From a Talentless nobody to An SSS Class Dragon-Chapter 189: Goodbye, For Now.

I was so engrossed with how good of a time we were having that I didn’t realize that Lilly did all of that. It also didn’t help that I got caught up in a conversation with Rika like usual.

"I appreciate everything you’ve done for us as well Akina. Making this circle stronger is definitely helpful." I respond with a grateful tone.

Akina definitely helped a lot with preparing everything for us and even gave a helping hand to Lilly. It gives me a lot more confidence in this magic circle, not that I doubted Lilly.

She is definitely a strong companion to have within our party and I couldn’t be luckier to have her with us.

"I guess this means we’re leaving you two behind." Ghost says with a bit of sadness in her voice.

"It is only a goodbye for now. We’ll see you all again before you know it." Akina replies with a smile.

"Exactly. Master Akina is right." Mari chimes in with a smile as well.

"Take care of everything here you two." I speak with a laid back tone.

I gave them a wave before standing on the magic circle. Velia didn’t really say much to anyone, she just gave a wave as well since she didn’t really express emotions much.

Ghost, Lilly, and Aria said the proper goodbyes to Akina and Mira before joining us on the magic circle.

"Hope everyone is ready for the ride, it’ll definitely feel like it is going to last forever but it’ll be quick." Lilly manages to say with confidence.

Everything disappears around us within a matter of seconds as a bright red light engulfs us.

Bright red light was all I could see around me as I waited for us to arrive at the demon realm. It was kind of concerning at first since I never traveled by magic circle before.

"Don’t worry, everything is fine. We are almost done." Lilly speaks up to reassure everyone.

I wasn’t panicking just yet but this was definitely a bit worrisome. I never did anything like this before so it was a completely new experience for me.

Traveling to a completely different realm is definitely a lot more intense than I expected it to be.

It’ll get easier as you do it more since this won’t be the only time. You have six other realms you’ll have to travel to as well when we finish in the first one.

For now you just need to tough out the transportation to the first realm. It won’t be as brutal since every other realm is technically close by.

You seem to know a lot about this whole thing...

I told you I dealt with a lot of similar things in my world, just not the entire thing was the same. Our realms had gates that we used for travel instead which was a lot more efficient in my opinion.

Magic circles are still a good method but I think they are outdated in my opinion.

I’m sorry we didn’t have the luxury of taking one of these gates that you’re talking about. The magic circle was the only method that we knew about at this point in time .

I honestly don’t mind it that much when I’m not focusing on everything around me.

Talking with you is distracting me quite a bit from everything around me so this is kind of nice actually. Just keep talking to me about things for now.

Seraphine won’t be able to contact you much within these realms since it will be too risky. The monarchs will have an easier time finding her if she approaches you again, just thought that would be useful for you to know.

It also ties into us talking and distracting you from everything.

I won’t be disappearing on you again so you don’t have to worry about that at least. I’ll be here for the entire journey so we’ll handle everything together.

Fighting with you in my head again will definitely be nice. It might even help me with the pain from the bloodlust that I’ve been experiencing a lot more lately.

Before Rika could respond to me, everything stopped out of nowhere. The red light disappears and I can see a completely different environment around us.

A giant desert was all around us but in the distance a city awaits. But a lot of giant pieces of metal were scattered throughout this desert.

It was almost like this place had a bunch of random crap thrown all over the place without any care in the world.

"We actually made it here in one piece... I mean that’s exactly what I expected anyway." Lilly says nervously before falling onto the floor.

Aria and Velia joined her with the falling onto the floor while me and Ghost stood strong. Seems that the travel wiped them out so it was up to us to set-up some sort of camp for the time being.

"We’ll make a camp and hideout in it for the time being until they wake back up." I say while pulling out some stuff from the backpack.

"I figured that would be the plan. This is one of the times that I’m glad that I’m not human... Well not completely. Hehe." Ghost responds with a slight chuckle.

"Yeah, Yeah. Let’s get this setup." I say with a small smile.

It didn’t take long for Ghost and I to setup the camp since we both were used to doing this already. We got the others situated inside the tents while we sat outside watching for a little while.

This was unknown territory to us both so it was better to keep someone up and watching.

"Do you think we’ll have to do a lot of killing here...?" Ghost asks with a bit of worry in her voice.

"It is definitely a strong possibility. Just remember that it is kill or be killed in a place like this. We’ll probably be facing a lot of fights going forward." I answer with a serious tone.
