Based on statistics alone, Luna and her army, along with her system ability, were exceptional. Even though it was only S Rank, it was capable of covering her forces in massive numbers.

Luna was a lord who ranked third overall in total statistics within Atlas's alliance. Her troops were that versatile and that mature in combat.

Some time earlier, Luna had suffered a major defeat from an attack by a lord under Bolin's alliance. However, that loss happened because the enemy brought forces and support far greater than what Luna could handle at the time.

But… what Atlas was seeing now was Luna in peak condition. Both she herself and the overall army she commanded were at their best. They could attack the enemy from multiple angles. From the air, on land, and even underwater if the enemy had structures hidden beneath the surface.

Atlas also sent Orren, Gacha Haven's main chef, to Luna's island, along with Brigid and several of his own troops, to further reinforce Luna's forces. At the very least, this allowed Brigid to experience fighting once more on the same front line alongside Luna and Ember.

And as expected, Luna's assault was highly efficient and perfectly structured. Massive spells were deployed with precision. Enemy defenses were crushed with ease, and the troops quickly pushed inward, destroying many of the opponent's structures.

It did not take long before the defending enemy forces declared surrender, once again granting victory to Atlas and his alliance.

A second victory for Atlas. Even though Atlas knew that the real battles had not truly begun yet. So far, they were still facing enemy lords who were also only rank 2. The real challenge was still ahead of them.

After every battle ended, Atlas would pull back briefly and order a retreat to reorganize and coordinate once more. This also gave Nysera and the others time to continue reinforcing their armies. Whether it was stealing opportunities to level up, or waiting for Luna to recover so she could once again share her system ability with the lords who would take part in the next battle.

The third assault would begin now, led by Thaliera with her S Rank ability, Heavenfall Pact.

Thalia, even though she only possessed an S Rank ability, could be considered someone whose core strength also carried a strong gacha element. Her ability allowed her to summon a celestial guardian through the sacrifice of valuable resources. The summoned being would then aid her in one decisive engagement.

Yes, she could summon a celestial guardian. That alone was something extraordinary. What she summoned was not a creature from the normal world.

They were beings akin to heavenly forces, entities that dwelled in lands of immortals or something close to that.

Although Thalia could not communicate much with these celestial guardians, most of the time they existed only to carry out a single crucial task. However… if she managed to summon the right celestial guardian, it would boost their war potential by an enormous margin.

Atlas stood upright as the image of the girl appeared on the massive screen. Thalia was a young woman with long, flowing blonde hair and soft blue eyes. She wore elegant white and gold valkyrie-style armor, with a flowing white cape trailing behind her.

Atlas had deliberately delayed and stalled for as long as possible until Thalia could summon the celestial guardian best suited for this battle. And today, that moment had finally arrived.

The battle began soon after that. And the moment Thalia's troops emerged from the swirling portal… something extraordinary happened. Something like an aura of light formed around every single soldier.

Faint radiant golden wings appeared behind their backs. All of them.

Atlas was slightly stunned by what he witnessed next. Thalia, a support role wielding her magic staff, floated calmly in the air. And so did her entire army. They surged forward at high speed, as if their feet never touched the ground, striking the enemy forces with terrifying efficiency and brutal precision.

The celestial guardian she had summoned was known as Aurelion Pax. It was said to be the Guardian of Light, a being tasked with commanding the wars of higher beings within their realm. A commander who guided celestial forces and brought order to divine battlefields.

It was truly incredible.

They claimed victory with ease, because once again, the enemy forces chose to surrender.

The next battle.

There were two rank 3 lords holding defensive positions on the enemy side. Atlas had deliberately left these high risk, high difficulty opponents for last.

The first to launch the assault was Lumea, wielding her SS Rank ability, Spectral Legion.

Her ability allowed her to summon a spectral army that mirrored her own troops, fighting alongside them for a limited duration before vanishing.

Yes, Lumea's true potential lay in numbers. And Atlas made sure to note that, even though their opponent this time was rank 3, this was a lord who had only recently been promoted. Their strength was not vastly different from Lumea, who was already around level 150, along with the overall army she commanded. 𝘧𝑟𝑒𝑒𝘸𝘦𝘣𝑛𝑜𝘷𝑒𝓁.𝘤𝘰𝓂

Atlas opened his mouth in a lazy yawn and settled onto his floating throne as the battle began.

He watched as Dullorak, whom he had sent to further empower Lumea, made their victory feel even more certain.

It was a truly brutal battle. Lumea sent her spectral legion forward first, using them as a living shield. A very small risk to take.

And… after a fierce and punishing clash, with both sides suffering heavy losses that reached nearly forty percent, the battle ended with Dullorak successfully slipping through the chaos and assassinating the enemy lord.

Atlas clenched his fist as the battle came to an end.

Because… There was only one battle left in the current category. One final assault, where Atlas would attack the enemy island.

And this time, the opponent was a rank 3 lord.

Worse still, it was a lord whose system ability Atlas had not yet managed to uncover or fully understand.
