry wants to tell the truth about his true identity. His parents never forced him to get the dukedom. If Claudia heard the truth right now, would their date be canceled?

"Claudia–"

"You don’t need to care about anyone anymore. I will still defend you."

Harry decided he didn’t want to reveal his identity on this beautiful day. He smiled happily again, his right hand stroking his beloved wife’s head.

"Thank you for choosing me to be your husband, Claudia."

"I definitely chose you because you are the right man to be my husband."

"You’d better sleep first. When we arrive, I’ll wake you up."

Claudia shook her head. "I’m not sleepy."

"But, you must have lost sleep because I told you about the constellations for too long."

"I’m really not sleepy because I want to enjoy this rare moment longer."

Arriving at a cliff filled with dandelions and no one visiting, Claudia looked around her with sparkling eyes as she ran along the cliff. In the end, her dream was achieved, enjoying the beautiful view on the cliff where there was no air pollution and the atmosphere was very calm.

She dared to admit that all her wishes had been achieved thanks to Harry’s hands. If she were Harris’ wife now, Harris would not grant all her wishes. Especially in the original storyline, Harris was never invited to this place because Harris was on a business trip out of town.

Now that she has Harry in her life, what else is missing? Regarding yesterday’s emergency reminder, Claudia wanted to forget about it. For her, it was impossible for Harry to be so careless as to cause a great disaster in their relationship.

She waved her right hand while holding a white hat which almost flew away in the wind. "Harry, I love this place."

Harry responded with a sweet smile while holding a large basket containing all the food supplies for them. "Thank God you really like it. But you’re not cold?"

"No. If I’m cold, I can run."

"It turns out you really are like a child, Claudia." Harry laughed so hard his face turned red.

"So what if I’m like a child? Don’t you like seeing me not as graceful as an elite woman?"

"I actually like seeing you like this. The more you show your true personality, the more I like you. I’d rather you be honest with me."

"I also want you to act as you are. Don’t force yourself to look tough in front of me. If you feel tired, you can show me. I will not insult you like other people."
