His soul-Chapter 143: Panic
Luke cleared his throat a few times when he saw how Gina looked, after Gina was taken to the salon she looked completely different. Her innocent face now looks elegant with perfect make up, not bold and flawless, it fits perfectly on Gina’s face, who is still a teenager. Her hair style was left hanging beautifully, highlighting her natural beauty that made her look very beautiful.
The sneaker shoes that previously protected her legs have now been replaced with high heels that have the same color as the blouse that Gina is wearing.
"I look like a clown, don’t I?"
Luke shook his head. "No."
"Then why did you want to laugh?" Gina asked, annoyed, she wanted to wipe the lipstick that was on her lips right now.
"I’m just surprised, it turns out that the ugly duckling I found on the side of the road can turn into a graceful swan."
"Ugly duck? Ok then please just look for that elegant swan!" said Gina curtly as she tried to get out of front of Luke towards the exit.
Luke chuckled. "You still owe me, Gina. You didn’t forget, did you?"
Gina’s steps immediately stopped even though she was one step away from getting out of the salon, her god helper didn’t really want to help her. Fix, Gina has to replace his call with another call this time.
Seeing Gina stop Luke’s smile from spreading, he then handed over his unlimited credit card to pay for Gina’s transformation fee including a pair of beautiful shoes that are currently attached to Gina’s feet.
"Ok you’re ready, let’s eat. If I get a stomachache from late eating then it’s all your fault!"
Gina just kept quiet and chose to follow Luke from behind, walking in high heels made her a little uncomfortable. That’s why at this time Gina had to walk very carefully so as not to embarrass her.
Feeling that Gina’s steps were far behind him, Luke decided to stop for a moment to wait for Gina. As soon as Gina managed to stand beside him Luke suddenly wrapped his arms around Gina’s waist.
"Luke, this is harassment!!"
Luke chuckled. "What abuse? I’m just helping you to walk fast, just look at the others. They’re doing the same thing as me."
"Leave them alone, I don’t want to follow them," said Gina curtly as she removed Luke’s hand from her waist.
Luke frowned. "No girl would dare refuse me, Gina."
"Then I’ll be the first," said Gina again as she quickened her steps towards the restaurant in front of them.
Luke moistened his lips, the girl he had just met was completely different. Although annoyed, Luke still followed Gina who had entered the restaurant first, because when they arrived the restaurant was empty Gina could freely choose a seat and her choice fell to a table at the far end near the large glass that displayed the view outside.
"You didn’t make a bad choice," Luke said quietly as he sat down in front of Gina.
Gina ignored Luke, she pretended to be busy by looking around the restaurant and Luke knew that Gina was ignoring him on purpose. Already hungry Luke turned to the waiter who was walking towards him.
"Please sir."
Luke accepted the menu book that the waiter gave him and began to choose the menu that was there, he then mentioned the name of the food and drink of his choice.
"Miss?"
Gina stammered, the dreaded thing happened. "I-I’m just like him."
The waiter smiled. "Okay, please wait. Our chef will prepare your order for both of you," the waiter said politely before finally leaving in front of Luke and Gina.
After a few minutes a waiter came with a bottle of liquor in his hand which Gina didn’t recognize, of course she didn’t. Even though she’s used to alcohol, Gina doesn’t want to drink alcohol that other people give her. Especially if she doesn’t know what percentage of alcohol is in the drink.
"Excuse me, Miss."
"Please," Gina replied politely, allowing the waitress to pour the redwine into her glass after she had filled Luke’s glass earlier.
The waiter returned to leave Luke and Gina’s table to continue his work, filling glasses at the other guests’ tables.
"So could you introduce yourself to me in more detail, Gina?" Luke asked softly, starting the conversation while shaking his wine glass.
"Gina, my full name is Georgina. There’s nothing interesting about me," Gina answered as briefly as possible.
Luke chuckled. "Is that how you introduce yourself to a guy?"
"Yeah, is there really something wrong?"
"Nothing, it’s your right to introduce yourself as to what."
Gina pursed her lips. "How about you? Your Spanish accent isn’t that great, are you a foreigner?"
Luke burst out laughing. "You’re really smart, Gina. Can read a person’s accent."
"I’m just guessing," said Gina, hastily correcting her words.
Gina’s words made Luke’s laughter not stop and it made Gina start to feel uncomfortable because it was the attention of everyone in the restaurant, Luke’s laughter only stopped when a middle-aged man approached them.
"It’s true, Mr. Lucas," said the man politely when he managed to stand in front of Luke.
Gina narrowed her eyes. "Lucas, isn’t your name Luke?"

Massimo was still sitting quietly in his car staring at the closed gate of the Sanders family’s house, after previously going back down the highway to look for Gina, Massimo finally decided to look for Gina at his house.
Martin sighed as he read the message he had just received.
"How’s it going, Martin?" Massimo asked quietly.
"Nothing, sir. Miss Gina hasn’t been home since she left this morning."
Massimo closed his eyes, a look of regret in him at this moment. Worry was evident in him.
"My men will continue to update the news regarding Miss Gina, sir."
Massimo clenched his fists. "Doesn’t anyone know where Gina usually goes?"
Martin shook his head. "There is no one in the house who is close to Miss Gina, sir. Should I ask Julian Sanders?"
"No, let it go. Come on, let’s go home, I have important things to do tonight."
"Yes Sir." Martin immediately gave the code to Anton to immediately leave where they are now.
Massimo still had his eyes closed as he leaned back in his chair, after forcibly lowering Gina on the street a few hours ago a strange feeling had struck him. Massimo felt that an invisible hammer had hit his chest—the tightness of it all rolled into one, a condition Massimo had never felt before.
Especially now that Massimo knows that Gina left without a cell phone and money. Damn. His intention to teach Gina a lesson actually turned to himself, there was an extraordinary sense of anxiety currently gripping his chest. It’s suffocating.
Slowly Massimo opened his eyes and looked at the busy street, tourists from all over the world began to flock to Barcelona. Every year approaching the end of the city of Barcelona and other major cities in Spain will be bustling with tourists. Massimo accidentally touched Gina’s cell phone which was beside him, the new white cell phone lay just like when Gina left it.
Out of curiosity Massimo reached for the unlocked cell phone, his lips immediately smiled when he saw the cellphone wallpaper. The photo of Gina when she was a teenager with her mother was clearly visible on the cellphone screen, using his thumb Massimo swiped the cell phone screen and immediately frowned when he saw his name on Gina’s cellphone. From ’My Prince Charming’ which he wrote himself to ’The Evil Bastard’.
"You really suck, Gina," Massimo said to himself.
Because there was nothing interesting in the cell phone, Massimo then put it back on the chair, but because suddenly Pablo hit a hole that was big enough in Gina’s bag, it immediately scattered on the floor.
"S-sorry sir... I didn’t mean to," said Pablo nervously.
Massimo did not respond to the driver’s words, instead he focused on grabbing Gina’s belongings that had been scattered below. Perfume, lip gloss, hand sanitiser, tissue and wallet which are now out of the ivory white backpack. Without speaking, Massimo began to put Gina’s belongings into his bag one by one, but when he touched the black wallet with the picture of the pikachu character, Massimo’s curiosity about the contents of the wallet was very great.
Using both Massimo’s hands and then opening Gina’s wallet, Massimo’s smile grew again when he saw a childhood photo of Gina laughing in her mother’s arms in front of the eiffel tower. The mother and daughter looked happy and carefree, now Massimo knew where Gina’s beauty came from. When he was about to close the wallet again, suddenly a white paper fell from Gina’s wallet.
Not paper, but photos. Picture of Julian and Barbara Sanders posing with Julian at Julian’s graduation. Seeing the photo made Massimo feel even more guilty.
"Fuck"
The silence in the car turned even more tense.
"Scatter all over Barcelona and look for Gina," said Massimo hoarsely.
"Yes sir," replied Martin and everyone else in the car at the same time.
The next second they were immediately busy with their respective cell phones, especially Martin. Martin is the one who is most busy in this matter, he spreads beautiful photos of Gina to a hundred of his men scattered all over Barcelona in search of Gina.
"You only have three hours from now, don’t forget to tell everyone that, Martin." Massimo again gave his undeniable order, searching for a little girl in a city of 101.9 sq km in three hours was absolutely impossible. But Massimo didn’t care about that, what was on his mind right now was that Gina could be found as soon as possible.
