Chapter 407: The sister

After knowing that Gina was no ordinary woman, Ivana and her manager weren’t acting as much as they had twenty minutes before Rosa arrived. The two women also stopped praising Massimo any longer, Rosa’s harsh words made them both die of lice.

"Sleep on the first floor, Rosa," said Massimo indignantly, interrupting Rosa’s words, who was wooing Gina to sleep with her.

"Ishh..no, I want to sleep with my sister."

"If you don’t want you can leave, Martin will take you to find a hotel," said Massimo flatly.

Rosa’s eyes widened. "No, I don’t want to stay in a hotel," said Rosa disapprovingly.

"So..."

"Isn’t there no room in your strange house anymore, huh?" cut Rosa fearlessly.

Massimo smiled. "There’s nothing, I made this house just for me and Gina only."

"Then where would I sleep if this strange house only had one room, Massimo?!" replied Rosa full of emotion.

"Just sleep on the couch or..."

"You’re crazy!!!"

"Rosa," Gina whispered gently soothing Rosa. "Don’t believe Massimo, on the first floor there is still one room. Even though it’s not as big as your room in Barcelona but I’m sure you can sleep comfortably there."

Rosa’s eyes flickered at Gina. "You’re serious, right?"

"Yes," said Gina softly.

Hearing Gina’s words made Rosa immediately turn her face towards Massimo. "You liar."

Massimo chuckled. "I’m not lying, the room was actually prepared for Martin if he was exhausted so the design and size would definitely not suit a woman’s taste. That’s why I don’t recommend you sleep there."

Rosa did not answer Massimo’s words again, what she did was immediately get up from the chair and immediately followed Gina who had walked first to the room with her suitcase.

Seeing Rosa following Gina made Massimo shake his head, he was still not satisfied with teasing his sister-in-law who turned out to be very obedient. The sound of a small cough coming from Olga made Massimo’s attention turn back to his two guests who had been watching him silently and Rosa arguing.

"It seems you are close to your sister-in-law, sir," Olga said quietly.

"Not really, I’m just trying to do my duty as a good brother-in-law."

"I had no idea that your wife was a Sanders, sir." Surprisingly, Ivana mentions the origins of Gina, a woman whom she considers to be no match for Massimo.

Massimo smiled, slowly he shook the crystal glass back in his hand. "My wife doesn’t really like to reveal her identity."

"Is that why you haven’t made public about your marriage, sir?" asked Olga curiously, her great curiosity made the woman venture to ask Massimo quite a personal question.

"My wife doesn’t like it when her identity as my wife is known to many people, that’s why I’ve only been going alone when attending an event," said Massimo quietly, his eyes glaring at Olga Mikailov.

Massimo’s words really killed Olga Mikailov and Ivana, the two women who were trying to find loopholes in Massimo and Gina’s relationship now couldn’t do anything about it. Especially after knowing that Gina is the daughter of a big businessman in Barcelona which is certainly not an easy opponent for Ivana, who is only a pianist. Ivana’s wealth is still nothing compared to the wealth owned by the Sanders family, realizing that Ivana’s hatred for Gina has become even greater.

"Aww aw sick, Gina! Why am I being pinched?"

Gina immediately put her hands on her waist. "Why did you have to be so rude to those two women, Rosa?"

"Which woman are you referring to?" asked Rosa playfully.

"Ivana Borisova and Olga Mikailov, the managers. You’ve been provoking them from the start, why did you do that, Rosa?"

Rosa, who was already sitting on the bed that would be her bed for the next few days, chuckled. "Gina.. Gina... you are really too innocent, I don’t know what to do with you."

"What do you mean?"

"Ivana Borisova, that woman has bad intentions for your husband, Gina. The look in her eyes explains all the reasons she came to your house tonight, you should be able to judge by the way she dresses. Only women with bad intentions would dress like that when attending dinner invitation," said Rosa seriously, remembering Ivana’s clothes that showed the beauty of her body and breasts annoyed Rosa.

"We can’t judge a person only from the outside, Rosa. And besides she is a pianist who is quite famous, it’s impossible for her to do something that low by flirting with other people’s husbands or..."

"Oh come on, Gina. Open your eyes, she’s just an ordinary pianist. A pianist who only sells her body and face, she’s been performing at many festivals so far because of the connections her manager has made. A genuine pianist who truly loves music will definitely prefer to attend meetings smells like music or the like instead of going to the house of a married couple who doesn’t have children in such vulgar clothes. Not everyone is nice, Gina. You have to remember that carefully," said Rosa seriously.

Gina’s eyes immediately filled with tears. "I just want to make friends, Rosa. I’m tired of being at home all the time. I want to be like any other woman who can work, hang out with friends, shop together and do many other things. Not like this, where Massimo keeps locking me up. I’m bored, Rosa. That’s why I invited Ivana and her manager to come to dinner together with the hope that I can establish a good relationship with her, I didn’t think Ivana had other goals at all."

"Listen to me carefully, Gina. Your husband, that bastard Massimo is not an ordinary person. He is a mafia, there are many enemies out there. Besides that, it seems he is still traumatized by your separation, that’s why he keeps you at home. You have to work? Your husband’s money will not run out for the next five hundred years, Gina. Massimo is rich, you only need to ask him for money if you want to buy something without having to work hard. Remember Gina, the life you are living in right now. is someone else’s dream. Therefore you should be very grateful," said Rosa at length trying to wake Gina up. "I’m not saying this out of defense of Massimo, I’m speaking like this because of my love for you as a sister. If you really want to experience how cruel the world of work is, talk to your husband nicely, explain to him. I’m sure that bastard will listen to you."

"He’s my husband, Rosa. Not the jerk!" said Gina curtly.

Rosa laughed out loud at Gina’s words, Rosa happily hugged Gina tightly.

From behind the door Massimo pursed his lips at the conversation between Gina and her sister, his decision to bring Rosa closer to Gina turned out to be the right one.
