Hated By The Alpha-Chapter 132: Dead Army
The door to the hospital ward opened, and Alpha Lake walked in, taking in the atmosphere in the room.
"Alpha," Maria called as Alpha Lake entered the room.
"I see the resemblance," Isabella stared at Alpha Lake, her face expressionless.
"Mother, he is the"
"The son of the man who banished me from my pack," Isabella completed.
Audrey panicked. She never expected to see this kind of scene; she didn’t think about her mother’s reaction when she found out that she was mated to the son of the man who sent her away from her pack.
Now, she had to find a way to convince me that Alpha Lake was a good man.
"No, Mother, please don’t judge him for what his father did," Audrey tried to intervene.
"It’s okay, Kitten," Alpha Lake held her arm, stepping forward to get close to Isabella’s bed.
"Hello, everyone," Alpha Sebastian suddenly walked into the room, going straight to stand beside Audrey.
"Sebastian," Audrey quietly called, frowning at him; now wasn’t the time for his but my attitude.
"I’m sorry, sorry, I know. I’ll be quiet. Who’s she?" He questioned, staring at Isabella.
"Wait! Your mother?" He asked in shock.
"Yes," Audrey replied.
He smiled and went over to the bed, and stretched out his hand to Isabella for a handshake.
"Hi, Audrey’s mom, my name is Sebastian, and I’m the good guy who was kind to your daughter when he was hell-bent on giving your poor daughter hell," Alpha Sebastian introduced, pointing at Alpha Lake.
Isabella frowned and stared at Alpha Lake again.
"Is this true, dear?" Isabella turned to Audrey.
Audrey glared at Alpha Sebastian. What was he trying to achieve by reporting Alpha Lake to her mother?
"No, he-"
"Yes, Mother, it’s true," Alpha Lake accepted.
Everyone stared at him like he was crazy. Didn’t he care at all what Audrey’s Mother thought about him?
Isabella didn’t speak, she just stared at him silently, her eyes and emotions unreadable.
"I did treat her badly, but that was in the past, and I’m repentant of my actions. I was foolish and blinded by rage, even though those were not enough reasons to treat her the way I did. But I did anyway, and I’m sorry. I’ve apologized to her and will always keep apologizing to her till the day I breathe my last," Alpha Lake spoke, slowly going closer and closer to Isabella.
He gently lowered himself beside her on the bed and took her hands in his.
"My name is Aloha Lake, the Alpha of the Grey Blood Pack. And yes, I’m the son of the Alpha who banished you from the pack, and I am also the mate of your beautiful daughter, Audrey," He informed softly.
Isabella was shocked, and so was everyone. But they were shocked for a different reason. Isabella was surprised to find out that her daughter was mated to the Alpha, while the others were shocked to hear their Alpha speak so softly. They never thought that he was capable of speaking in such a manner.
"I know you might not like me now, but I promise to prove to you that I’m a changed man, and I would do anything to protect your daughter, even if it meant giving my life for her...that’s how much I love her," Alpha Lake said the last part looking right t Audrey and making sure she felt his sincerity.
Audrey felt herself tear up; she went closer and placed her hand on her shoulder.
Isabella swa their interaction and sighed. She knew she had no say in their relationship; she hadn’t even been present in Audrey’s life, so she had no right to dictate it for her.
And she could never be an unreasonable mother to guilt-tip her daughter into rejecting someone she loved so much just because that person’s father had treated her badly before.
"You promise to protect her with your life?" Isabella asked quietly.
She never wanted what happened to her to happen to her daughter. A mate’s betrayal is the most painful thing on earth.
"Yes, Mother," Alpha Lake replied, nodding his head.
Miranda smiled from the corner of the room, smiling at the scene in front of her.
"Then I have no objection to your relationship," Isabella smiled at Alpha Lake and then at Audrey.
"Come here," She opened her arms for Alpha Lake.
Alpha Lakenhugged her without wasting time, for the first time In a very long time, he felt a motherly love.
Audrey leaned over and joined in the hug, smiling widely and feeling very content.
This was what she had always wanted. A complete and happy family.
"Ugh, here we go again; they always him over me," Alpha Sebastian grumbled.
Isabella chuckled and tapped him to join the hug. "You’re part of the family too, I can feel your genuine care for my daughter," She gently patted his back.
"O would have loved to care more but someone got there before I did," Alpha Sebastian murmured.
"Get off me," Alpha Lake pushed him away, smirking at him as he pulled Audrey down to his lap.
"See, he never misses to rub it on my face, it’s sad, mother," Alpha Sebastian said, pretending to sob.
Isabella laughed lightly, she found Aloha Sebastian to be fun. "It’s life, Sebastian. We don’t always get what we want," She patted his thigh in consolation.
"What makes you think you have the right to call her mother?" Alpha Lake asked.
"I have every right you have to calm her mother, Lake, don’t push it," Aloha Sebastian frowned.
Alpha Lake raised a brow at him, mocking him, "Really? What right are you talking about?" He questioned.
"Okay, okay, guys, quit it. We don’t need to see two grown Alphas acting like children," Audrey warned.
"Do you want to eat anything?" Miranda asked, walking over to her sister.
"You know what I’m craving," Isabella smiled at Miranda.
"Don’t worry, I’ll make it just how you like it," Miranda replied.
"I’ll help," Mary stood from the chair in a corner and filled her mother out of the room.

Death Claw Pack...
"I told you not to trust her, now look, she’s betrayed you," Elena was standing in front of Malachi’s desk, ranting angrily.
Malachi was quiet but his countenance was foreboding.
"Now, you can believe it when I tell you that I’m the only one who is truly by your side; I’ll never leave you, and I’ll never betray you," Elena said, going closer to him to place her hand on his top desk.
Malachi remained quiet for some time before he turned his face to look at Elena.
He felt nothing for her as usual, but he was about to use her to get his revenge. That was the only use she was to him, for taking down his enemies.
"Then, prove your loyalty to me, Elena," Malachi said, his tone deathly.
Elena smiled; finally, he was going to acknowledge him; she was ready to do whatever he wanted her to do.
"What do you want me to do, Alpha?" Elena asked, smiling evilly.
"Lake. I want Lake dead, I want to take over his pack, and I want Audrey to be submission me," Malachi spoke darkly.
Elena continued smiling, "That, will be done, Alpha," She assured.
"When, Elena? I don’t want this kind of promise you gave me nineteen years ago," Malachi asked bluntly.
Elena frowned at that; he still thought she was incompetent, but this time around, she would show him that she could be reliable.
"Lake will be dead, I promise you, and you shall rule the Grey Blood Pack with Audrey as your dog; just give us two days, and I’ll make all your dreams come true," Elena promised.
"Good, do whatever you need to do, do not fail me," Malachi said.
Elena nodded and left his office.
She went up to her dark altar, her potions, and knives in front of her on the slab.
She cut her hand over a huge bowl and then proceeded to pour some potions into it. She to some bones and crushed them into the bowl of dark mixture.
She took a long wooden spoon and stirred the dark content of the bowl, whispering something in a strange language.
The candles inside the skulls that were lining the sides of the stairs suddenly lighted, glowing up and making the whole altar look so spooky. The air turned thick and heavy with dark magic, and the eyes of the raven sculpture glowed with a deep red, almost seeming like it had come to life.
Elena smiled sinisterly as she looked up at the raven; she looked satisfied with what she was doing.
She slowly raised he hands above her head and whispered into the air.
"Lavantar a los muertos," She looked up to the sky, watching the sky darken above her.
Soon, the wind picked up, and the color in the raven’s eyes intensified.
She slowly turned from the altar, staring past the stairs and looking right at the heads of the people who had been buried alive.
She took some of the crushed bones and spread them in the air; instantly, the wind carried the dust of the bones to the area where those bodies were buried, and soon, Elena smiled brightly as she stared at the results of her handwork.
Below the stairs, the bodies suddenly moved their heads, and one by one, they crawled out of the ground, walking hypnotically towards the altar and stopping right in front of the stairs.
They stood there in line, eyes empty as they awaited their Master’s order.
"This time, I’m winning, sister," Elena whispered to herself as she stared at the dead army below her.
