Farming with Entries: From Lord to Emperor-Chapter 623 - 302: Deep Blue Gemstone Dragon (Part 3)
"Your name, identity, and position."
Leon sat at the main seat, staring coldly at the woman kneeling on the ground.
The woman slowly raised her head, her smile making her face even more eerie,
"Lomisa Redbone, honorable Lord Commander."
Lomisa's voice was hoarse, answering without hesitation, "I was once a priest of the Magic and Death Church."
Leon nodded slightly and looked at Lusen.
This is about what the Dawn Society previously found out.
The Magic and Death Church is an ancient church, worshiping the goddess of magic and death.
That deity masters magic, death, and beauty, and followers often wield Undead Magic, which aligns peacefully with Lomisa's identity.
However, that deity had already fallen in the Ancient Era, so Lomisa couldn't possibly still rely on belief to wield Undead Magic.
"So now you're a necromancer apprentice?" Lusen asked.
"Yes, handsome wizard sir."
Lomisa looked up at Lusen, eyes filled with deep pain.
"I can no longer feel my master's presence; my master abandoned us followers."
Lomisa's voice trembled, like a forsaken orphan feeling hopeless and helpless,
"I can only learn Undead Magic to regain those familiar powers."
Seeing Lomisa's exaggerated demeanor, Leon sneered in disdain,
"Stop your ugly performance, necromancer. No one here will pity you."
"Are you serving the Western Alliance? Who specifically hired you?"
Leon asked impatiently, "Also, why did the Western Alliance suddenly invade our Empire?"
Many in the Broken Rock Empire believe this isn't a typical invasion but haven't figured out the answer yet. 𝓯𝓻𝒆𝙚𝒘𝓮𝙗𝓷𝒐𝓿𝙚𝒍.𝙘𝓸𝙢
"The kings of the Western Alliance promised me generous compensation."
Lomisa responded, "Bodies and souls."
"The soldiers who died on the battlefield; their bodies are at my disposal, along with valuable magic materials as additional compensation."
Many present turned pale hearing this.
"They are warriors, heroes!"
An officer couldn't bear it and angrily roared, "How dare you treat them as materials!"
"They were warriors in life."
Lomisa said calmly, "In death, they are merely flesh with energy."
"I'll kill you!"
The officer drew his longsword, storming forward in anger, terrifying Lomisa into crawling away.
"Lord Commander, I'm telling the truth, don't kill me!"
Lomisa urgently shouted, "The Western Alliance is weaving a massive conspiracy!"
"Calm down!"
Leon sternly glared at the officer, "Stand down!"
The officer took a deep breath, sheathing his longsword,
"Sorry, Lord Commander, for offending you. I'll go back and take thirty lashes myself!"
With that, the officer slightly bowed and turned to leave.
Leon looked at Lomisa, asking in a deep voice, "Now tell me, what is the Western Alliance's conspiracy?"
Lomisa knelt cautiously, asking carefully, "If I say it, can I trade it for a life?"
"That depends on our Majesty's wishes."
Leon's voice softened a bit, advising, "But if you honestly disclose it, I'll plead for you."
"This..."
Lomisa hesitated briefly, a sly look flashing in her eyes,
"Then I want to meet His Majesty and tell him personally, pleading for his mercy."
...
...
The crag evolved in the cave by the Eastern Coast cliffs.
When Luo De arrived, the crag had already awakened, amusingly playing with some iron ore with its claws.
Unlike Frost Thunderbolt, the crag behaved quietly after awakening, not intimidating the guards, patiently waiting for Luo De.
The only bold act was flying to the iron mine, seizing a lot of iron ore to eat.
Seeing Luo De's arrival, the crag immediately lowered its head to the ground, slowly approaching.
"Good, crag, I like you being an obedient dragon."
Luo De nodded in satisfaction, starting to carefully observe the crag.
The crag's scales were now crystallized, like deep blue sapphire ore, with a dinging sound when tapped.
Unsurprisingly, the semi-dragon crag had grown wings.
The wing bones seemed heavy, with crystallized feather-like parts on the edges and membrane portions, resembling a fragmented deep blue sapphire forming a transparent rigid membrane.
"So beautiful!"
Vivian's eyes glowed, carefully examining the crag, unable to resist touching,
"What kind of dragon is this, sir?"
Vivian curiously asked.
"Gemstone dragon?"
Luo De uncertainly replied.
Judging by the crag's appearance, it should be a gemstone dragon.
But looking at the scales, it didn't seem entirely so.
"Hmm, indeed it looks like it's made of gemstones!"
Vivian looked at Luo De with anticipation, "Sir, can I ride the crag in the future?"
"It's best not, you always ride Frost, the crag should more appropriately belong to your sister."
Luo De looked at the crag, "Of course, if the crag wishes, I won't forbid it."
The crag's size was larger than Frost and Thunderbolt, about eight meters long.
It looked thinner yet longer than the other two dragons, but surely suitable for riding.
The crag was overall deep blue, although slightly dark but was a blue that Avril liked.
Hence, Luo De preferred to leave the crag for Avril.
"Do you want this, crag?" Vivian asked excitedly, trying to please as she approached.
The crag glanced at her, circled around Luo De, silently backing away a few steps from Vivian.
"It seems it declined you."
Luo De couldn't help but smile, stroking the understanding crag.
Ignoring Vivian's helpless expression, Luo De moved closer to the crag asking,
"Is there any dragon breath?"
The crag's massive dragon head slightly nodded.
"Wonderful!"
Luo De was even more pleased, patting the crag's dragon head,
"Come on, let's test it!"
