Galaxy Fall: All My Skills Are Maxed-Chapter 163: The Apex Council 1
[Night Time - The Borderlands.]
"A Special Beast!! You must be kidding me!" He snapped at Cupcake, his voice cracking under the agonizing pressure. He was trying his best to move, channeling every ounce of his Lv300 dark energy to resist the spatial distortion, only to be held back by the gravity pinning him to the dirt like an insect.
Cupcake, standing tall in the flawless, borrowed bipedal form of her Master, stared at him for a moment. Her piercing red eyes lacked human empathy, holding only the cold, calculating gaze of an apex predator. She slowly moved her gaze around the perimeter, sensing the corrupted, chaotic spirit energy signatures of the mutated humans struggling in the dirt.
"It’s up to you to believe me or not, anyway... My master sensed a lot of these things in the vicinity, but the ones who attacked were only 10% of the total Force, meaning, your army is waiting for an ambush." She raised her hand, her slender fingers tracing the heavy energy in the air. Then, with casual finality, she snapped her fingers, moment next:
BOOM!!
BOOM!!
BOOM!!
The Rune Master stood frozen, his eyes widening in pure horror, watching as the remaining thirty-something mutated humans abruptly shattered into blood and flesh. The sheer, raw manipulation of ambient energy simply bypassed their physical defense stats. And in one snapped of a finger, they were all wiped out, returning to the earth as a gruesome mist.
"So you mean, your Master know about the second ambush?" He asked, his voice trembling, turning to face Cupcake, not even bothered about the mutated humans whose lives had just been erased.
"She knows about it, but she will still walk into it." Cupcake gave a small, chilling smile, one that looked entirely out of place on Mirabella’s usually stoic face.
"Walk into it?" The man was getting even more confused. His tactical brain, honed by decades of Devil Cult warfare, short-circuited. Who will know about an ambush and still willingly walk into it? Wasn’t that stupidity? Stepping into a heavily fortified trap was a guaranteed way to drain your HP and lose your life.
He was truly confused.
Cupcake sighed softly, the sound perfectly mimicking a disappointed human: "You’re a human, but you aren’t thinking like one, maybe because you’re stupid... Anyway, I will tell you before you die." 𝗳𝐫𝚎𝗲𝚠𝚎𝗯𝕟𝐨𝘃𝚎𝗹.𝗰𝗼𝗺
Cupcake opened her palm. The air crackled violently as red lightning appeared, tearing through the physical space. It started merging together, compressing with terrifying density until a perfect circular ball of volatile red lightning formed, humming with enough voltage to annihilate a small city.
"My Master tends to show her enemies that no matter the strategies, plans, or number of armies they command, before absolute strength... All that is useless." She clenched her fist, violently shattering the ball of lightning, and almost instantly, the Rune Master was engulfed in roaring, inescapable red flames that ignored all his magical resistances.
"You!! No!!! Make it stop!!! Stop!!!!"
Cupcake stood with a weird, fascinated smirk on her face, the glow of the fire dancing in her crimson eyes, watching as the man burn still he was nothing but ashes, not even a single bone survived to be resurrected.
"Ah! Finally, I can rest." Cupcake looked up at the starless sky, the adrenaline of the kill fading: "Too bad I can’t hold this form for more than 30 minutes, am I still weak?" She looked at her delicate, human palm and chuckled lightly, an ethereal sound in the quiet woods:
"Some time ago I was just an ordinary cat, who knows nothing but to eat, sleep, play and chase after things, but the moment I stepped into Galaxy Fall with Master, my intellect automatically got upgraded... Look at me now, even thinking of ways to get stronger, so I can help my Master more." She closed her eyes, feeling the profound shift in her very soul. The world hadn’t just given her stats; it had given her sapience, turning a pet into a lethal, loyal tactician.
"Seems that little cat from months ago is now extinct, I will have to focus on my new life and get stronger faster! That’s the only way I can help my Master achieve all her dreams and desires." Her demonic red eyes reverted to their natural dark ocean blue, the killing intent vanishing as her body started glowing brilliantly.
"Time to return to my master, I so want to see what will happen tomorrow."
With that, she completely vanished, teleporting back to the soul sea, leaving only scorched earth behind.

[Unknown Location - 1 AM.]
Deep within an isolated, heavily warded spatial domain—a place disconnected from the physical geography of the Three Empires—sat a massive, circular table. In a huge deep room, only illuminated by the pulsating, pure ball of light in the center, ten ethereal figures sat in a circular formation, surrounding the ball of white light. These were astral projections, the physical bodies of these individuals resting hundreds of miles away in heavily guarded palaces and halls.
"Are you sure about this, Keegan?" Nadia asked with a slight frown, the ambient light reflecting off her severe features as she stared across the table at the Master teacher of the Eagle empire.
"Yes, sword empire’s Master teacher... That attack which injured Mirabella in Hell gate dungeon isn’t something done by anyone in our league... You all don’t know Mirabella’s strength yet, but I am sure her Master knows of it. A power that can injure her to the point of losing 90% of her health, even a Lv500 can’t achieve that." He said, his voice grave. The mathematical impossibility of draining almost six hundred million HP in a single instance hung heavily over the table.
"Even a Lv500 can’t injure this girl?" An old man with a crown on his head turned his piercing gaze to Hayatobi:
"Is she that powerful?!"
This old man was no ordinary figure; he was the King of the sword empire, King George Bauhinia, and Nadia’s younger brother, a terrifying Lv500 All-bloodlines warrior whose very name commanded armies. Yet, he sounded unnerved.
"I have only seen her once, but is she really that powerful?" The emperor of the dragon empire, a man cloaked in dragon-scale armor, also turned his head to Hayatobi, seeking confirmation.
"Elrod Flameheart is correct, who even is this child...? She even caused a commotion yesterday morning, killing demon emperor’s elite guards, five at that, that’s something only guild leaders or higher Military leaders can achieve! She is just a student in the first level, who is not even 25." The Eagle Empire’s Emperor, a young guy with long red hair and gray eyes said, leaning forward. This was Peter Cordel, elder brother of Zaphyra, and his political calculus was spinning rapidly.
Hearing the rulers of the known world voice their insecurities, everyone slowly turned their heads to Hayatobi, who sat in calm silence. The ten people in this room were the absolute top, the indisputable strongest in the whole galaxy fall, yet the existence of one anomaly had thrown their entire hierarchy into chaos.
