Chapter 840 Here To Say Her Goodbyes

Minnie chuckled lightly, "Don't worry, she is already here. Here to say her goodbyes..."

Meanwhile, just outside the building, Lady Vinegar arrived. She had tears in her eyes. She had come to See Lenny. For her, a lot of things had happened. But more than that, it had happened in a short period of time. Within the last few months, half of her, specifically Gar, had fallen in love with a man. A human man at that. One that was relegated to be nothing but a slave, and to die as one. Maybe it was his willingness to break the chains that bound him or the sheer fire in him to conquer the world, but she had definitely been attracted to his strength, and she had watched that strength grow. Like a little flame from a candle that needed protecting hence the wind blows it off, she had helped to protect it from the storms and she had watched as it grew and now, it is so strong that the wind does not quench it any more, but fan its flames. She was proud. She was very proud. After all, this was the man she choose. She had been the Princess of a City, adored by all and pleased everywhere she went. Nothing really caught her eyes. Not until she met Lenny, and then her narrative about the world entirely changed.

There was always something different about him. Always something new to explore. Always a new adventure, and like any maiden in love with a bad boy, she willing to ride with him through it all. However, all fairytales must come to an end. The same way one cannot be a hero without having enemies in need of defeating. It is the fate of those that seek to leave a special life. Unfortunately for her, her father, the most loved person in her life apart from Lenny happened to be a stepping stone to the man she loved. The conflict in her heart was like the clash of fire and water. She wanted nothing more than to avenge her father. she wanted the person that had caused her to loose her most treasured father to suffer, and die in pain. After all, she was not even given the privilege to say good bye. But how could she?

The man she hated for this act was the same man she loved. The same man she had given her heart to. And therefore the conflict. The worse part of it all was that lenny had finally acquired enough power to make him stand at the pinnacle of this world. Even Baroness EverBee would have no choice but to give him face, and she could finally have him without the need to fear judgement from her kind. But fate was cruel to her. Gar and Vine had talked to themselves, and vine had revealed that she too along the line had fallen in love with Lenny. Then again, considering the kind of man he was, it was only natural. However, Vine remained the voice of reasoning, and both women, having lived the kind of life they had, were filled with so much pride that it oozed out of their bones. the act of killing their father could not be tolerated, but they could not also bring themselves to kill the man that did it. then again, it was not like they were ever capable of doing it. Lenny had gone too far ion strength, and was obviously still climbing. Nevertheless, they knew deep down, that they could no longer stay with him. Lady Vinegar landed in front of the cone shaped building. The guards in front immediately raised their weapons at her, but she did not even pay them any mind as she walked up and down, trying to rehearse the words she was about to say. She wanted to pour out her feelings, but at the same time, she did not know how to.

"Lenny, the thing is that. I don't think this will work any more. We are not a good march!" All of a sudden, Vine took over the body, "No! don't say that. that will come off as rude. Remember, he just saved our lives. We have to let him down slowly." Gar took over and nodded, "You are right, sister. I will tell him. Lenny, I am sorry. Its not you. Its me. I am the problem."

Vine took over again, "No! That is also bad. We are not the problem. It is what he did that is the problem. I am sure that if we had talked with father, things would have been settled between the both of them. But they had to have a death battle. Its not our fault. Its his fault. He did not counsel with us first." Gar took over again, "you are right. He is the problem. So I'll say. Lenny, Its over between us, and if you are wondering, it is because you are the problem." "NO!" Vine interjected. "Who goes into another person's home to tell them that they are the problem. We have to let him down slowly. We have to be calm and composed at this."

All the while, the guards had their weapons pointed at her. "Lady! We are warning you. Unauthorized personnel are not allowed. We shall open fire at you. Please Back off immediately." But Lady Vinegar was in her own thoughts. As she continued to Pace back and forth. The guards could not take it any longer and just when they were bout to pull the trigger, Minnie appeared before them in an abrupt cloud of smoke. "Wait! I will handle her." Minnie's words made the guards pause and they looked at one another. Minnie did not have the right to order them around, but they had clearly seen her walk into the facility with Lenny and Father Black. Common sense dictated that they lay down they weapons, and at least observe for the time being. Minnie suddenly stepped forward, "Lady Vinegar, what about I aid you instead..."
