"I’m hungry."

"You should go to sleep; I’ll eat a little and then sleep."

Zhao Heng said with some amazement. Normally, the hospitals Wang Yaoqing had to negotiate would have required several months and a lot of effort, but Gao Jun’s connections made the hospitals reach out to Wang Yaoqing proactively to introduce the software.
The difference was enormous.
"That’s good, Gao Jun has never used connections, but made an exception for you."
Xu Man Ni commented.
After finishing their meal and sharing some tender moments, they went to sleep.

In the surgery changing room.
"You look so tired, what were you doing last night?"

"Dr. Zhao, if you become deputy head, might there be a resident physician spot in our ward?"
Pausing, Liu Meng asked with genuine interest.
Knowing Zhao Heng’s straightforward style, she asked directly, no need for hesitation.
"There should be; you can start preparing."
After contemplating, Zhao Heng responded. If he indeed got promoted, they would likely allocate a resident physician spot, allowing Liu Meng and Wang Tao to start preparing.
For Li Yang, it would be a matter of waiting for his chief promotion for any deputy slots.
"Great."
Liu Meng said happily.
