Yuka as well as the other people watching couldn't believe their eyes… they didn't believe it at all, Miyuki not only stood on water but she also redirected a strike from the Turbulent Water Style that was enough to render her out of commission.

Was this really the same girl they knew? And that wasn't the most scary thing about this situation, it was the fact that she wasn't even using mana.

This was her pure physical force.

Nobody at the ring's edge made a sound. The instructor had his arms crossed and his jaw set. The students behind him had stopped breathing and even the wind across the field felt like it was waiting.

"Im… Impossible." Yuka muttered under her breath.

She said it quietly, like she didn't mean for anyone to hear. "Did you know she could do this?"

The blue crest awakened turned to Kaede who bowed her head and shook it while trembling.

"I was not aware, madam." Kaede replied and Yuka immediately lost interest in her and instead focused on the field like everyone else.

Ryota charged forward sending ripples across the water once again however this time he was moving with his hands behind his back like he was some kind of ninja but that was because he was charging mana in his hands.

The ripples his feet made were sharper now with each step carrying more weight than the last one.

He leapt into the air and came down on Miyuki however the water pushed her to the side making her dodge the strike that came down on her and erupting water into the air, but that didn't stop the Aozora commoner that was moving with a vengeance.

He closed the distance between them and used the beginning strike of the Turbulent Water Style aiming a palm filled with mana at her face and the water beneath Miyuki's feet turned her over, making her avoid the palm of mana that made the air vibrate and immediately after that, he brought his knee forward to hit Miyuki in her stomach but the water beneath her feet moved once again and Miyuki flipped, hitting him underneath the jaw with both feet and making him spin through the air, landing in the water as Miyuki steadied herself on her feet again.

'What was that…?' She blinked, she wasn't the one that was doing all of that dodging… It was the water itself that was helping her. 'Do you want to help me… impress Koya-kun too?'

She looked down at the water below her and forgot about Ryota which was a mistake as two strong hands grabbed onto her legs and she was dragged underwater.

Miyuki blinked as one instant, she was up looking into the water and the next instant she was drowned under water completely gasping for breath.

It wouldn't be the first time that she had sunk in her life and as the water flooded her insides, she realized something.

'I'm okay?' She looked at her body, she was not twitching or even sinking at all.

Instead the water was clear and she could feel everything in it, including Ryota who was currently coming from behind her with a punch.

It was like having a second pair of eyes in every direction at once… She could feel where he was, how fast he was moving, the exact angle of his arm. The water told her all of it without her asking.

She moved out of the way and Ryota missed the punch completely however using that force, he redirected himself mid-strike and went for Miyuki instead with a kick.

"So it seems like you can still move underwater like a fish! Guess your genes are finally showing hu–" His words were cut off… just as he was about to hit Miyuki, a barrier made of water erected in front of him and instead of parting, it exploded sending him back into the surface.

Yuka was on the edge of her seat as he broke through the surface still soaring in the air, however he landed on the water with both legs, sending wild ripples everywhere while massaging his cheek. He took a second to breathe.

'What just happened?' He thought as Miyuki emerged from the water again, stabilizing herself quite easily. 'What is going on…?'

He had trained in water since he was five years old. He knew how it moved, how it pushed, how it breathed around a fighter. What just happened underwater wasn't Miyuki fighting him, it was the water itself closing a door in his face.

While they were in the water, it was like he was moving slower than usual… like water itself was rejecting him. He gritted his teeth and reared his fist.

'Not again…' He thought as his mana spiked and he ran forward, there was no more elegance in his movements as rough ripples crossed over the water however when they came to Miyuki's side, it turned calm. 'You won't steal what belongs to me again…'

He was the one… He was supposed to follow Master Itsuki over to ALI but since she was the daughter of the Clan Head despite not proving herself at all, stealing his position.

The spot had been promised to him informally but everyone in the lower ranks had understood it… Ryota was the one going to ALI since he was the one the clan was watching then the Clan Head decided his invisible daughter needed the Academy experience and suddenly the informal promise evaporated and nobody said a word about it.

He was also the one that was supposed to marry into the Kurohane clan to bridge the rivalries between their two clans, he wasn't just another commoner… He was the product of the Clan Head and one of his maids after all and even then, this girl… this weak excuse of genes managed to get the second son of the clan smitten with her, removing his opportunity to prove himself to the clan.

And now, she was still hopping along the shirts of the strong and stealing his control over the water.

"I won't ever forgive you!" He shouted out as he closed the distance between them and he noticed Miyuki's face contort as she got into the stance for the kicks they had been doing.

He nearly burst out laughing, the girl hadn't managed to learn Turbulent Water Style when she was young and now she wanted to do it with no experience.

His fist was already moving before he even finished the thought. Ryota closed the distance and cocked his hand back before throwing it.

The punch tore through the air and Miyuki's face tilted away from it, Ryota watched his hand soar past carrying his body forward and in the next instant, Miyuki's foot hit him in the stomach and the full force of the field impacted as well, shattering his ribs as a burst of water followed sending him into the air sky high and blood coming from the place where her foot impacted.

The sound was strong for a regular spar, there was too much force behind it. The Instructor used a burst of water to soar into the air and catch Ryota.

'Ah…' He landed on the ground, Ryota had tried so many strikes and just one direct hit from her had nearly killed the young man.

He looked at Miyuki that was wobbling on the water. 'What a monster…'

He had been the one to train Ryota… had watched him go from a kid that could barely generate a ripple to the most technically sound fighter in the lower ranks. He was genuinely good and she had taken one hit to end it.

The last strike had been the first time he had seen her use her mana and just a small amount too, if she put the same amount that Ryota had put in his own strike, she would have blown him in literal halves.

The water gathered around her and created a tentacle that carried her out of the field of water completely landing in front of Koya, and despite the fact that her clothes had been submerged into water, they were completely dry like the water had never touched the fabric at all.

Miyuki took a step forward and her legs wobbled.

The mana had drained out of her all at once and her body remembered that it had just been underwater, thrown around a battle ring, and everything landed at the same time.

"Did you…" She fell over and Koya caught her in a princess carry instantly with Riffi still on his shoulders, she slumped against his chest and slept off.

"Good girl." He praised while running a hand through her hair lovingly, she had made him proud… and sustained a good amount of character development while at it.

Truly worthy of her title as a Heroine.

Riffi's tail curled around his neck once and he smiled at the gesture before turning over to Yuka who was still frozen on her chair and smiled a bit.

"So can I meet her parents now?" He asked.

The Aozora Dining room was far bigger than the dining room in the Star Mansion, apparently the mansion was also the place where the students stayed at the lower floors so they had to head to the Upper floors that were reserved for the Clan Heads and their children.

Honestly, Koya was surprised at the sheer size of the place. It was the Clan Head, his wife, and three children that they had so why was the table so damn long?

It could seat thirty people comfortably. The chairs were high-backed and made of dark wood with blue detailing, and the ceiling above the table had channels of water running through it that caught the light and scattered it across the room.

Everything in this clan was water, even the decor couldn't leave it alone.

Miyuki was in her room, tucked in and resting with Kaede at her side while Disguise Master was next to him here and feeding him something that looked like seaweed except it tasted like chicken, he really didn't know how but he didn't question the logic behind it.

"Welcome to the Aozora clan building, Amagi Koya." Takahiro greeted. "We have had our cooks make delicacies you probably haven't eaten before, the fish used in this meal are limited fishes that are gotten from the Aozora Ocean and each are very rare."

The Aozora was the clan of water so naturally they controlled the ocean, the real ocean had been infected as was most of the water in the world after the Apocalypse but according to what he learned from Sakura's history class, the White King had discovered a long line of purified water that stretched for a long distance and left it under the Aozora Clan Head, not this one though but the original head that was this man's father.

It was one of those facts that sounded simple and was actually enormous… a clan given stewardship over the last clean water in the world which was no wonder they had lasted this long. 𝑓𝘳𝑒𝑒𝓌𝘦𝘣𝘯ℴ𝑣𝘦𝑙.𝘤𝑜𝑚

After that, the Aozora clan supplied water to everywhere in the Supercities, however to get fresh fish by itself was actually very costly.

"Thank you for your hospitality." He looked at the woman that sat on the side seat who hadn't torn her eyes off him once.

Miyuki's had been watching him since he sat down. She looked like an older Yuka except without those scars, he honestly could have mistaken her for a jade beauty in a cultivation manga but then again, he really couldn't see where Miyuki got her soft angelic features from, all of them had sharp chins after all.

"However I don't think there's a need for too much talk." Koya said.

"Naturally, the Kurohane clan has already retracted the engagement statement since Takeru announced all over that he was putting it all on the line." Takahiro said and then cut into a bit of fish with his knife before using his fork to place it in his mouth elegantly.

He chewed, set the fork down, and waited. The man treated negotiation the same way he treated food… completely unhurried. "So naturally, Miyuki would go over to you unless you have an objection."

"I have no objections and she has none from her side as well." Koya said, he was trying to get it done as soon as possible and get to the Outer Zone to see how much the girls had grown.

"And I'm sure you understand what that means… It means you will become one of us as well." Takahiro said. "If there is anything you need for your growth, you can tell me and as long as it is within my power. I will do it for you."

"Thank you." Koya said, he really couldn't say that he wanted to sleep with the man's wife to inherit all of her spells, could he? "Do I need to sign anything?"

A contract flowed through the air being carried by water and he caught it, It was the official Engagement document.

There really wasn't much to talk about, this man obviously didn't care about his daughter… He hadn't even asked what Koya's intentions were with his daughter? Neither had he asked how she was or even mentioned the fight.

It was just straight to paperwork.

What a useless father.

Disguise Master took the contract from him and read it quickly with her eyes going through all of the pages to ensure that he wasn't being taken advantage of and Takahiro raised an eyebrow upon seeing the interference of the maid but ultimately he couldn't do anything.

Koya watched her flip through three pages in about eight seconds. Whatever the Order trained its people in, speed reading was apparently on the list.

"The contract is okay." Disguise Master said as she dropped the contract on the table. "There are several clauses which say you will assist the clan in the case of certain situations however there's nothing else that's suspicious."

"I can work with that." Koya said and patted her head, her cheeks reddened and she averted her face to the right.

She stared very hard at the water channel in the ceiling. It did not help.

'Remember… Remember… You're gay… You love women only.' She thought, trying to remember Hakai's breasts as well as Victoria's but it didn't work, she could only think of the warmth of his hand. 'No…'

A pen floated over to him and just as he was about to sign, the Lady of the Aozora clan stood up looking at him with her blue eyes.

The table went quiet even Takahiro paused, with his knife hovering over his fish while watching his wife.

"What… what are your intentions with my daughter?" She asked while raising her voice a bit.

Finally, a good parent.

"I intend to keep her safe and make sure she never has to prove herself to anyone again." Koya said and the woman sat down slowly, he signed it and the paper and pen floated back to the Clan Head.

"Thank you, do you have a request?"

"I'd like for Miyuki to live with me." He said, he really couldn't trust anyone in the clan… especially with the way she was treated, he trusted Hakai far more than these people.

"In your dorm rooms?"

"Not exactly, I have a place of my own and on holiday, I'd like for her to join me." Koya said and the Clan Head nodded, standing up.

"Your wish shall be granted and I'll inform her of it later, meaning she'll be spending her weekends with you." He said. "Now I must go."

He left and Koya stood up with Disguise Master, he didn't finish the lunch but he enjoyed it however he was going to check on Miyuki and then leave.

He had eaten most of the Umidori, the fish was good too. Whatever the Aozora Ocean produced, it was worth the cost. He would remember to ask Miyuki about it sometime.

Miyuki blinked, she was on a soft bed with ceilings that she recognized.

'My head hurts a bit.' She thought, she had collapsed after fighting Ryota and now she was here…

Koya was sitting next to her bed and he seemed to be talking with someone, she recognized Kaede's voice and it was coming from the other side of her bed. 'Have they finished the engagement talks or was Koya-kun watching me the whole time…?'

She looked at him for a moment from under her lashes.

He was leaning forward with his elbows on his knees, talking to Kaede in a low voice. He also hadn't changed out of the suit.

She really had nothing to offer compared to her sister, even the things men liked like breasts, Yuka had bigger ones than her so she wasn't sure that Koya would stay with her if Yuka kept throwing herself at him.

She had seen the way Yuka looked at him in the Limousine. Yuka had everything… the crest, the scars that meant she had actually fought things, the height, the figure.

Every single trait that made a woman worth keeping and then there was Miyuki, who had just won a fight by accident because the water felt sorry for her probably.

'I need a way for Koya-kun to choose me…' She thought and looked at his lips slowly.

They were full and amazing. 'Mom said if a man kissed me, I would get pregnant for him.'

She had been told that when she was eight years old and had believed it without question since then… She had no reason not to, her mother had never lied to her about anything else.

Which was why she didn't let Takeru even touch her… she didn't want to get pregnant for him but she really didn't mind if it was Koya and it was the only way to keep him from falling into the clutches of her sister.

Miyuki brought both hands up around the back of his neck and Koya looked down at her, he was talking to her but she didn't listen.

His voice was kind, she registered that it was warm and that he was probably asking if she was okay and that she should answer him.

She knew she should answer him but she had already committed to this so she kept going.

She slowly pulled her head up and their lips connected.

His mouth tasted like the Umidori that they usually had for lunch and that meant he had already done the engagement talks so she kissed him harder and then disconnected their mouths, slowly lowering her face and blushing.

"I'm sorry for kissing you Koya-kun… b-but I had to make sure that you stayed with me and not with Yuka." She said while refusing to face him and dragged his sleeve cutely. "I… I'm p-pregnant for you now so you have… have… t-to take responsibility and m-make me your w-wife."
