The bandit leader let out a wild laugh. "In my line of work, you make peace with death a long time ago! I admit defeat today! But seven of my brothers are dead because of you. I’m not going to make this easy for you!"
Chen Xiao suddenly spoke up. "You couldn’t have infiltrated the Alice and caused this much chaos without an inside man. Tell us who your contact is, and we might let you live. So many people died tonight. The one who colluded with you must pay the price."
Li Buyi nodded. "That’s right. If you confess everything, you might be able to save your own life."
The bandit leader looked at Li Buyi. "If I tell you everything, you’ll really let me go?"
