Foreign Land Reclamation By a Vegetable-growing Skeleton-Chapter 1738 - 1299: Should Be Called Soul Shift
Chapter 1738: Chapter 1299: Should Be Called Soul Shift
Just as the Monarch, Negris, and Anthony were all in shock, Ange disdainfully said, "No."
"Huh? No? No to what?" Negris asked in confusion.
Ange shook his head, "Too many God Stars, don’t want."
"Pfft..." Negris couldn’t help but laugh, this was the Ange he knew, anything that couldn’t be planted was unwanted, so what if they’re God Stars? Can they farm?
The awe-inspiring image in everyone’s mind of ’billions of God Stars coming to serve as our lord’ was suddenly negated by the thought of ’can’t farm,’ and they felt it was no big deal. Only the Gray Divine Star was bewildered by how quickly everyone’s emotions changed.
Negris joked, "But without the light of God Stars, it’s not so easy to grow things."
Originally, Negris intended to say that without the Sun, nothing could grow, but recalling how Ange had managed to grow many crops without light, he had to amend his words to ’not easy.’
Ange scratched his head, thought for a moment, and said, "Grow it myself."
"Huh? Grow it yourself? What do you mean grow it yourself? Grow your own God Star?" Negris asked.
Ange nodded.
"Alright, alright, grow it yourself, hahaha." This idea fit well with the Monarch’s intentions, who then said dominantly, "To grow your own God Star, you’ll need a lot of Chaos Mist or Divine Star Power. Later, we’ll blow up the other God Stars to grow your Little God Star."
The others didn’t think much of it, but the Gray Divine Star shivered upon hearing this. Blowing up other God Stars to grow one’s own God Star? So fierce?
Evidently, these people weren’t plotting against it but against all God Stars, refusing the ones that came voluntarily, only wanting ones grown by themselves...
Unaware of the Gray Divine Star’s fright, Negris kicked the two mountain-like sections of Ancient Vines and asked, "How do we deal with these?"
Compared to the Gray Divine Star, the Ancient Man Snake’s size was small, but relative to Ange and the others, it was a colossal giant, resembling a massive mountain range lying there.
"Uh, Lord Nage, your foot," Shamara hesitantly said.
Negris looked down and saw that his foot was slowly turning black as if being polluted.
"Ahh, what’s happening? Why is this? This vine is poisonous!" Negris quickly kicked his foot, trying to shake off the blackening.
Shamara rushed up to absorb the Power of Fall, halting the blackening.
"It’s the Power of Fall, how can it pollute me?" Negris quickly flew away, distancing himself far from the vine range, his life once again being polluted.
Shamara answered, "Lord Nage, you are in the Star God form now, the Power of Fall can pollute it."
Ange crafted a Star God Half Body for everyone, which is the most suitable form for activities in the Void. It can be both tangible and intangible, not afraid of cold or heat, doesn’t require breathing, and can’t die even if it falls on the surface of a God Star.
Shamara’s Power of Fall already had the ability to pollute Star God forms. After infecting the Ancient Vines, the pollution ability didn’t disappear.
However, the Power of Fall only existed on one-third of the lower section of the vine, while the upper two-thirds remained in its original state due to quick chopping.
So right now, the vine had a black, occasionally black-fire-spouting section, while another section retained its normal color and remained vigorous.
"Oh, right, there’s also this." A large amount of carbon residue floated up to the surface of the God Star, gathering together, then held up by an invisible hand, floated to Ange and the others.
"Another big mountain, this must be tens of thousands of tons, right? Everything recently is so big." Negris looked at the massive floating object and couldn’t help but sigh.
The God Star is massive, the Tree of Ten Thousand Realms rooted in it is also massive, the vines parasitizing the Tree are massive, too, and now even the carbon residue left after being burnt is massive, casually piling into a mountain.
Anthony said, "Let Durken and Leonel come over. These carbon residues can remain intact inside the God Star, suggesting it’s a very heat-resistant material. They’ll be interested."
Ange nodded, and soon after, the calm void suddenly rippled, and the Boundary Migration Airship emerged from the center of the ripples.
But as soon as its head popped out, the airship quickly plummeted toward the God Star. The more it emerged, the faster it fell, and the center of the ripples also rapidly fell toward the God Star as it descended.
This sudden change frightened everyone, including those inside the Boundary Migration Airship, especially as they were falling towards the God Star, shouting even louder, "Help us, Lord, help us!"
Ange extended Spirit Touches to pull the Boundary Migration Airship, but as more of it emerged, one Spirit Touch couldn’t hold it. Ange extended several more, and finally managed to pull it out hard.
Until the entire airship left the Dimensional Space, only then did it regain its ability to float and rose steadily.
"What happened? Did you turn off the airship’s power? Who’s flying the airship?" Negris asked.
Leonel said, "It was me. I didn’t turn it off, but it suddenly lost power. It likely happened when transitioning through the Dimensional Rift and detaching from the Dimensional Wall, with the nearby massive material pulling it down, looks like we can’t breach planes near gravitational sources anymore."
"Such a problem exists? But when we first entered Dimensional Space within a plane, there wasn’t any loss of control, wasn’t the plane considered a gravitational source?" Negris said.
"It only loses control if there’s a gravitational source ahead. It’s like there’s a waterfall ahead, the stern lifts, and the oars can’t reach the water." Leonel said.
The Gray Divine Star interjected, "Is this the weapon that kept stopping me from entering the Dimension?"
"Yes, that’s me. Hello, hello." Leonel greeted awkwardly.
Durken sidled up to Anthony and whispered, "What’s going on? Got a contract? Lord is amazing, have it cut a piece for me to use as material, how about it?"
"Sure, sure, but I called you here for this. First, research these materials and see if they can be used. This carbon residue was baked out from the roots of the Ancient Vines in the God Star, ordinary temperatures can’t burn it." Anthony gestured to the mountain of carbon residue and the mountain range-like Ancient Vines.
Durken’s eyes lit up and in a flash he disappeared, only to reappear on the carbon residue pile.
"Eh, wait, Old Du, you’re not using the Star God’s Body, how did you Star Shift?" Negris instantly noticed something off about Durken’s movement, as it had the Star Shift characteristic only attributable to a Star God’s Body.
"It’s not Star Shift, it’s my own invention, hasn’t been named yet. Based on its use, it should be called Soul Shift." Durken said.
