Dual Cultivation: I Summon Villainesses of Mythic Era-Chapter 62: It Is Without Doubt The Qi Of The Dao Executor
Hue Qing shuddered at the mention of her mother.
Nevertheless, despite the temptation and the promise of safety, the image of Xuan BaiShe imposed itself on her mind. She recalled his nonchalant smile and the elegance with which he had treated her, unaware of the darkness she carried within her.
She shook her head with determination.
"I refuse," she declared in a firm voice. "I will always stay with Young Master Xuan. He is the only one who has treated me this way in this life."
The silhouette let out a laugh devoid of any joy.
"The Young Master Xuan?" he repeated with contempt. "Do you sincerely think that when BaiShe learns your true identity, he will continue to protect you? Do you believe that the heir of the immortal families will accept to keep by his side the monster who devoured his ally?"
Hue Qing clenched her teeth. This question touched the root of her greatest fear: being discovered and rejected by the only person who seemed to matter to her.
The silhouette saw her hesitation.
"He will kill you without hesitation as soon as his Third Eye perceives the abyss that serves as your heart."
Hue Qing remained silent for long seconds, struggling against the tears of frustration that threatened to break through her mask of coldness. She knew that the stranger might be telling the truth, but she could not bring herself to betray the one she served.
"I will think about it... But know that I do not want to cause any problem for BaiShe. If he has to eliminate me one day, it will be my destiny."
The messenger of the secret organization slowly retreated, his silhouette beginning to dissolve into a mass of crows that seemed to melt into the night.
"Do not delay too long in your decision," he said as he disappeared completely. "The Heavenly Demon is quite impatient."

*Purple Mist Kingdom... Crimson Sect... Meditation Pavilion...*
In the oppressive silence of his closed room, Huojin was sitting in lotus position. The moonlight illuminating his white hair.
On his forehead, the Yin-Yang symbol pulsed faintly.
Huojin was not an ordinary man; he carried within him the accumulated memories of thousands of Dao Executors who had preceded him. Yet, despite this millennial wisdom, his heart was consumed by a very human resentment.
He recalled the humiliation he had suffered in the arena.
Xuan BaiShe, that arrogant young master of the Xuan family, had treated him like an insignificant insect. Huojin, once a weak and talentless mortal, had believed that his awakening would make him the absolute master of this kingdom. 𝚏𝕣𝐞𝗲𝐰𝕖𝐛𝐧𝕠𝕧𝚎𝚕.𝐜𝚘𝗺
’I will make you pay, BaiShe. I will break you as you tried to break my authority,’ he thought, a grimace distorting his usually serene face.
His gaze fell on the small jade vial placed in front of him. It was the divine-rank spiritual pill that BaiShe had given him out of "pure generosity" after the fight.
Huojin sneered. He knew that BaiShe was part of the prestigious immortal Xuan family, a lineage so ancient that even the memories of the Executors spoke of it with respect.
Consequently, he had no intention of killing him immediately, for fear of attracting the wrath of his emperor parents. But he fully intended to humiliate him when the time came.
Without thinking any further, Huojin, driven by a naivety born of his excessive arrogance, swallowed the pill.
The effect was instantaneous. A heat exploded in his stomach before spreading through his meridians. The Qi of the pill, of a purity surpassing anything he had known in this lower kingdom.
"At least this idiot’s pill is of good quality."
Huojin groaned, his body wracked with spasms. The Body of the Chosen One began to absorb this energy with monstrous greed.
He meditated all night, channeling this torrent of power. Toward dawn, a spiritual crack resonated in his Dantian. The chains of his current level shattered.
He had just broken through to the Law Master realm.
A shockwave of pure Qi instantly spread, making the foundations of the Crimson Sect vibrate. An aura of absolute purity, coupled with the Authority of the Dao, emanated from him and was felt for kilometers around.
...
Several leagues away, Zhi Mei was flying over the misty peaks. Her azure blue Qi wings sliced through the air.
Suddenly, she stopped dead in mid-flight, her pointed ears twitching. She felt an energy fluctuation so familiar that it made her miss a heartbeat.
’This resonance... it is without doubt the Qi of the Dao Executor!’ she thought, her blue eyes lighting up.
Zhi Mei, driven by the urgency of her mission, dove toward the domain at a speed beyond comprehension. She was so eager to share this news with BaiShe that she forgot all caution. She did not even take the time to scan the environment with her spiritual sense.
She reached the guest pavilion and, without even knocking, abruptly opened the door to BaiShe’s room.
The spectacle that greeted her froze her on the spot. The air in the room was saturated with the smell of sex.
Zhi Mei came face to face with BaiShe at the precise moment when he was about to continue his pounding. The Sidhe’s face instantly turned bright red, the blush rising all the way to the tips of her ears.
"Ah... I apologize for the disturbance!" she stammered before hurriedly leaving, closing the door with a force that made the walls tremble.
Inside, Xue Ming sat up.
"Who is she?" asked Xue Ming in a drawling but warning voice.
"She is the Holy Templar of the Dao Temple," he replied with his usual calm.
"We were on a mission to find the Dao Executor. Apparently, she has found something important."
Ming’er sniffed, not very convinced by her fiancé’s detached tone.
BaiShe got dressed before leaving the pavilion. He found Zhi Mei standing under a cherry tree, her back turned, her hands trembling slightly.
The feeling of complicity she had developed for him during their journey seemed to have been replaced by a sudden coldness.
"Miss Mei, you seem agitated," he began, a provocative smile stretching his lips. "Is it because of what you just saw?"
Zhi Mei did not turn around, her shoulders remaining tense. BaiShe ignored her silence and questioned her about the reason for her hurried arrival. He asked her if she knew where the Dao Executor was.
"Hmm," she simply replied with a nod without saying anything.
He did not understand why she was sulking.
After all, he was only with his official fiancée, it was not as if he was cheating on her with another woman in front of her.
"The Executor has manifested. His power has broken through to the Law Master stage. Follow me. We no longer have time to waste with your... distractions."
She launched herself into the air without waiting for BaiShe.
