Chapter 202: Chapter 196: Domain Battle: Iron Blood vs. Blood Lion

"Haha, ’Iron Blood’ Luke. It seems you don’t have much confidence in yourself."

Aston let out a low laugh, attempting to unnerve his opponent with his words.

"Relying on cheap tricks to create a fair environment? Since when has a battlefield ever been fair?"

The Blood Lion phantom behind him roared. His frenzied Domain Power intensified once more, surging toward Luke like boiling magma.

Yet, Luke merely watched him in silence, his gaze holding a hint of pity.

"Fair?"

He reacted as if he’d just heard the greatest joke in the world.

"No, you’ve got it wrong. I just... don’t want my prey to escape."

The words had barely left his lips when Luke did something that made Aston’s blood run cold.

Unhurriedly, Luke untied an ancient-looking Horn from his waist and brought it to his lips.

WHOOOOM!

A desolate, ancient call from the Horn, seemingly traveling from the far reaches of the Star Realm, pierced the Magic Barrier and echoed through the clouds.

As the Horn sounded, a brilliant blue Star appeared. It seemed to be pulled by an invisible force, dragging a long tail of light as it plummeted from the heavens!

This Star was no true celestial body, but a physical entity condensed from the purest Star Magic Power.

The Star passed directly through the Barrier, not creating a single ripple.

Aston’s pupils constricted as an unprecedented sense of crisis enveloped him.

He could feel that the falling Star contained a terrifying Power, enough to threaten his very life!

BOOM!

The Star came to an abrupt halt more than ten meters above the ground, erupting in a blinding flash of light.

When the light faded, the figure of a Knight, clad entirely in azure Star Armor, hovered silently in midair.

He held no Weapon, but motes of starlight circled his body as a Frenzy Domain, in no way weaker than Aston’s, unfurled!

The Meteor Domain!

Within the Domain, it was like a condensed night sky. Countless stars flickered, emitting an aura of annihilation and destruction.

Another Tier Five Domain Knight!

"The Starfall Knight!"

Raylo saw this clearly from a distance, and his heart couldn’t help but pound in his chest.

Only after being embedded with a Tier Five Magic Core could the summoned Starfall Knight be considered truly complete.

"Now, Aston, pray to your god for a fair fight!"

"If your god doesn’t answer, then your head is mine for the taking."

Luke roared with laughter, his voice filled with glee.

He and the newly appeared Starfall Knight, one on the left and one on the right, erupted with peerless might, trapping the pale-faced "Blood Lion" Aston between them.

Two Domains!

The Iron Blood Domain and the Meteor Domain intertwined, forming a massive, peerless meat grinder.

Under this dual pressure, Aston’s Blood Lion Domain let out a groan as if unable to bear the load. It was crushed and forced back, its range shrinking dramatically.

The color completely drained from Aston’s face, leaving it an ashen gray.

He finally understood. From the very beginning, he had walked right into a carefully laid trap.

This wasn’t a duel at all. It was... an execution.

In the Fiery Sun Kingdom’s battle formation, Prince Karachi felt as if he’d been struck by lightning, a chill running through his entire body.

Beside him, "Radiant Blade" Kade could no longer remain calm. He took a step forward as an incomparably sharp Sword Qi shot toward the heavens, revealing his true nature.

"Your Highness, we must destroy the Barrier immediately!"

Radiant Blade’s voice was urgent and grim.

Karachi snapped out of his daze as if waking from a dream and shouted hoarsely,

"Quick! Rescue Knight Aston, no matter the cost!"

He knew that if Aston were to die here, it would be a devastating blow to the Fiery Sun Kingdom’s morale.

However, would Luke give them that chance?

Inside the Barrier, the baleful aura of Iron Blood had fused with the brilliant starlight, transforming into the deadliest killing intent. It launched a final, furious assault on the teetering, blood-red lion at the center.

SHING!

A clear ringing of a blade echoed across the battlefield as a slender Long Sword, like a sliver of flowing light, appeared from thin air in "Radiant Blade" Kade’s hand.

The blade gleamed with a cold light, exuding an aura of sharpness that felt capable of tearing space itself.

Without a hint of hesitation, his figure flickered. He became a blur, crossing several hundred meters in an instant to appear before the enormous, crystalline Barrier.

"Break!"

Radiant Blade spat out the cold word as the Treasure Sword in his hand became a flash of lightning tearing through the darkness, striking a Magic Pattern node on the Barrier with perfect precision.

TING!

A piercing, crisp sound rang out. The Barrier trembled violently, and ripples spread out from the point of impact, but it ultimately withstood the blow.

’What a Solid Barrier!’

Radiant Blade Kade’s expression grew even darker.

He could sense that this Barrier Scroll was of exceptionally high quality, its sturdiness far beyond his imagination.

But he didn’t give up. The Treasure Sword in his hand danced like the wind, becoming a blur of light and shadow. In a single instant, he delivered a hundred strikes, each one landing precisely on a different node of the Barrier.

The dense barrage of attacks, like a violent storm, hammered against the Barrier, producing a rapid-fire series of TING-TING-TING sounds.

To the naked eye, a web of fine cracks began to spread across the Barrier’s surface.

Meanwhile, inside the Barrier, the battle had entered its most brutal phase.

"ROAR!"

"Blood Lion" Aston let out the roar of a cornered beast.

His dark red Heavy Armor was broken in numerous places on his burly frame, and blood seeped steadily from the fissures.

His Blood Lion Domain had been compressed to a radius of less than three meters around him, and the phantom of the blood-red lion had grown dim, as if it could flicker out at any moment.

High in the sky, the Starfall Knight hovered expressionlessly, like a cold sovereign of the cosmos.

He simply raised a hand and pointed down.

Instantly, within the Meteor Domain, a Star the size of a millstone blazed to life. With the power to destroy everything, it trailed a long, fiery tail as it howled down toward Aston.

This was no Illusion, but a physical attack condensed from high-density Star Magic Power. The impact and Power of Annihilation it contained were enough to level a small mountain.

"Get the hell out of my way!"

Aston’s eyes were bloodshot. In a desperate, all-or-nothing gamble, he poured all his remaining Domain Power into the Giant Axe in his hands.

A bloody light erupted from the Giant Axe. Roaring, he summoned every ounce of his strength and swung the axe upward to meet the falling Star.

At the same time, Luke’s figure appeared behind him like a phantom.

"Iron Blood... Soul-sever!"

There were no flashy effects on Luke’s Long Sword—only a layer of blood-red, baleful aura so thick it seemed almost solid.

This baleful aura seemed to be the condensed killing intent and souls of countless battlefields. Where its edge pointed, space itself seemed to warp.

The strike was silent, yet it moved with incredible speed.

All of Aston’s attention was fixed on the falling Star overhead; he had no focus to spare for the fatal blow coming from behind.
