Dungeon Raider System-Chapter 472: Night club Madness Part 1
It wasn't unusual for people to arrive at the night club in a taxi, even at such a high end place like the 'Madness nightclub'. The reason for this was simple, vehicles were too expensive and their upkeep alone would leave most hunters bankrupt in a month which is why most of the hunters who owned a car built it themselves.
Like Connor's Bloobloo, the old pickup truck he built from scratch by salvaging spare parts from the lost city, but if it wasn't for Amy's kind nature who split the cost of gas and upkeep among all hunters, Connor too would have been left penniless.
It wasn't unusual for people to arrive at the club in a taxi, but Uriel's party drew all the eyes for many different reasons. At first, people mocked the passengers since it was obviously crowded inside. The long legged huntress took up most of the space and Soulfire wasn't a small man either.

However, as soon as the latter climbed down the car several girls gasped in surprise. He was wearing the perfect mix between casual and elegant clothes, but his presence alone turned his seemingly ordinary attire into one deserving of its own catwalk.
He was soon followed by Miss Dragonfang wearing a short night dress with a pronounced V cut that showed her neckline, but not to the point of looking trashy. She was also wearing an expensive looking pearl necklace that complimented her fair skin.
Next came the long legged huntress with a long dress with a side slit that showed just enough of her shapely legs to leave people in a daze. While she was more than accustomed to being made fun of for her body proportions since her legs were way longer than most humans, now she was the object of pure admiration and envy.
Some even wondered if her extremely long legs were the right human proportions and everybody else was deformed.
Finally, Uriel stepped outside from the front seat wearing black pants, a white shirt, a leather jacket and the only thing that drew any attention towards him was the strange fedora hat he was wearing and the black suit he was carrying. He didn't look bad at all, but compared to Soulfire his appearance seemed rather ordinary.
"Where did you get all this stuff? It's all made of natural fiber, it must have costed a fortune." Asked the still self conscious martial artist who didn't enjoy having so many hunters staring at her so blatantly.
"Who cares about that! How did you know our size? I don't think my own bras fit me so perfectly as the one you picked up for me!" Miss Dragonfang voiced out cupping herself.
"Shut up and get in line." Uriel replied shortly. He wasn't thrilled by how much he had to spend on everyone's clothes, though it wasn't as expensive as they thought. Natural fiber was extremely expensive on the market, but on his souvenir shop it was actually pretty cheap in comparison.
There was also another reason why he didn't reply, the secret of how he guessed Miss Dragonfang's and the martial artist's body measurements was something he intended to take to his own grave. Partially because if Miss Dragonfang found out about the requirement to activate the lewd magazine's ability, she would never let him hear the end of it.
"Get in line? Why would we do that?" Soulfire asked with a puzzled face.
"Huh? Because we need to get in." Uriel replied glaring daggers at the offensively handsome man.
"Why would we need to wait in line with such lovely women by our side?" Soulfire said as he offered his arm to Longlegs, the martial artist whose name Uriel didn't bother to learn and yet he wondered why she didn't count as a friend.
As soon as Soulfire showed up at the door, the guards allowed them in with a polite nod. When it was Uriel's and Miss Dragonfang's turn, though, the guards hurried to close the door and pointed towards the line.
"Hey! We're with them!" Miss Dragonfang pouted, but the guards pretended not to hear her and it was only when Soulfire came back to get them did the guards allowed them in. Needless to say, it wasn't precisely because of the two beauties they let Soulfire in, but Uriel didn't care as long as they got inside.
He was a stranger to that kind of place and didn't know what to expect. The place was decorated in an eccentric way and the lights didn't help at all, it was also getting increasingly louder as they continued walking and Uriel made a mental note to not ever take Luna to a night club.
'Knowing her, she would go wolfshit before two minutes.' He inwardly chuckled at the thought of a werewolf trashing the place.
"You look happy." Miss Dragonfang pointed out.
"And you don't, perhaps you prefer his company over mine." Uriel scoffed without taking his eyes from Soulfire who was walking in front of them.
"Don't be silly," Miss Dragonfang smiled at Uriel and then continued. "Of course I do." She finished with a giggle.
After a short walk they arrived at an open area Uriel recognized as the dancing floor. Although he was never inside a night club, not even a cheap one, he would have loved to. It wasn't just that he secretly wanted to learn how to dance, but he also saw the cultural value of such a place.
To most people it was just a place to relax and have fun, but Uriel saw beyond it. It was a hunting zone, one with implicit rules and ranks like a miniature society.
It took him but a glance to identify the naturally formed hierarchy of the dancing floor, there were the attractive females who danced together usually being rounded by groups of interested guys, there were already formed couples, groups of friends and of course, there were also the outcasts who remained at the outskirts of the people.
Thankfully for them, dancing worked to merge people from different social status, ranks, traits and even personalities. Expressing their feelings and emotions through their bodies required technique and dedication, but watching them Uriel realized how organic everything was.
But as much as he would have loved to study it as a cultural phenomenon or maybe even spend a bit of time dancing, or trying to, he wasn't there to have fun but to do something he always wanted to do.
"This is the last time I'll ask you this, but are you absolutely sure you want me to kill him?"
"Of course not! If there's at least a slim chance of saving him, don't kill him. Even if he's a a bit twisted, he's still my little brother." Soulfire replied.
"That wasn't the deal, but if you decide to back down I won't care as long as you pay the rest."
"Agreed."
"Then, go upstairs and open the suitcase. You'll know what to do then." Uriel handed the suitcase to Miss Dragonfang who seemed disappointed to miss the chance to dance with Soulfire.
"I'm flattered, but I don't really want to dance with you." Soulfire looked the other way and awkwardly scratched his cheek.
Although Uriel would have loved to cuss him out, he gave up long ago. Soulfire was the kind of person that would turn his words against him and make an awkward situation even worse. Instead, Uriel continued walking to the bar, which was less noisy and way darker than the dancing floor.
He took a seat and waited for Soulfire to join him, suspecting he would find an opportunity to make fun of him again, though that didn't come to happen. Instead, Soulfire anxiously scanned his surroundings.
"What's the matter? Are you out of jokes?"
"I was wondering how many of them are vampires."
"Probably half of them." Uriel replied.
"Half!? How can you tell."
"It's easy. This place is their feeding ground, my guess is each vampire is responsible for securing their own meal and they lure people here to do it."
"Then why did we come at night!? It should have been way safer during daytime." Soulfire gasped.
"In case you haven't noticed, we're indoors and it wouldn't make any difference. Or have you seen any windows?" When Uriel pointed out the lack of windows, Soulfire realized the time of the day wouldn't make a difference, but that didn't reassure him in the slightest.
On the contrary, he now felt trapped by enemies in their own lair which was a clear disadvantage for the hunters.
"But you said you asked the army for help..."
"They're not coming." Uriel cut him short, putting out the last glimmer of hope on Soulfire's heart.
When he first arrived, he was still hesitating to harm his little brother and the only thing he could think of was to find a way to save him. But now he realized there was no point in worrying about Mark's safety when his own safety wasn't guaranteed, especially after Uriel spoke to the first waitress that came close.
"I brought this fine meal, but haven't received my payment yet." He said pretending to be angry.
"Excuse me, I thought you were customers. Follow me and the boss will take care of things." The waitress replied and hurried over to the bar trying to hold back her mouth from watering. While it wasn't strange than a human brought someone to be drained, she had never seen someone as handsome as Soulfire and couldn't wait to get her fangs on him.
"You traitor!" Soulfire stood up with the intention to make a run for it, but Uriel remained sitting as though nothing happened.
"The plan will continue with or without you, the only difference is if you're not here, killing Mark will be my only option to prove I followed my part of the deal."
