Mabel Quinn smiled, "Alice mentioned it to me before, thank you for your kind offer. But I think I should live in a place I can afford myself."
Dorian Howards sighed and didn’t continue discussing the accommodation issue. Instead, he said, "You saw Kyle Kinston last night, didn’t you?"
Mabel Quinn was surprised, "You know?"
"When the police called last night, I happened to be nearby. As soon as Kyle heard you were in trouble, he rushed out immediately, showing how worried he still is about you," Dorian said. "And you? Are you really planning to give up on Kyle like this?"
"What else can I do if I don’t give up?" Mabel Quinn gave a bitter smile, "Actually, my feelings for him aren’t as deep as you guys imagine. I’m very grateful he saved me last night, but he probably only acted out of consideration for our past relationship."
At this moment, Dorian truly wished he could loudly tell the woman in front of him that Kyle’s feelings for her were much deeper than she imagined!
