Chapter 898: Chapter 26: World Tree Tear

"How could it be, I also just found out about this matter. But Lord Michael, the concept of forging in itself is an act of stealing from the gods; using such precious items is quite common."

Michael’s handsome face remained expressionless, yet his fingers continuously tapped on his cheek, making a sound resembling ceramic clashing, as he slowly stood up and then picked up the massive hammer lying at his feet.

"No need to tell me the forging technique for this item for now. Lest I discover the method only to find myself unable to forge it; that’s a kind of pain I don’t wish to endure. For now, lock them up and after I initiate the Sun Ring, I’ll head to the Sixth Day to search the Wisdom Vortex governed by Gabriel for information about the World Tree Tear."

"Heh, with Gabriel now insane, who knows how long it will take for me to find what I’m looking for. After that, I’ll make my decision; you’d best pray this time doesn’t drag on."

It seems this angel’s obsession with forging runs even deeper than Fisher had imagined, leaving him speechless yet adding layers to his understanding of Michael, the archangel.

Unexpectedly, the eccentric Archangel who appeared on the high platform back then had already gone mad, no wonder none of the Archangels heeded her vote at the time, if it weren’t absolutely necessary, they probably wouldn’t have sought the opinion of the already deranged Archangel.

Helair nodded and asked,

"Is it just this human, or..."

"All three of them."

Michael, with one hand holding the Golden Short Hammer and the other gripping the semi-finished item, quickly flew from the ceiling of the room into the air, towards that grand and imposing Sun Ring’s direction.

"Ka-ka-ka!"

The rotation sound of the Sun Ring became increasingly pronounced, and many angels who were forging around laid down their items and turned their heads, flying towards other skies.

With a sigh, Fisher looked at Helair, who signaled Fisher to hurry up,

"Let’s go, once the Sun Ring activates, it will become scorching hot like the Sun. Archangel Michael is going to recharge the forging platforms for the angels, which won’t take more than three days. Until then, you should stay back in the cage..."

The deafening sound of the Sun Ring outside was also heard upstairs by the Hooked kiss and Tangze Asuka, who rushed downstairs, and from the second floor, Mikhail closed the windows and doors, holding the bedding and blanket previously laid on the ground and came downstairs. Judging by his familiar manner, it obviously wasn’t his first time experiencing such an event. He glanced at the returning Fisher and Helair and asked,

"Which day are you heading to? I usually go to the Fourth Day for ’refuge’, not many angels there, and the ground is quite comfortable to lay on."

"We’re going to the Seventh Heaven, imprisonment."

"...Goodbye."

Upon hearing this, Mikhail, who originally intended to join Fisher and the others, immediately left without looking back, leaving Tangze Asuka behind, who opened her mouth but could utter no words to stop him.

Helair escorted Fisher and the group towards the cylindrical teleportation channel, while Fisher roughly recounted the earlier conversation with Michael to Hooked kiss and Tangze Asuka.

When she heard that Michael was going to the Sixth Day to find information about the World Tree Tear, Tangze Asuka racked her brains to recall the dazed angel lying on the chair at the time, unexpectedly to learn that she had already gone mad, while Hooked kiss rubbed her chin, puzzled, and said,

"Gabriel, a symbol of wisdom, one of the seven peak existences, she went mad? That’s surprising. Although I never knew before that the Holy Land had such a powerful and high-status Archangel."

Helair guided Fisher and the group upwards through the cylindrical channel to the Seventh Heaven. To Fisher’s surprise, the platform where they were judged and the square in front were part of the Seventh Heaven, entirely dark and empty, with basically nothing at all.

It seems that Lord Sariel, as the Envoy of the Heavenly Lock, has only that one identity, with nothing in particular to manage or authority.

Helair slightly smiled upon hearing the words, turned back to them, and said,

"Angelic Wisdom Gabriel, who solely governed the Sixth Day, was indeed the wisest being in the entire Holy Land, mostly reclusive, staying inside the Wisdom Vortex on the Sixth Day, which is a very large library holding almost all the world’s wisdom and knowledge, with only her as the angel on the Sixth Day."

As Helair continued, he brought Fisher and his companions to an open space, which was empty save for a Sealing Cage with an open gate, evidently just recently placed. Helair abruptly ceased talking about Gabriel and turned to Fisher and said,

"Even though I’m supposed to contain you, Lord Michael won’t care about your specific situation, and Lord Sariel has no reason to lock you up... So I won’t lock the cage door, you can stay here temporarily for the next few days. If you need anything, just call me, and I’ll bring it to you. Of course, nothing too precious, like World Tree Tears... Reach out your hand."

Upon hearing this, Hooked kiss immediately stepped back, placing her hands behind her back, evidently unwilling to make contact with the female in front of her. Tangze Asuka also dumbly hid behind Fisher, not daring to extend her hand, until Fisher silently, after a brief pause, held out his palm.

With a cheerful squint, Helair drew a simple crown shape on it and then said,

"Press this crown pattern three times later, and I will appear. Just tell me any requests you have. Alright, I’m leaving, make arrangements on your own."

"..."

Fisher didn’t respond, only casting a glance at the symbol on his hand, while Tangze Asuka, behind him, spoke up and asked,

"Helair Angel, you haven’t finished... why did Gabriel Angel go mad?"

"Oh, right... Sorry, it’s a rather old story now, not much fun to revisit..."

Helair once more turned back with a smile towards Tangze Asuka and said,

"She was a venerable presence, gentle and wise. While she was around, even Michael had to show her some respect, making considerable contributions to the Holy Land. You know, Lord Sariel manages the Holy Grail that can grant wishes, right? She was the first angel among all to save up enough wishes..."

Upon hearing this, Fisher was slightly taken aback and immediately looked up at Helair,

"Yes, that’s right... Gabriel went mad because of the wish obtained from the Holy Grail."
