Davis and his beauties had a good laugh, teasing each other before they finally let him enter the nuptial chamber. At one point, it was pretty obvious to him that they didn't want to leave him as today had been a good occasion where they also got to expend their social battery, so they were looking for some love from him.

Davis explained, causing Everlight to react as though she understood, but she really didn't. However, she didn't ask why since it was what he said and chose to believe it.

Davis silently chuckled, "It could be."

He continued to head further with Everlight, talking about nothing and just uttering sweet nothings which mostly eluded Everlight, causing him to have fun on his own. However, he guessed she was trying to answer truthfully and give an honest opinion to his questions.

But before she could ask, she came across a two-story tall palace in the middle of nowhere, surrounded by a forest with a lush charm, dark trees swinging in the wind and shining in the moonlight as though welcoming them.

"Yes, this is where we're going to spend our first night…"

Everlight's cheeks reddened as she heard Davis. She thought they were going to spend some time together, talking about the world, since they really didn't have the time nor the capacity to know each other.

After all, she was with Saintess Lunaria to train, and he was somewhere else all the time, leaving them clueless about their likes and dislikes when it came to worldly things.
