Heroes' Prison-Chapter 1400 - 1330: Heaven Ruins

Following Obert’s instructions, Huang Yi passed through a teleportation gate in the Death God’s Temple and was transported to the Heaven Ruins.

Upon emerging from the teleportation gate, Huang Yi found himself in a vast expanse of ruins. Massive fragments of stone stood like towering peaks, extending endlessly. Countless weeds grew chaotically among the piles of stones, exuding a desolate atmosphere.

Among these enormous stones, a magnificent glow would occasionally flicker, with colors swirling around, resembling giant glass gemstones. Occasionally, golden Holy Light shot through the air, while black Demonic Qi constantly swirled, and Divine Power swept through like a storm, never ceasing.

Standing on one of the fragments, Huang Yi gazed into the distance, like an ant surveying a mountain range.

He flicked his palm and took out a map of the Heaven Ruins that Obert had given him, carefully comparing it.

After a while, he finally determined the direction, soared into the sky, and flew rapidly northward.

Ruins after ruins swiftly passed beneath Huang Yi, revealing traces of gardens, pavilions, pools, fountains, altars, statues, and various other relics. From these remnants alone, one could imagine the grandeur and majesty of the palace that once stood here, how awe-inspiring and sacred it was. His Majesty the God King ruled the boundless Heaven Realm here, with The Gods coming and going as if paying tribute, and countless palace maidens and angels bustling about.

Even though it has turned into ruins, the air still carries the lingering aura of its former glory, invoking fear in the hearts of those who visit.

After flying for a while, Huang Yi suddenly paused, looking down at a fallen statue within the ruins below.

The statue depicted a female figure, adorned with an exquisite wreath on her head and draped in vine-like silken robes, elegant, serene, and beautiful. It was undeniably his mother—the Forest Goddess.

Like the Death God, the God of Life, the God of Space, and the God of Time, the Forest Goddess also existed from the beginning of Creation and was not a Deity Sealer who ascended from the Mortal Realm.

Her statue existing in Heaven indicated her esteemed status here in the past, not as great as the Four Supreme Gods but still not far behind.

However, the statue was already damaged, leaning crookedly on the ground, overgrown with green moss, and several clumps of weeds grew out of the stone cracks, swaying endlessly in the desolate wind, signifying that all this is now history.

Huang Yi continued flying forward for a while, finally arriving at the ruins of a garden, where rows of gates stood like tombstones.

These gates were teleportation gates leading to different parts of the Heaven Realm, some leading directly to the Divine Nations of certain deities, others to important locations within Heaven.

Following the markings on the map, Huang Yi entered one of the teleportation gates.

The next moment, he appeared in a forest.

This was a golden forest, the trees tall and towering, each like molded gold. The trunks were golden, and the leaves resembled golden leaves, emitting a sacred glow.

This forest is called the Radiant Forest, and the Divine Nation of the God of Faith, Johns, lies within it.

Gazing around, Huang Yi immediately saw in the distance within the depths of the Radiant Forest, the towering King of the Great Trees.

This majestic tree reached towards the sky, its massive crown overshadowing a vast area of the forest, its branches like mountain ranges stretched across the sky, and each leaf vast as a plaza, spacious and wide.

This colossal tree was the Divine Nation of the God of Faith, Johns—the Tree of Faith.

Huang Yi flapped the Wings of the Sun Chaser, heading straight towards the gigantic Tree of Faith.

After flying for some time, just as Huang Yi was about to reach the Tree of Faith, the feathers on the Wings of the Sun Chaser suddenly began to tremble, seemingly with excitement.

The feathers in the Wings of the Sun Chaser were mostly the Feathers of Johns, the feathers of the God of Faith, Johns!

Having arrived near Johns’ Divine Nation, these feathers all felt the familiar presence.

"Stop there." Just then, two angels flew out from a nearby leaf of the Tree of Faith, blocking the way ahead.

These two angels were both four-winged angels, with serene and friendly expressions, lacking any aggressive demeanor, inexplicably evoking a sense of closeness.

"I come to visit Lord Johns, the God of Faith," Huang Yi said in a gentle tone.

"Apologies, Lord Johns does not concern himself with worldly matters and does not receive any visitors. Please return," one angel politely replied.

"Let him in!" A grand voice suddenly echoed between the heavens and earth!

Though the voice was calm and indifferent, it carried an unyielding authority, making one instinctively want to comply.

The two angels were momentarily stunned, taking a closer look at Huang Yi. Upon seeing the Wings of the Sun Chaser behind him, a divine light flashed in their eyes but quickly subsided. They then respectfully said to Huang Yi, "Please follow us."

Upon saying this, the two angels started leading the way, flying towards the canopy in the sky.

Following the angels, Huang Yi flew up the branches, passing through gigantic leaves.

This colossal tree was home to countless creatures, where various flowers, birds, insects, and beasts lived in harmony. Occasionally, some angels could be seen strolling among the branches and leaves, walking slowly and leisurely, not like patrolling guards but more like residents taking a stroll after a meal.

Compared to the oppressive Dead Star, the atmosphere here in the Tree of Faith was entirely different, free and serene.

Finally, under the guidance of the two angels, Huang Yi arrived at the top of the Tree of Faith. Here lay an enormous nest, whose branches came entirely from the Tree of Faith, with leaves joining seamlessly.

Upon seeing the nest, the two angels’ expressions immediately turned respectful, as if it was a sacred and inviolable site.

They halted, gesturing towards the enormous nest, and said to Huang Yi, "Lord Johns is inside. Please fly in on your own."

Huang Yi nodded, flapping the Wings of the Sun Chaser, and flew into the giant nest.

Upon entering the nest, Huang Yi was immediately surrounded by a boundless ocean of Divine Power, his whole body feeling warm.

He looked up, and his gaze locked onto the center of the nest, unable to look away!

In the center of the nest stood a majestic man, barefoot, with wings on his back, radiating circles of divine light from behind his head. He stood there quietly, yet seemed to be the true master of the entire world, meant to bring salvation to all beings.

This was one of the Ten Great Deity Sealers of The Second World—the God of Faith, Johns!

Huang Yi finally saw this legendary figure in person.
