Chapter 76: A document

Gina, who had just finished taking a bath, was surprised by the appearance of her grandmother who was suddenly sitting on her bed. When she saw Gina holding a small towel to dry the old woman’s hair, she got up from the bed and immediately approached Gina.

Through the mirror on the dressing table, Gina looked at the face of her grandmother who was drying her hair using a hair dryer.

"Is there anything you want to ask Grandma?" asked Barbara suddenly.

"A-ask what?"

Barbara chuckled. "Yes, how does Grandma know, you’ve been the one who kept staring at Grandma without blinking. Is there something bothering you?"

"There are so many things I really want to ask, it’s just that right now I’m confused about where to ask," Gina answered honestly.

"Okay, let’s start with the question that bothers you the most."

Gina was silent, she then turned her body so that she was face to face with her grandmother who was smiling at her. "What exactly happened until Diego packed up all his stuff?"

"It’s hard to explain again, but one thing you should know right now is what happened to Diego is a final decision made by your grandfather," Barbara replied softly, her eyes drooping as she spoke.

Although not satisfied with the grandmother’s answer, Gina chose not to ask again, she chose to be silent and did not continue the conversation because it was already night to continue talking. Because Gina kept yawning, Barbara decided to get out of Gina’s room immediately, she couldn’t bear to let Gina sleep too late.

After giving Barbara a goodnight kiss and then leaving Gina’s room, but just stepped out of Gina’s room, Julian suddenly appeared in front of her. Barbara almost screamed if Julian hadn’t quickly covered her mother’s mouth with both hands.

"How’s Mom?" Julian asked quietly.

Barbara looked around. "Let’s talk somewhere else."

"Good."

Julian also went to follow his mother’s steps away from Gina’s room to talk one-on-one with his mother to ask what happened to his cellphone, which also happened to his mother’s cellphone.

Meanwhile in the front yard, Diego’s suitcases were lined up ready to be loaded into the car, Diego immediately ordered the waiter to help him pack when he was kicked out by his grandfather who had raised him for 19 years.

"Okay Mom, don’t cry. I’m okay, without bearing the name Sanders I can still live," Diego said softly to his mother who was hugging him tightly.

Vanessa’s cries got louder when she heard the words of her son who had managed to pack up all his things to be brought to the apartment, Selena and Rosa were also crying. The difference is that the two girls are currently hugging Kiara, the sister-in-law who is fully aware of alcohol.

"Mommy’s efforts will be in vain if you leave this house, son. Mommy’s sacrifices and struggles for years will be meaningless if you don’t get what Mommy wants," Vanessa said hoarsely.

Diego chuckled, his evil smile widening perfectly. "Don’t worry, Mom. If I don’t give up on that, I’ll get what Mommy wants. All the wealth of this family will soon be Mommy’s after that old fart dies, Mommy don’t worry, I won’t stay silent even though it’s doesn’t bear the name Sanders anymore. I’ll make sure everything Mommy wants is accomplished."

If usually Vanessa would smile happily when she heard Diego’s words, this time she actually cried loudly, Vanessa really couldn’t let her son leave the house without bringing anything. After cuddling with his two younger siblings, Diego also invited Kiara to get in the car, Vanessa, who was still not ready to see her son go, still followed Diego’s car until the car finally crossed the gate.

Seeing the car that took her son really leave Vanessa immediately fell to the ground, her heart was really broken to see her only son being chased away like that. A son who he raised with all his might to make all his dreams come true has now been kicked out of the house that should have belonged to him. Seeing her mother fall, Selena and Rosa immediately came to her and hugged her tightly, the three of them hugged each other while crying.

From the second floor, Yohanes Sanders just watched the separation of Vanessa and his son, the old man sighed when he managed to get rid of the culprit that had been giving him a headache. Actually, this is not the first time Diego has made Yohanes Sanders angry, Diego has made countless mistakes. However, because at that time Yohanes didn’t have a good chance to make the boy regret it, Diego continued and kept making the same mistakes, until tonight his patience limit ran out.

"You’d better go to sleep, sir. Tomorrow morning you have many important things to take care of," said Charlie’s personal assistant Yohanes quietly.

Yohanes took a deep breath. "Yes you are right, tonight prepare all the documents I want."

"Ready sir, I’ve got all your master data-"

"No more young master, Diego is not part of this family, Charlie."

"Sorry sir, I’m not used to it."

Yohanes smiled. "I can understand that, but from now on you’ll have to get used to everything."

Charlie nodded his head quickly. "Yes sir."

After that brief conversation, Yohanes walked to his bedroom leaving Charlie, whom he had given a fairly heavy task tonight, as soon as the master was out of sight Charlie left the balcony to carry out all the tasks his master had given him.

When Yohanes arrived at the room he smiled to see his wife was already on his bed, it had been ten years since Barbara and Yohanes slept in different beds even though they were in the same room.

"Have you thought carefully about your decision?" Barbara asked quietly as she placed her reading glasses on the nightstand.

"Of course I have."

"Don’t you feel sorry for Vanessa? She was devastated when Diego left," said Barbara again.

Yohanes, who was unbuttoning his clothes, immediately turned to his wife’s bed. "I’ve given him many chances, do you still remember the series of big mistakes that the boy made?"

"Yeah but..."

"Shh...don’t teach me, I know what I have to do. You don’t have to worry." Yohanes arrogantly boasted himself again as before.

Knowing that she would not win talking to her husband, Barbara finally chose to sleep, even though she didn’t really like Diego but still when she saw the child being chased away she felt a little sad. Yohanes himself had gone into the bathroom to clean his body before going to bed as he had always done.

Del Cano’s base.

A man in an all black outfit looks like he just got out of his car and immediately ran towards the main door of Del Cano castle which was being guarded by several bodyguards who were alert with their guns.

"I want to meet the Master."

The two guards also gave him access to enter, without waiting long the man went straight into the castle to a room that was currently very tightly guarded.

"Master..."

"It’s inside." One of the bodyguards guarding the door immediately cut him off and let him in.

Without waiting for a long time the man entered the room, the master, as soon as he entered the man immediately lowered his face as he had never before because he did not dare to see the master’s face.

"If it’s not good news that you bring then I don’t want to hear it," said a man sitting on a chair in his baritone voice without smiling.

The man who had just arrived then took something out of his clothes and placed it on the table very politely. "Here is the file you wanted, sir. I got it."

"Clearly, without any mistakes?" the man asked again.

"Zero mistakes, sir."

"Good, Martin open it," said the man with the clothes slightly open to the assistant.

Getting orders from the master, Martin then grabbed the envelope that had just been placed on the table, he opened it slowly and took out the contents carefully before finally placing it in front of the master whose right hand was still covered with tattoos.

"Oh Fuck, my baby has finally come."
