Extra's Harem: Invincibility Starts with Marriage and lots of Children-Chapter 108- Innocent?
[My father is dead? Are you too—]
'Shut up and tell me why they both heard my telepathic words.' The first thing I wanted was for my wives to hear what I tell them telepathically.
Considering it was pretty much dangerous that whatever I tell one is heard by the other.
This might, for now, not seem like a big problem, but as the number of wives increases, this problem would become even more severe.
I was definitely not the protagonist of some novel with the cliché plot where heroines can hear my thoughts or something.
[Because they are your wives?]
'....' For a moment, I literally expected to hear a rational answer from the system, which I definitely believed was my fault before just changing to the one with slightly higher IQ.
I inquired to the one seated on my head, 'Hey, Reaper, did you also hear my telepathic voice?'
:: No, I am not free enough to hear a weak mortal's voice ::
'Damn, these two!' Realizing that I cannot even expect a straight answer from Valeriana, who at least clarified that she did not hear the telepathic voice like Olea, I just once again inquired to the system, 'System, she didn't hear it, then why does Olea?'
[Host, because Miss Olea and Miss Aleriana have qualifications of 93—same level, so they can hear each other's telepathic messages.]
'Fuck you, what is this, some novelkiss privilege tier!?'
Given we are in the battlefield and caring about the situation at hand, I was literally fighting an IQ-less animal.
It just made my brain cells burn at a level which prompted me to look towards Aleriana and Olea, so that their beauty would somewhat relieve me and suppress the anger flaring within.
"Husband?" Aleriana's voice seemed to soothe my frustration, given it came with added worry due to seeing my twitching expression.
I gave her a smile before nodding.
"I am fine, wife. You okay?" I just inquired before instantly resetting her whole body, which, if ignored the tattered clothes in a few places, instantly got healed, making me notice the visible widening of her eyes as she looked towards her body, clearly shocked in a way that made me somewhat amused, given her reaction was something exclusive to me.
I cannot expect Aleriana to be surprised in the same way for anything else except me.
"Th-this—" Aleriana's surprised eyes first looked at herself and then slowly lifted to me, suddenly snapping her head in the other direction before swiftly hurling forward, arriving before me with her back turned as she took out her sword and yelled, "Olea, take Kyle away now!"
There was panic in her voice.
"Yes, Princess!" Olea's response came pretty fast as she swiftly moved, even before I could react, grabbing my robe as if just about to fly away from that place.
'Shit!' In the haste of the moment, realizing that these women were going to throw me out of the battlefield even though that snake-like thing was just about to attack and enter my domain range, I swiftly moved.
In range of my hand was Aleriana's body with her sword crossed forward, and I hugged her with whatever arm length remained.
swish
'Woaah! Th-this!?' But naturally, just having my fingers able to hug her directly sunk into something pillowy, softer than clouds and firmer than jelly, plump enough to mold in my grip and firm enough to stop me from being pulled away from Olea.
"Waaah—H-husband!? Remove your hands!" Aleriana's voice came pretty fast, considering that thing was just 18 meters away from us, opening its mouth with a size enormous enough, and here I just grabbed both her breasts.
Forget distraction; it was pretty much molestation on the battlefield.
But a very soft molestation, indeed.
"Leave the princess now, Kyle!?"
'Then let me grab yours! Wait, no, forget it, yours is smaller than hers.'
Olea also stopped, giving me enough time to lunge forward, and instead of just the upper portion which I grabbed due to mistake, I hugged Aleriana tightly.
Considering her delicate and thin body, it was as if wrapping around a silicone doll.
I tightened my hug while thinking about how Olea, instead of following my words, was more caring about Aleriana, which I definitely appreciated, even though there should have been unity between my wives.
"It's coming! Ready for the impact!" Olea's figure blurred with amethyst light as I saw her arriving before Aleriana, as if trying to protect both of us.
More like trying to protect me, given I was the weak one here, acting idiotic by stopping and endangering myself as if showing -10% survival instincts.
"Sigh, you both should trust me, wives." I just felt that I needed to increase their trust in me hugging them as I leaned forward, resting my chin over Aleriana's shoulder considering the height difference.
My voice was hushed but loud enough to let both of them hear it.
I could feel, even in her dusted state, her hair had the same fragrance as our first night while my eyes looked in front.
There was a 13-foot-wide mouth, dark black like an abyss, opening and surrounded by several skeletons having black energy binding them together with bone hands stretched towards me.
From our perspective, it was 18 meters away, but for its size, it appeared more like a few inches.
Knowing well that this was the thing which nearly killed my wife, my gaze flickered with clear coldness and anger that any sane husband would have towards the one who tried to harm their wife.
Then imagine my anger as this thing tried to harm both of my wives, not just one.
'Die.' There was just a single thought in my mind as I inhaled a lungful of Aleriana's scent, given her panicked state.
I could feel her body and even mine surrounded in the protective layer of Blue Qi—most probably built by her to save me from the impact.
WHOOSH
BOOM!
"KHHHRKKKKKK!" I just heard a strange noise causing my eyes, which were looking towards that thing, to visibly reflect a sight.
The collision was like ink diluting in water as the thing just entered the 16-meter radius of my domain.
Given the acceptance of marriage from Olea, my domain had increased 3 meters more from 13 to 16, given how the skeletons were visibly breaking apart, their bones scattering as they were met with the domain the moment they entered just an inch into the 16-meter radius.
'Hm?' I noticed how the humongous size recoiled back as all the skeletons, though I could not count them, were in several hundreds, enormous bodies scattering like rain falling down.
The black energy dissipated as they began to fall and crumble down.
Yet through the rain, I saw a black-colored skeleton with a glowing black and purple crystal within its body falling to the ground in one intact piece, unlike the others.
:: That's the main life of it; you need to kill it separately. ::
While hugging Aleriana, I suddenly heard a voice from above my head instructing me to kill that thing separately, given that it was still far away from my domain, being at least 10 meters beyond my domain range of 16, making the skeleton a total of 26 meters away.
I slowly loosened my hand from Aleriana—very sadly, considering I needed to put an end to this all, and made my way toward it.
'Need to do something about Mialthara,' I thought as I moved forward, clearly leaving Aleriana and Olea, who were visibly shocked and completely fallen into a trance.
I gave them time to process everything as I approached that skeleton, with my hand stretching out to snap my fingers; this was just for animation to overwhelm Mialthara.
But I suddenly halted as both Olea and Aleriana arrived in front of me, their eyes widened in surprise at what I did, yet they seemed to be stopping me for some reason.
"Hm? What happened, wife?" I inquired, confused, tilting my head as I looked at Aleriana, bringing her out of her thoughts. As she snapped back to reality, she focused herself on me.
"Husband, you shouldn't kill that thing. It's innocent!"
