Hated By The Alpha-Chapter 182: Green
Green staggered back, her side hurting from the hard-hit Sebastian had forcefully landed on her.
She immediately regained her ground and turned to face him, "Is that all you’ve got, Alpha?" Green smirked at Sebastian, circling him.
Sebastian shrugged, "Don’t want to hurt - fuck!" He grunted as Green suddenly swept him off his feet with her long cane, causing him to fall on his back, and before he could stand up, Green already had her cane on his throat.
Cheers and hoots erupted from the crowd surrounding them as they fought; they had been in a practice duel, and Green had won.
"And you lost to me, again, Alpha Sebastian," She said and immediately turned away from him to bow to Lake and Audrey before walking out of the practice Arena.
Sebastian frowned as he stood from the ground, dusting off his butt. "How embarrassing," he murmured as he walked toward Lake and Audrey.
"You guys saw?" He asked as he leaned his hand on the wooden fence.
Lake raised a brow at him, "Everyone saw, Sebastian. It’s a disgrace," He replied.
Audrey chuckled, "It’s alright, it’s not the end of the world, it was just a practice," She comforted.
Sebastian glanced around and saw how people were staring at him, "Yeah, it’s just a practice." He scoffed.
"You should consider stepping down as an Alpha, Sebastian; the role is no longer... fitting," Lake gave him a cold smile.
"Really?" He looked from Lake to Audrey, "So you’d beat her ass in a fight?" He asked Lake.
Lake turned his face to Audrey, staring at her face.
"What?" Audrey asked, her cheeks blushing.
Lake gently tucked Audrey’s hair behind her ear, "I can’t beat her, Sebastian; she already won my heart, my body, and my soul," He leaned down to kiss her but Audrey placed a hand over his mouth.
"Behave, Lake," She slapped his shoulder and walked off, feeling the way everyone stared at her as she did.
"Are you sure she feels the same way about you?" Sebastian smirked, staring at Audrey’s retreating figure.
Lake frowned, "She does." He replied.
"Mm, it looks like you’re the only one in love here, Alpha Lake, poor you," Sebastian chuckled.
"She loves me... I know it, I can feel it. She just needs a little more convincing to accept her feelings for me. I think she’s my mate, Sebastian," He stared at Sebastian’s face.
Sebastian gulped; he hoped Audrey quickly found a way to solve this mystery between them; if not... there was going to be a huge trouble for both of them.
"Ah, she’s quite lovely and would make a good Luna. Let’s hope she realizes her feelings, my friend," Sebastian smiled and patted Lake’s shoulder.
"How about Melody? What are you planning to do with her? She seems quite betrayed and heartbroken since Audrey’s arrival," Sebastian asked as they walked away from the practice Arena.
Lake frowned, "She’s not a problem. She knows our deal, Sebastian, and if she can’t settle with it, then it’s her problem," Lake replied.
"Oh, speak of the devil; here she comes," Sebastian whispered as he saw Melody walking toward them, her eyes red as if she had cried all night.
Lake looked up and saw her, his mood dampening, but he wasn’t going to send her away, he needed to clarify some things with her.
"Good morning, Alpha. I’m sorry for -"
"In my office, Melody," Lake ordered and walked past her.
It was time they went back to the drawing board.
Sebastian stood and watched as anger flashed across Melody’s eyes before she followed Lake inside the packhouse.
Sighing, he decided to go and check if Ms. Bridget had something for him to eat.
However, when he got inside the packhouse, he saw something that immediately caught his eye.
Green with steaks!
He saw that she was carrying the plate inside her room and frowned. That was a lot of steak for one person. He needed a share from that so he did the only thing that came to his mind: followed her.
Green was about to close the door to her room when she felt a restriction; she looked through the door and frowned when she saw the familiar hand holding her door from closing.
She sighed, "What do you want, Sebastian?" She asked, letting her door open once more.
Sebastian slipped through the door and leaned on it as it closed.
"I was wondering if you care to share," He said, his eyes looking around Green’s room.
There was nothing special about it, just like the owner, everything was boring and grey. He sometimes wondered if Green was in a secret competition with Lake; a competition for the person with the most boring personality.
"If you’re done comparing me to the Alpha, you can leave, I’ve got things to do, Sebastian," She turned away from him and placed her plate on the table by the side of her bed.
Sebastian blinked, "You have to tone down that power of yours, I don’t like it. Respect people’s privacy," He slowly walked into the room. 𝙛𝓻𝒆𝓮𝒘𝙚𝙗𝒏𝙤𝙫𝓮𝒍.𝓬𝒐𝙢
Green walked toward her wardrobe and took out a white shirt, throwing it on her bed, "I never got into your mind, Sebastian, you were just too lousy with your thoughts, as always," she shrugged and pulled her shirt off her head.
She turned and walked into her bathroom to place the clothes in the machine.
Sebastian paused as he saw Green shirtless.
Green in only her red sports bra...
Sebastian never knew that a sports bra could look so good on someone, so... evoking.
She had worn a grey shirt during their fight, so he never got to see it.
He gulped as he realized that his mind was shifting to something he never thought would be possible with Green.
Or perhaps, it could be his years of abstinence causing him to drool over a simple sports bra.
But it wasn’t just the sports bra. It was the skin, just like her white hair, her skin was almost white, spotless. She was built like a warrior. Every muscle was how it should be, toned and firm, and God, her breasts!
He could pretend he didn’t see those, but his mind knew he saw, and he was captured. Those were the juiciest pair he’d ever seen.
"Fuck," He muttered and walked over to the table where she left her steaks, sitting on the chair, he attacked the steaks, stuffing his mouth with them and hoping they removed those sudden thoughts from his head.
Green was just an annoying witch who he wanted to teach a lesson for always trying to intimidate him, nothing else.
He would be the biggest fool to ever imagine a stoic girl like Green in any other way.
"You better make sure I have something to eat after I’ve showered," Green’s voice suddenly sounded behind Sebastian.
"Shit," Sebastian dropped the steak that was halfway to his mouth back to the plate.
He wasn’t expecting Green to be back so soon. His thoughts weren’t cleared yet. How was he supposed to face her?
He cleared his throat and stood from the chair, facing her, his eyes looking only at her face since she still had her bra on.
"Ah, you sure know how to make an Alpha squirm, Green," He smiled at her, wiping his hands in his pants.
Green narrowed her eyes on him as she saw him wiping his hands on his pants, "That’s disgusting..." she walked closer to him, raising her brows as he saw him stepping back, "And so are your thoughts," She said as she carried her plate from the table.
However, she was held back by Sebastian before she could step away.
She paused, closing her eyes to stop his thoughts from entering her mind, but it was of no use, especially now that he had his hand on her body.
"Turn around, Green," Sebastian’s voice betrayed him as it took a husky tone, exposing his growing tension.
Green sighed and slowly turned, but she was surprised to find his eyes darkening as if he was battling his wolf, "What do you want, Mr. Wolf?" She questioned, pretending to be clueless.
Sebastian clenched his jaws, he knew he should step away and leave the room before he did something he’d regret, but his wolf was spurring him on, encouraging him to give in to those lewd thoughts forming in his head.
He took another step closer, "Since you hear my thoughts... you should already know what I want to do, Green," He let his eyes glance down at her chest for a second.
Green’s face didn’t give anything away; she simply stared into his eyes and said, "You want to kiss me." She stated.
Sebastian didn’t back away from the direction words. Rather, he stepped closer, his face lowering a little toward hers, "Then, can I?" He whispered.
Green thought she was immune to Sebastian’s charms, but the moment she heard his seductive whisper, she felt a slow, warm tingle on her spine, which spread across her body.
She licked her lips and allowed her eyes to fall on Sebastian’s lips; she could kiss him, and everything would turn awkward between them. She could push him away, and everything would still be awkward.
So, she had to choose the kind of awkwardness she wanted between them.
"You..." She bit her lips and frowned, taking another look at Sebastian’s face to make sure he was still the same guy that always irritated her. He was, but the problem was, he was suddenly looking like the most attractive guy in the whole world.
And, she couldn’t help imagining how his thin, moist lips would feel on hers.
"Damn it," Sebastian suddenly moved away as he saw Green’s face moving closer to his.
He looked at Green and saw the confusion in her eyes. "Shit," He murmured.
He had fucked up; he was the one who asked for a kiss, and when she gave in, he ruined it all.
"You’re still annoying, I guess," Green shrugged and turned away from him, placing the plate back on the table; her appetite was gone, thanks to Sebastian.
She turned, stared at his face, and walked toward her bathroom, "You can have all the steaks. Leave when you’re done," She said as she passed him.
"Stop," She snapped her head at him before he could hold her again.
She had sensed that he wanted to hold her and this time, she wasn’t letting him.
"Nothing happened, Sebastian. Eat the steak and leave," She said with a serious face.
Sebastian sighed and didn’t listen. She already found him annoying, he could as well keep up with that.
"I said, do not touch me..." She paused and shut her eyes tightly as Sebastian’s hand wrapped around her wrist.
Her cheeks blushed intensely as his thoughts flooded her head; she never even imagined herself in the way Sebastian was imagining her.
"Now you know, Green. I couldn’t let you kiss me... I don’t want just a kiss," he slowly wrapped his arm around her waist and pulled her closer, his hot breath fanning her forehead, "I want more..." He whispered.
"And I know you want it, too..." He leaned down to sniff the side of her neck, "Your scent betrays you, Green, you want me," He placed a small kiss below her ear, smirking as he heard Green’s soft gasp.
"That’s what I thought," He whispered and palmed the side of her face, "For the first time, you’re submitting to me, Green." He whispered again and kissed her.
