Chapter 101: Chapter 101: Violin

Since Claudia really loves her husband, every day she was treated very sweetly and Harry rarely did strange things every night. Harry’s current principle is that he wants to spend more time with his beloved wife before regretting it in the end.

Even while working, Claudia kept looking at her cellphone, hoping that her husband would give her sudden news or greet her casually. Now Claudia is also continuing to prepare for the music festival which will be held sometime next month. The problem now is, until now her hands have not touched a musical instrument which has traumatized her until now.

Tomorrow Claudia has to do her first practice with all the members of the Scarlet Community, even though she doesn’t have a violin yet and is confused about how to play it. Will the music festival be ruined because he is still traumatized?

Seeing that her boss’s expression looked sluggish when reading the hotel proposal, Sarah lowered her eyebrows. "What’s wrong with you again?"

"It’s okay. It’s not the hotel’s business."

"You seem lethargic lately, has something happened to you?" Sarah rolled her eyes, this time she understood what was making her boss gloomy. "Is it because of Harris?"

Talking about Harris, Claudia has started to forget about him for almost a month. Because for him, why continue to be trapped in the past that makes her hurt? Even Sarah already knew the real facts because Claudia had told her. Even though Sarah has no direct relationship with Harris, she can feel the suffering that Claudia has experienced over the years.

"Not because of him. "Even this time I’ve completely forgotten about it because I have Harry now."

Sarah shook her head and folded her arms. "When you are truly in love, you are very excessive. Sometimes Harry even asks how you are through me."

Claudia’s eyes widened. "Really? But, he never asked me directly. Every time I wait for a text message from him, he doesn’t contact me."

"That’s Harry’s shy nature. But he was so bold as to threaten me. If I don’t report your movements to him, I will be killed."

"But, if he was worried about me, why didn’t he contact me directly? You freak!" Claudia grumbled pursing her lips.

"By the way, if it’s not Harris’ problem, why have you been so gloomy?"

Claudia exhaled roughly. "Because tomorrow I have to practice playing the violin with the members of the Scarlet Community. I don’t have a violin yet."

"Can’t you buy a violin at Emily’s shop?"

"I wanted to go there yesterday." For a moment, Claudia exhaled in resignation. "Forget it, you don’t understand what I’m going through now either. For sure, don’t report this to Harry. I don’t want to worry him."

Before returning home, Claudia took the time to visit the most famous musical instrument shop in the city of Edenburgh. The owner of the musical instrument shop was one of her mother’s acquaintances in this world. Claudia deliberately didn’t want to invite Sarah because she was in a bad mood today.

When staring at a violin hanging in a display case, Claudia could only stare blankly. Her right hand tried to reach the violin while standing on tiptoe. Due to standing on tiptoes for too long, her body lost balance and almost fell.

Luckily, she felt her body lift suddenly. Turning her head to meet her husband’s worried gaze.

"Harry."

"If you can’t reach it, you can call the store clerk to help you," grumbled Harry.

"That is not important. Now, how did you know I visited this shop? Was Sarah the one who told you?"

Harry smiled casually and helped his wife to her feet. "Not because of Sarah. But, I know you need a violin right now." Reach out your right hand and hold the hand of his beloved wife. "Let’s just go home, I’ve ordered a special violin for you."

Claudia’s eyes widened. "You’re not kidding?"

"Have I been playing with you all this time?"

Claudia shook her head quickly. "I really trust you."

When she just got into the sedan, Claudia’s eyes lit up when she saw a black violin bag lying on the car seat. She took the violin bag, which was quite heavy, then sat in the chair next to her husband.

Claudia opened the violin bag slowly, then her hands felt the surface of the violin which was made of expensive quality wood without a scratch or a single spot of stain. "Where did you buy this violin? It’s definitely more expensive than what Emily is selling."

"Actually, I ordered a special one from the best violin craftsman in the city of Edenburgh. I don’t like you wearing items that have been touched by many people in the shop, I want you to wear something that has a special meaning and is able to erase the trauma wounds you have had over the years."

"No wonder when I felt the wood, the material was high quality and looked perfect." Claudia looked at her beloved husband with sparkling eyes. "Thank you, Harry."

"You should just ask me directly. Luckily, Larissa is very chatty whenever there is a problem in your community. I accidentally eavesdropped on what she and her assistant were talking about. She’s worried about whether you can really play the violin or not. Moreover, you haven’t played that instrument for decades."

Claudia smiled shyly and leaned her head on her husband’s shoulder. "You are very perceptive, Harry. I like you more and more."

Arriving in front of their luxurious residence, just getting out of the sedan, they were greeted by the arrival of uninvited guests and made Claudia’s face turn cold. The uninvited guest was her ex-fiancé. Even though it had been a month since they had seen each other face to face, Claudia still found it difficult to forgive her ex-fiancé for deceiving her and Harry for years.

Claudia didn’t show any fear. Even her head was raised confidently as if she wanted to challenge her ex. "Why are you bothering me again?"

Harris put on a pitiful expression and knelt down. "Claudia, please forgive me. What did I do then–"

"Harris, don’t you really know what an apology really means?"
