Chapter 6507: Who’s More Frightening?

Li Qiye glanced at the fire tube with particular attention on the insignia seal.

“I see, got it.” Li Qiye said before turning toward the two major realms: “Had enough fun yet?”

“Not fun at all.” The Lord of Paragon complained.

“Yes, you ruined our plan.” The longevity spirit was annoyed.

“What’s the point of this?” Li Qiye frowned.

“It’s called revenge.” The longevity spirit laughed and said: “You would have done the same, we know what you are. If anyone had sealed you, you would have made him taste a life worse than death and massacre his clan.”

“His clan and all other affiliates.” The Lord of Paragon said: “Probably would have gone farther than us.”

“We did nothing outside of speaking a few lines. Their stupidity and weak dao heart are to blame.” The spirit said.

“Yes, this wouldn’t have happened if their dao heart was stronger.” The lord said innocently.

“Fine, the game is over. Let’s return now.” Li Qiye said.

The skull and the soul appeared, flying toward the other two.

“Wait, wait, you can’t do this.” The spirit said.

“Yes, we had an agreement, our dreams aren’t over.” The lord refused.

“Not my agreement, time’s up.” Li Qiye said nonchalantly.

“Damn you bastard!” The two cursed.

“We shall be as one again.” The soul of Gold Village happily said.

Li Qiye didn’t wait for the duo’s permission and grasped the two, forcing a soul fusion. When he loosened his grip, the united souls resembled a radiant ball of fire.

He threw it across Sea of Heavenly Sin, landing on a particular pavilion.

“The soul’s back!” Left and Right Splendor shouted in unison.

Suddenly, the middle-aged man on the bed got up and shouted: “Damn!”

He looked around and saw Left and Right Splendor nearby.

“I had a ridiculous dream.” Splendor Monarch murmured.

“A good one, not ridiculous.” Left smiled.

“Yes, any dream is beautiful as long as you’re alive to wake up.” Right nodded.

“Your plan failed, I am still me.” Splendor Monarch glared at them.

The two deflated like balloons and exchanged glances.

“All that work for nothing.” Left complained.

“That brat ruined this for us.” Right greeted his teeth.

“What should we do? Beat him up?” Left asked.

“You go do it, I don’t want to die.” Right said.

“I don’t want to die either.” Left tried to calm down.

They lost the bet with Splendor Monarch and had no chance to try again.

“It’s over, you all can have them.” The skull spoke to those in Gold Village.

“Have what?” North Kun and Ocean-gaze were confused.

“Idiots, don’t you see my three immortal springs? Take good care of them.” The skull uttered coldly.

He then ignored them and flew away while shouting: “Wait for me, wait for me!”

Li Qiye appeared inside a pavilion in Sea of Heavenly Sin, leaving confusion in his wake.

Everything was surreal even for the participants. The line between dreams and reality broke down, especially with the absurd temporal reversal.

North Kun and his allies couldn’t explain it either. They speculated someone relied on the remnant world of Heavenly Sin to activate the dreams.

They were based on three souls and three springs, making up the three major realms. The springs were real and because of them, the nourishment in the dream world also continued to the real world.

Those in the Old World lamented the aftermath - the destruction of three behemoths. Nevertheless, their land was blessed with incredible essences. Life and prosperity would return in time.

“It’s over.” A primal ancestor sighed.

“We’re just insects.” Whale sighed.

“An immortal, right?” Ocean-gaze and the others had no words to describe Li Qiye.

They witnessed him in person and knew he was a great immortal. All eyes were on North Kun and Stoneboiler. One was Desolate Ancestor’s disciple while the other had followed Li Xingchen for a long time.

They were curious but didn’t dare to ask.

“More terrifying than my master.” North Kun knew what was on their mind.

“More terrifying than Desolate Ancestor.” They couldn’t believe it. A being more powerful than Desolate Ancestor?

Why had this immortal never appeared before? Where did he come from?
