Extra: Yandere Milfs Obsessed with me!-Chapter 175: Kaiser vs Godwin
"You! So you were part of the imperial faction after all!"
Godwin took a step forward, the hard rocky ground cracked deeply under his foot. His A-rank warrior aura was not just strength; it was an overwhelming presence that compacted the air, making it heavy, difficult to breathe, almost solid.
Kaiser, after dealing with Isabella’s problem, had come to help Olivia.
’It’s dangerous, but how could I leave Cleopatra here. I’m sure we can escape.’ he thought.
The intense heat of his Destructive Flame mingled with a perceptible distortion, as if the gravitational field tightened and bent around his massive body. Kaiser felt an unusual resistance in his muscles even before the first blow was struck.
"Coming to save that bitch? Fool!"
Godwin’s fist launched. There was no feint, just an explosion of brutal movement.
Kaiser instantly activated the Eye of Perception. The world slowed around him. He perceived the twist of Godwin’s hip muscles, the sudden compression of aura in his arm, the perfect and direct trajectory of the incoming impact.
He triggered a violent Aura Repulsion under the soles of his feet and leaped backward. The fist crashed exactly where he had been standing a fraction of a second earlier.
The impact was not merely physical; it was amplified by manipulated gravity, pulverizing the volcanic rock into a cone of debris and kinetic energy that blasted everything in its path.
"Shit..." Kaiser breathed as he landed off-balance, the shockwave whipping his face.
Godwin raised his head, his body perfectly stable despite the ground that had just given way under his own strike. His impassive eyes settled on Kaiser.
"You dodged. For a rat like you, you got lucky."
Before Kaiser could catch his breath, the gravity suddenly grew heavier. It was as if an invisible giant hand was pressing him toward the ground. He planted one knee to avoid collapsing, activated Aura Coating around his legs, and endured the pressure.
The rock under his knee cracked, splitting in a star pattern. Unable to move, he countered at range. He extended his free hand and projected his aura forward.
"Aura Attraction!"
An invisible thread of energy wrapped around Godwin’s bicep and tried to pull him toward Kaiser to unbalance him. The resistance was immediate and absolute. It was like trying to pull a mountain.
Godwin smiled, a disdainful sneer.
"You think this will be like last time at the exam? I wasn’t even at fifty percent!"
He pulled in turn, but in the opposite direction, with disproportionate force. Kaiser, still anchored by gravity, was torn from the ground and hurled like a projectile toward his opponent. Instead of resisting stupidly, Kaiser used the momentum.
He activated Dash in the middle of his forced trajectory, spinning on himself to shift his flight path. He slid along Godwin’s right flank and, in the same motion, struck with a backhand from his black blade.
The impact resonated in his arm as if he had struck an anvil. The blade bit into the sweat-soaked skin and aura, but without penetrating deeply.
"How!" His eyes widened in shock.
A violent heat, that of the Pendragon flames, instantly traveled up the metal, burning Kaiser’s palm through his gloves.
Godwin pivoted his hip with terrifying speed for his size.
An elbow strike charged with concentrated gravity slammed into Kaiser’s chest. The impact was dull and devastating. Kaiser was thrown backward, flying through the air for several meters before crashing heavily onto his back, completely winded.
"You hit like a noob," Godwin stated in a haughty tone.
[Aura Farming drops drastically!]
He spat a jet of blood mixed with saliva and immediately straightened up, forcing his muscles to obey.
"Kuh! Fucking..." he growled, pain radiating from his ribcage.
’He’s more powerful than I thought. I can’t underestimate him anymore!’
He took a deep breath, ignoring the taste of blood, and spread his arms. The black metal chains connected to the hilts of his swords tightened, then, like hungry serpents, sank deeper into the flesh of his forearms.
A sharp, burning pain shot through his nerves. Blood flowed along his wrists, dripping onto the black ground.
"You’re mutilating yourself to fight?" Godwin asked, a sickly gleam of interest in his eyes. "A desperate technique."
"No..." Kaiser replied, his voice now hoarse and strained with effort. "I’m synchronizing."
His aura, contained until then, exploded. The air around him crackled. He activated Fluid Sword, and his movements lost all stiffness, becoming a liquid extension of his will.
Then Sharp Cut, concentrating all lethality in the edge of his blades, making them mentally sharper than the sharpest razor. Finally, he released a concentrated Aura Repulsion under his feet in a sharp flash and disappeared from where he stood.
"Sundering Eclipse..." his voice announced, coming from nowhere and everywhere at once.
Godwin, for the first time, adopted a strictly defensive stance. He crossed his arms in front of his chest, and the gravity around him visibly densified, the air streaked with distortions.
"Show me what your art is worth, Insect!"
Kaiser appeared on his left flank, the two blades already in motion, tracing a perfectly synchronized double arc.
"First Movement: Crescent Moon!"
A slash of pure energy, blinding white, in the shape of a perfect crescent moon, cleaved the space between them. The air screamed as it tore.
"Again This Attack!"
Everything in its path—rock, fire residues, even the distorted gravity field—was cut clean. The attack sliced through Godwin’s densified defense with a shrill screech and gashed his torso in a spray of sparks and blood.
The slashing shockwave continued its course, sending a wave of destruction behind Godwin, sweeping everything within ten meters.
Godwin stepped back one pace. His boot crushed the rock with a dry sound.
He lowered his eyes to the smoking wound that streaked his pectorals. Then he raised his head. His gaze was no longer arrogant, but burning with intense attention, almost respectful of the threat.
"...Interesting," he repeated, but this time the word carried a deadly acknowledgment.
The flame around him changed. It became darker, denser, like molten metal. The gravity contracted violently, concentrating in a precise point in front of him, ready to be released.
Kaiser clenched his teeth, his arms already trembling uncontrollably from the effort and the pain of the chains. Sundering Eclipse was devouring his endurance at a frantic speed, draining his aura and vitality.
’That’s the difference...’ he thought. ’Between facing a normal A-rank warrior... and trying to survive against the heir of a legendary family?’
