Fairy Tail Destiny-Chapter 93: Ch : The New Guild
Chapter 93 - Ch 93 : The New Guild
"Noel, try this one. I think it suits you well."
"Mm..."
"...The color seems a little off. Try this one instead, Noel."
"Uh..."
After more than twenty minutes of careful selection, Mirajane finally smiled with satisfaction at her masterpiece.
"This is how it should be! The white coat you used to wear was nice, but it was too plain and simple." Mirajane beamed.
Noel had never paid much attention to his clothing before, always choosing simple styles.
While others already found him quite elegant in his usual attire, Mirajane was never truly satisfied.
Now that she had accepted the reality of Noel's memory loss, an idea that had long been dormant in her heart emerged—this was the perfect chance to give him a wardrobe makeover.
Seeing the sparkling excitement in Mirajane's eyes, Noel scratched his cheek helplessly. "I think anything is fine, really, Mira."
Before Mirajane could correct Noel's indifferent attitude toward fashion, a voice full of confidence came from outside the door.
"Mira, Noel, are you ready? It's time to head back to the guild..."
The door was pushed open, and Erza walked in, clad in her usual armor.
"Why are you taking so long—" She stopped mid-sentence, her words cut off as her eyes locked onto Noel, staring at him in a daze.
Inside the light blue coat was a white shirt with black patterns, its collar slightly open, revealing the boy's delicate collarbone.
A purple ear cuff adorned his right ear, and his handsome face was partially obscured—only his blue left eye was visible, while his right eye was covered by a black eyepatch.
Dark-colored pants and white boots completed the outfit.
This carefully chosen attire accentuated Noel's already striking appearance and aura, making him seem even more extraordinary.
Seeing him dressed like this, even Erza couldn't help but feel momentarily captivated.
"...Erza, what's wrong?" Noel's voice called out to her.
"Ah, it's nothing. I was just a little surprised," Erza quickly snapped out of her daze, a faint blush appearing on her cheeks as she realized her reaction.
"By the way, Master has already returned to the guild ahead of us, and now Lady Porlyusica is getting impatient with us staying here. Are you both ready?"
"Yes, we're ready. We can head back to the guild now," Mirajane nodded.

On the streets of Magnolia
"We're finally heading back to the guild," Gray said with a smile as he looked at the familiar streets.
"Yeah, and we managed to bring Noel back safely. That's such a relief."
"Aye!"
Erza simply smiled as she watched Natsu and the others chatting excitedly, saying nothing.
Suddenly, she felt someone tug at her.
Turning her head, she saw Noel, his expression somewhat confused.
"What's wrong, Noel?" Erza asked, puzzled.
"Um, Erza... why do I feel like the people on the street are looking at me strangely?"
Noel voiced the concern that had been bothering him for a while.
Nearly everyone on the street was casting glances in his direction, and their expressions... weren't just curious or indifferent.
Instead, their gazes carried a sense of 'awe' or 'astonishment,' which made Noel feel a bit uneasy.
He found it rather perplexing.
Erza's mouth twitched almost imperceptibly before she quickly regained her composure and calmly replied, "It's nothing, just your imagination, Noel. Yes, just an illusion."
As if to reinforce her point, she deliberately repeated the word "illusion."
Scratching his cheek, Noel sighed and reluctantly decided to ignore the stares.
"Ah!!!"
A sudden exclamation snapped Noel out of his thoughts.
Looking ahead, he saw Natsu and the others frozen in place, staring in shock at a grand, imposing building before them, their eyes filled with disbelief.
"What a Surprise."
"It's already finished... The new Fairy Tail."
"The new one?" Noel blinked.
"Oh, right! Since Noel lost his memories, he wouldn't remember," Mira explained to him.
"The guild was destroyed once, so it's been under reconstruction. When we left, it wasn't finished yet. That's why everyone is so surprised to see it completed now."
"I see," Noel nodded in understanding.
"Mm, I see." Noel nodded in understanding.
The new Fairy Tail guild headquarters was much larger than the previous one.
Not only was the area significantly expanded, but it also featured an open-air cafe, a swimming pool, and even shops and an amusement area.
Lucy and Happy were visibly excited about these new additions, while Mira, Erza, and Gray all showed satisfied expressions.
"Natsu, what's wrong?" Noel noticed Natsu looking rather downcast and asked.
"It's different from before." Natsu hid his face in his scarf, sounding gloomy.
"Welcome back!"
As soon as the group entered the guild, the entire place erupted with excitement.
Many guild members greeted Noel warmly.
"Yo, Noel, you're finally back!"
"It's okay, Noel. It's just amnesia. We're still friends, haha!"
Hearing all the different greetings, Noel felt a sense of warmth spreading in his heart.
Though these people felt somewhat unfamiliar, there was no sense of distance—just a strange feeling of comfort.
"You idiots, you're all back." Makarov walked over, smiling as he greeted them.
"Master."
Makarov grinned and introduced a girl in a blue outfit standing beside him. "This is a new member, Juvia. Cute, right?"
"Please take care of me," Juvia said to the group, though her gaze remained fixed on Gray.
"You really joined, huh?" Gray said with a smile.
"You must've had a tough time," Erza nodded.
"Thanks to everyone, Juvia was able to work hard," Juvia responded.
"And there's another new member. Hey, come over and introduce yourself," Makarov added.
Everyone followed Makarov's gesture and looked over, only to be shocked to see another newcomer—none other than Gajeel Redfox, a former member of Phantom Lord.
"Oi, no way!"
"Gajeel? Why is this guy here?"
"Wait a minute, Juvia was the one who introduced him!" Juvia quickly explained upon noticing Gray and Natsu's serious expressions.
"Juvia is one thing, but this guy was the one who destroyed our guild!" Erza's expression also darkened with resentment.

The events from back then were still fresh in her mind, and she couldn't easily forgive Gajeel.
Noel looked at Gajeel with some confusion.
Though he had lost his memories, his ability to sense people's hostility or goodwill remained sharp.
From what he could perceive, the man before him—who had a rather rugged appearance—didn't seem like a bad person.
At the very least, Noel couldn't detect any malice or killing intent from him.
"Come on, let it go. As the old saying goes, yesterday's enemy is today's friend," Makarov said, trying to ease the tension.
