Demon Lord: Erotic Adventure in Another World-Chapter 768: You can’t Get rid of me that easily!
Asmodeus blinked several times. He wasn’t stunned by destruction; that was irrelevant. What caused him to do this was the illusory body clinging to the back of his neck and leaning over his shoulder.
A sweet, delicious scent of apples flowed from the shadow.
Her delicate, almost perfect oval face, with soft cheeks and a small nose, could be called divine. This divine shadow stared at Asmodeus with big, crimson eyes and plump red lips pressed together as they curled into a smile.
"It seems you can’t get rid of me that easily."
A warning spread through his body when her sweet whisper echoed in his ear.
The situation made no sense; he’d vaporised her body and ended her life. Asmodeus couldn’t understand how she clung to him like a ghost. "Are you an illusion of her?"
Funf’s eyes widened as she pouted.
"An Illusion, well... isn’t that quite fun too?"
Asmodeus instantly noticed the change in her tone and way of speaking, rather than the immature and clingy style before. Funf’s voice carried a sense of confidence, maturity and comfort that didn’t exist before.
"Well, go bother someone else." He shooed her away.
"Impossible, you’re the one who accepted everything about me~ H-O-N-E-Y."
"No way."
"Hmmm~ are you going to touch the goods and run away?!"
"Who touched the goods?"
"Mmmm, did you forget?"
The spirit snapped her fingertips, and a pink cloud of mist formed ahead of them. Asmodeus watched with a frown before the image showed him grabbing Funf back at the Black Hand Auction den...
He did indeed touch the goods, and he also damaged them!
"Wait! When did I penetrate you?!"
"Ufufu, didn’t you notice the blood? You’re the one who pierced me, not the other way around." Her spectral body wrapped around his head, her face pressed against his cheek as she seductively whispered. "You bad boy."
Asmodeus cleared his throat.
"Ahem. Is that why you became obsessed with me?" He always wondered what triggered her interest in him, and now she was dead and just a ghost thing. Why not ask!
Funf’s ghost drew circles on his cheek with her finger. "Wow, you’re such a horrible man. To me, that moment was like meeting my fate. The first person to actually connect with me and break free of my abilities."
Asmodeus frowned.
"But I am sure you didn’t have such an ability when you were human. Right?"
The spirit froze; her pupils trembled for a moment.
"I did. The ability, though it wasn’t so strong, this cursed ability existed back then."
"Oh, then how did you become an Arbiter?"
She twirled around, leaning against him with her back, the subtle weight comfortable, but his expression immediately changed as his mind began to race. ’Why does she have weight, why can I feel heat... and her softness?!’
"How, well... that’s a little difficult to explain. The simple answer is I died in the filthy back streets of Francel over a petty dispute." Funf tapped her chin while leaning her head back enough to meet Asmodeus’s gaze. "Then I woke up in an extremely white room, and a voice told me that my gift was something special."
Her story interested Asmodeus quite a bit, but she suddenly twirled again and cupped his cheeks with both hands. She brought her face close enough for him to feel her breath, the warmth comfortable, and the sweet scent drew him in.
Their noses touched as she squinted.
"Fufu, as I thought you were a wonderful man. Is this the so-called jackpot?"

Somehow, he preferred the physical and living Funf.
"Let’s talk about something else. Okay?" Funf winked at him as she tried to fly away, only to be dragged back to the ground. She took his hand and pretended to walk with him as she complained in a sensual tone. "It seems I can’t move away from your body. So, please take responsibility, Asmodeus."
"...You!"
Asmodeus shook his head, "Now isn’t the time for this. I have to get outside and save the others before leaving this damn place."
That’s when Funf’s facial expression changed; she bit her lip and scrunched her face as if eating something bitter. "Do you have to leave now?" Her words remained soft and sweet, but Asmodeus couldn’t say no.
"I have to."
Funf lowered her head for a moment before nodding. "It’ll be dangerous, even for you." She glanced at him with a bitter smile and clung to his arm. "So let me help you. I’ll tell you everything I know."
"Deal!"

Meanwhile, in the Divine Palace.
Ein stood in a silent room with her arms crossed, sitting in a lotus position to calm her mind. ’That man...’ Ever since she met Asmodeus, the self-proclaimed Demon God, her prized stable mind and clarity vanished.
"Why?" Her voice echoed in the emptiness.
’Such a weak man, who could barely endure a few hits... what right does he have to be ruining me like this?!’
Vwooom!
Suddenly, a powerful force swept through the Palace, the noise like someone scraping a chalkboard with a fork. But to this voice, Ein instantly dropped to her knees, hiding her face and desperately burning the thoughts of the man named Asmodeus.
"Master?! What is your message?"
The room shook as the foul sounds created devastating shockwaves, cracking the walls as if it were screaming in a blind rage.
Their Creator’s voice shattered the calm with pure destructive rage.
Ein furrowed her brows in confusion. Although news of Drei’s death was shocking, she couldn’t understand her master. To show such intense emotions went against everything the Creator taught them upon becoming Arbiters.
But the existence continued screaming down at them.
Cracks appeared across Ein’s protective armour, her skin covered in small wounds that leaked golden blood.
How long passed, minutes, hours, or days?
When the Creator’s rage subsided, he immediately vanished, leaving a devastated room with cracked walls and shattered pillars.
Ein lay in a pool of her own blood in the middle.
"...How strange."
She’d never doubted or thought the Creator’s actions made no sense before. But looking back, now she realised that her master never followed his own rules. He was emotional, short-tempered and lacked foresight.
"Why is it my fault?"
’You were the one who wanted Funf and Drei to go down to that filthy place.’
There wasn’t any time to lose.
The death of two Arbiters wouldn’t destroy the Divine Palace, but Ein couldn’t help but picture that annoyingly handsome face. ’Did he have something to do with it?’ There wasn’t any doubt in her mind that this was related to Asmodeus.
Ein remained faithful to her master; she knelt with both hands pressed against her ample chest and closed her eyes.
"Then why didn’t he tell me to eliminate him?"
"Master, your orders and actions make no sense to me!"
"I seek your guidance...."
In that serene atmosphere, a sudden, explosive noise came from the door. Zwei’s enormous frame shattered the small doorway as he rushed to Ein’s side.
"Did you hear Master’s words?!" He struggled to control his breathing, demonstrating his inexperience and youth. The younger Arbiter’s shoulders shook, as if overwhelmed with excitement.
"Zwei, of course I did." Ein’s cold voice bounced off the walls. She glared at Zwei and brushed her thumb across her lip, wiping up the golden blood that leaked from her punishment. "Our Lord didn’t say to take action, so why are you so excited?"
"W-What?!"
Zwei spread his arms and shouted. "How?! How can he not send us? We’ve lost two companions, though one was an inferior woman. The other was a dear brother to us all, strong and able to challenge me!"
’Inferior woman?’
Those words caused a prick in Ein’s chest.
Why did she take notice of these things only after meeting Asmodeus, that perverted monkey who spent all his days fornicating with dozens of women?
It made no sense
Her goals and reason for existence were to serve the Creator.
To fulfil his desires!
"What do you want to do, as a man who is weaker than me?" She emphasised the weaker on purpose, while folding her arms.
A burst of gravity spread from her body, causing the large Zwei to crumble. His shoulders shook, and he knelt, cracking the floor. He bit his lip while glaring at the female Arbiter with the most frustrated and aggressive look.
"EIN!" He screamed, saliva spraying from his mouth.
However, she didn’t let up; she pushed down with her palm. The low hum of gravity increased further. Zwei pressed both palms against the floor to struggle against her attack. He pushed himself up desperately, with veins popping from his forehead.
Cracks grew from both his palms.
Blood dripped from his nose as his pale face turned pink, like a normal human.
"Admit your wrongdoing, and I shall forgive you. Zwei."
Ein walked around him, occasionally throwing a sharp kick to his abdomen and chest. She forced the large Zwei to swallow his grievances and endure.
He couldn’t defeat Ein head-on and with her domain activated.
"I’ll get revenge one day... You bitch..." His hoarse voice echoed as he lost consciousness and slammed against the floor.
After he became silent, her lips unconsciously curled up into a faint smile. Ein touched her cheeks, confused before tilting her head. "Is there something wrong with me?"
She quickly rushed to the corner and picked up a strange tool with a glowing screen, then scanned over her body from head to toe twice.
A series of beeps followed.
Nevertheless, despite her checks, she couldn’t find anything wrong with her body, apart from a few broken bones from her punishment.
"I guess I am fine."
With one last glance at the unconscious Zwei, she wondered if leaving Asmodeus to be was the best possible option.
"Will the others be able to hold back?"
