Global Survival: I Have Endless Skeletons-Chapter 132: Summoning the Undead Level 18 Royalty Stonewall
Flying high above the battlefield, the Ravine wore a grim expression. The battle had progressed far beyond her expectations.
The force she had deployed should have been sufficient to vaporize half of the human awakeners on the First Floor.
Yet every single beast she had sent had been slain.
Worse, they had been converted into undead.
"This cannot continue..." she muttered, her eyes burning with solemn resolve.
Whoosh!
She vanished from her position in the sky and sped deeper into the ancient forest. The situation had spiraled out of control, and it needed to be contained immediately.
Unaware of the Ravine observing from above, Thoren continued advancing with his undead legion into the heart of the forest.
The ground trembled beneath the horrifying presence of the undead army. Lush green vegetation withered wherever necromantic energy seeped into the soil.
Leaves lost their color.
Grass shriveled.
Smaller beasts fled in terror.
Even they could sense the dreadful force invading their home. This was no longer a place where they could survive.
Within the deeper regions of the forest, members of the Beast God Sect whispered anxiously among themselves.
Their earlier confidence had completely vanished.
"What should we do?"
"The undead army will reach our hideout soon!"
"Why hasn’t the Envoy released the powerful beasts from the sacred region?"
Their fear grew with every tremor.
Just as panic threatened to overwhelm them, a summons arrived from the humanoid Ravine.
"All members are to prepare for war."
"Summon your mounts and charge into battle. This is the Envoy’s command."
"Deserters will have their souls sacrificed to the Beast God."
The final warning sent chills through the crowd.
They had heard rumors of such sacrifices before. Many had dismissed them as exaggerated tales meant to maintain discipline.
But now...
They understood the rumors were true.
Fear and panic gripped their hearts like iron chains. Many had joined the Beast God Sect seeking protection and stability.
Now they were being ordered into a battlefield against a relentless necromancer.
Retreat was not an option.
Left with no choice, each member summoned their contracted mount and prepared for war.
Just then, a terrifying aura swept across the ancient forest.
Everyone within its boundaries felt it.
The suffocating pressure belonged to a Level 18 beast.
The nervous members of the Beast God Sect froze momentarily then smiles slowly spread across their faces.
Their fear dissolved and it was replaced with pride.
With such a powerful beast entering the battlefield, how could they possibly lose?
From their observations, the necromancer had never displayed a Level 18 undead servant.
Their morale surged sharply.
Excitement flickered in their eyes.
They wanted to witness the Level 18 beast crush the undead legion and tear the necromancer apart.
More importantly, the aura did not belong to only one beast.
There was more than one Level 18 presence awakening within the forest.
Thoren sensed them as well.
Yet instead of fear, his eyes burned with firm determination.
Several of his elite undead were already on the verge of advancing to Level 17.
Although he had not taken the time to review his notifications, he knew he had leveled up.
He was now a Level 17 Necromancer.
This next battle would elevate many of his undead to greater heights.
He could feel it.
Determination and anticipation surged within him as he urged his undead legion to advance faster.
He had traveled only a short distance when he sensed a powerful presence locking onto him.
He lifted his head.
A colossal ape towered in the distance.
A Level 18 beast.
Roar!
The massive ape leaped into the air, its enormous body hurtling toward Thoren and his undead army like a falling mountain.
From below, Thoren and his legion appeared insignificant, like ants awaiting annihilation.
Without hesitation, Thoren summoned his trump card.
The Level 18 Royalty Stonewall.
He had reserved this undead for a decisive confrontation.
Now, the time had come to unleash its prowess.
He armed the giant undead with his Peak Iron-Grade weapon; the Black Ember Blade.
The towering Royalty Stonewall manifested before Thoren. Its hollow eyes burned with fierce, unrestrained madness.
Unlike ordinary undead, its mere presence sent a chill down the spine of anyone who beheld it.
The Black Ember Blade gleamed darkly in its massive hand.
"Kill," Thoren commanded, pointing toward the descending King Kong Ape.
Roar!
The undead Level 18 Royalty Stonewall turned its head toward the incoming colossus and released a thunderous roar.
Whoosh!
It leaped into the air, leaving a deep crater where it had stood.
The Level 18 King Kong Ape faltered midair when it sensed an equally powerful presence charging toward it.
But it recovered instantly.
Bang! Bang! Bang!
The two titans collided in midair, exchanging dozens of brutal strikes as they descended toward the earth.
Each impact reverberated like thunder.
Boom!
They crashed into the ground with catastrophic force.
A massive cloud of dust erupted skyward. Trees were uprooted as if they weighed nothing. Fissures split open across the battlefield.
Neither the undead Royalty Stonewall nor the King Kong Ape paid any attention to the destruction around them.
They were locked in a life-and-death struggle.
Roars echoed continuously.
Blood splattered across the ruined terrain.
The Black Ember Blade slashed repeatedly with terrifying strength, cleaving through anything in its path.
The King Kong Ape attempted to wield a massive tree trunk as a weapon, but it was sliced apart effortlessly like butter beneath a heated knife.
Roar! Roar!
Within less than a minute, the ape’s thick, dark fur was soaked in blood. Grievous wounds marred its massive body.
The Royalty Stonewall’s hollow eyes blazed fiercely.
It never hesitated.
It never felt pain.
It knew no fear.
It did not tire.
The ape’s movements began to slow. Blood poured from its mouth.
For the first time, fear surfaced in its feral eyes.
But it was too late.
The undead Royalty Stonewall drove the Black Ember Blade deep into the ape’s chest.
The King Kong Ape released a soul-rending scream as its enormous body collapsed backward.
Boom!
